well i am having a problem that when i am displaying the output with tcode va02 .. the first time i am issuing the output the tel no is not getting diaplayed and when i am 2nd time again issuing the output thn the same is getting populated corectly .. can anybody help me with this..

Execute it second time see from where these two fields are getting populated as you told in the earlier thread that when you are executing it second time the telephone number is getting printed.
Put the break point in the program Z_BASIS_COMMON_ROUTINE
the processing will go to the program Z_BASIS_COMMON_ROUTINE after the Sapscript form.Check what is happening.

Problems when printing Sapscript...

We have imported a number Sapscripts in Russian into our unicode system. Looking at the Sapscript I can see Russian text in both the first and next page of the form. However, when printing the first page looks perfect and displays in Russian, however, the second page shows hashes (#) where the Russian text should be.
If none of it worked I might be able to understand what was going on, but when the first page prints fine I find it difficult to understand what is going on.
I have run a check agianst both pages in SE71 and re-activated, but still no joy. What could be going wrong?.

Thanks guys, I have now found out what the problem was.
All my test data was set up for me by the functional guys. The output messages that were repeated were originally set to language of English rather than Russian, and hence the problem.

Problem with printing sapscript on new HP P2015 printers ?

A brand new printer is installed the HP P2015 at a customer. suddenly all sapscripts are printed in courier. we have already updated the drivers but somehow it doesn't seem to work ?
Is there something else that needs to be changed on the SAP side or just don't buy HP again perhaps the sollution ?

Problem with printing sapscript

hi experts.
I'm now having a problem where text which is supposed on more than one page is being printed on one page on top of the other text,that is, text for example which is supposed to be 3 pages is coming out on the same page. but when i'm previewing the form all the pages are being displayed. i have created iirst page and next page for the form. is the problem with form or the printers?

You have given the Next page is Next page for First page and
next page is Next page for Next apge also,
So, your text should be printed in 3 pages, what ever you are getting the print preview, that should come out from the Printer

SAPSCRIPT problem in printing on Dot Matrix Printer

Hi!
I have a SAPSCRIPT Form with page format INCH12. The SAPSCRIPT output is displayed properly in print preview. But when it is sent for printing on the Dot matrix printer the first three lines of the second page are printed on the first page at the bottom. Paper size is also 12INCH. I tried adjusting all the windows and putting blank lines. I also gave /: NEW-PAGE command. But it did not solve the problem.
I am not able to identify where exactly the problem is? Is it in the SAPSCRIPT or in printer settings.
If anyone had faced similar problem and was able to solve it then please reply.

if it is possible try to print the same in another printer and confirm the problem
no doubt certain printers may create such problems while printing the output
so to confirm the problem try with other printer.

Problem in Printing of mutiple form on single click

Hi all
I m wrking on AFS and i had created a page for printing multiple invoice print on single click.
A range of invoice is given as input and get out in the form of print preivew or print wat v choose .
I mean a print pop is open for multiple invoice in a single click.
Problem in printing of multiple form is speed .its going to be slow when click for printing .OR
v can say that creation of multiple page in printing gets more time .Is ther any way to solve this .
Plz suggest me some solution for that .

Check if Note 353518 - Selection of outputs takes much time and Note 910976 - Selection of output from billing (VF31) are relevants.
Other suggestion. Do a trace with ST05 and check if you have any bottleneck in the coding that you can have in your Smartform or in your SAPscript, so check in tcode V/40 what form you are using . Also see Note 185530 - Performance: Customer developments in SD.

I had a problem with print preview of billing document.

HI all,
I had a problem with print preview of billing document which contains two output types ZR1 ZR2..
For the footer text of billing document I maintained the font size as 7,5 pts, But when i go for print preview from output type ZR1 the font size of footer text is very small and looks good for output type ZR2.
If i change the print options-->logical destination of output type ZR1 same as Output type ZR2, the footer text looks good.
I think there is some issue with logical destination in print options for the output type ZR1, how can i resolve it.

for both the output types , r u using same sapscript or smartform?
if yes then, u can control it in output options of smartform and also in sapscript , you can control through if condition.
and if differect sapscript or smartform then you should not get such problem.
you can check the sapscript or smartfrom in TNAPR table.

PRINT BUTTON PROBLEM AT PRINT PREVu0130EW MODE IN ORDER FORM

I have prepared an order form as sapscript. I used " SAPFM06P " program.
But i have a problem, before printing, first i want to see the print preview of the form. Then i want to print at printpreview mode. But I can't press the print button at print preview mode. It is not active.
Can anyone help me?

Hi.
Make sure that the 'Print Mode' property of the CR Viewer is set to 'ActiveX'.
Now, what you want is supposed to happen when you click the print button from the viewer.
If the printer is installed and the viewer could not find it, we will need to check why?
As don said, run [process monitor|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/22316] and see what happens when you click the print button from the viewer.

Problem with a sapscript

We have a problem with a sapscript which contains a logo in bmp format.
On some printers, the print is correct. In some others, the logo does not appear or looks like a draugth-board. These printers are principally located in Belgium, so maybe the configuration is different... But some french printers have same problem.
The print seems to be good in SAP spool, no SAP error. I don't know how to investigate in this problem.
Maybe somebody had this kind of problem...

Hi Christian,
You can try this way to solve the problem.
Edit the image in MS Paint and save the image as 16-bit colour bitmap image. Then try to upload the same in SE78. Hope this will solve your problem, because once i too had a same kind of issue and tried in that way... it worked out.

Problem in Print Out of Excise register RG1

Dear all,
We have a business scenario as follows:
1.Production Order Confirmation-101, 261 for receipt
2. Scrap Receipt-262.
For Scrap Sales:
The entry in RG1 should be Scrap receipt (262) and then despatch of scrap i.e issue(601).
During updation we do the following:
We receive scrap in RG1 register through RMA classification. Then we issue the scrap in RG1 register through IDH Classification. The register also get updated and extracted successfully.
Problem: While printing of RG1 register there is no entry for Receipt (262) and issue(601) of scrap.

Problem with printing in character mode

Hi
I got a genuine problem in printing continous payslips using character mode with a TALLY6050 printer.
I guess there is a problem with the page setup when i try to print via windows. using different sizes of paper (Letter, A4, A3), the printed data is shifting from one page to another but the shift is following a same trend.
i tried to put one payslip per page using page breaks, but in vain. Three payslips are being printed on one page when viewed in the print perview.
Can anyone suggest any help or tips so that i can solve this problem?

Thanks for your response. I went ahead and filed a Correction Action Request for your orignal issue, since I was able to reproduce the same behavior when I ran your VI. The solution of printing the front panel of a subVI displaying the same graph is a workaround for this problem. Please look at the following KnowledgeBase for more details on how to do this. Date problem in printing

Hi frnds ,
I in my mail i am having problem to print the date .
i dont know but some times it is displaying as
2008//0/4 instead of 2008/04/13
or sometimes for some other documents
it is printing the currect date
I am also having problem to print a char variable . It is getting truncated . like only rohit istead of rohit gupta .

I guess you have chosen wrong forum.
Well provide some info:
1. how you are accessing the mail is it send mail activity or FM
2. How data is getting populated into mail.
If you are using send mail activity then check that how you are passing date to it, It might be possible that it is wrong binding happening between containers.
In case of FM you gotta debug it.

Problems with printing( hp Color LaserJet)

Printer HP Color LaserJet 1500L under Mac OS 10.4.2 Tiger refuses to work normally. It prints 1 or sometimes 2 sheets of paper and then it stops working. All other tasks just move from the active category into completed one without any printing. Printer's indicator starts to wink but then it stops and nothing more happens. The next printing begins only after switching the printer off and on or after restarting operation system. After this it prints 1 or 2 pages and everything begins again. We tryed to use standart drivers which were attached to the printer and the drivers which we downloaded from the HP official site. There is no difference. We tryed to connect the printer to another Macintosh computer under Mas OS X 10.4.2 but the problems didn't disappear. Also we tryed to change USB cable between the printer and the computer. It also didn't matter. Before it the printer worked under Windows XP normally without any problems.

Same printer, similar problems. I get stopped jobs that refuse to print even after I hit the start printing button. There is a message on this site tackling this issue for an Epson printer. Haven’t tried it out yet myself.

HP Officejet Pro 8600 "Problem with Printer or Ink System'

A gander at this forum suggests I am one ofa multitude of people perplexed by this issue. There is a notation beside one enquiry which says 'Problem Solved'.... well it isn't for me. My printer (typical!) is one month out of warranty. I had to replace the black cartridge and, when I did, it came up with this error prompt. I then replaced all the other cartridges. HP suggests removing the printhead and following that they say place it 'upside down on a clean sheet of paper'... NO instructions for cleaning it!! When it is replaced in the printer they suggest you 'rock the printhead left and right to make sure that the printhead fully seats in the carriage' and if THIS doesn't fix things 'try reseating the printhead up to 3 times'... This in itself is an admission of an 'issue' with this product. It doesn't sound like a very scientific engineering 'fix' to me!
A new printhead costs almost what we paid for the printer a year ago. I hate consigning anything to landfill that I can avoid... unfortunately it looks like that is where this unit belongs...
