Problema al abrir Illustrator CC mac

Hola a todos! estoy teniendo un problema al abrir Illustrator CC desde el mac. Ayer todo funcionaba correctamente, cerre programas, apague y listo. Hoy de pronto, cuando he ido a abrir illustrator, no llega ni a arrancar. El resto de programas funcionan perfectamente.
Al abrir, muestra la ventana de inicializando con el logo (pero sin que procese nada en esa pantallita, como ocurre normalmente. Aparece estática) y después desaparece sin que haya abierto el programa ni nada. De hecho tengo que forzar la salida del programa y genera el tipico informe de error.
En este informe aparecen entre otras muchas cosas, este mensaje:

Estoy trabajando con versión 10.7.5 de mac osx. Pero este no debería ser el problema, ya que soporta cc...

Extraño que hable de Photoshop en la ruta y no de Illustrator,..
Prueba a abrir otro programa y en el menu de Ayuda sal o cierra la sesión (Sign off) te avisará que va a desactivar una serie de programas instalados de CC. Comprueba que incluye a Ai.
Acepta y cierra ese programa.
Desinstala entonces Ai (Illustrator CC). (Desde Aplicaciones>Desinstalar Illustrator CC)
Vacia la papelera y reinicia el Mac (no es imprescindible)
Entra de nuevo en el panel de Creative Cloud con tu Adobe ID y reinstala Ai, mira antes en el icono en la esquina sup. dcha. Opciones de donde instala (y el idioma) para comprobarlo.
Prueba ahora a iniciar Ai.
(Te pedirá entrar en sesión o registrarte ya que habías dejado desactivadas las aplicaciones CC)

hola, instale photoshop cs2 en un mac antes utilizaba win xp al abrir el programa se abre perfectamente pero de fondo me queda el fondo de pantalla y es muy molesto alguien sabe como solucionarlo.

Bueno antes de hacer tal cosa, intenta eliminando las preferencias de photoshop. También mira que tanta RAM le tienes al programa. no es acosejable que le des más del 50% del total de la RAM. Si aún así se cuelga, entonces si recomendable deinstalar y volver a instalar el programa, cosa que debes hacer bien si se trata de un MAC, pues debes eliminar algunos archivos manualmente.

Printing problems using Illustrator CS6 (Mac)

Hi,
I'm having trouble using Illustrator CS6. I just bought an HP LaserJet CP1025nw color printer. My operating system is Mac OS X 10.6.8.
I've printed two different format files (.ai and .png) in Illustrator, but there are white lines (without printing) ocurring in the exact same place on both documents, this only happens in Illustrator, not Photoshop or any other software. I did a test using exactly the same .png file in many applications, except for Illustrator, the file is printed perfectly.
I asked HP for help, but they say this is a problem caused by Illustrator CS6 and they can't do anything about it.
What can I do to solve this problem? Could you please help me?
I've already installed the latest update of this software.

You need to ClickDrag just a tiny bit, then apply the Shift Option Command.

Adobe Illustrator and Mac OS X 10.9

On mac pro installed Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Mac OS X 10.9. When you open any file in Adobe Illustrator it hangs for 2-3 minutes and then it opens. The problem occurred after upgrading to Mac OS 10.6. Reinstalled, cleaned settings in Illustrator - does not help.

Unfortunately, changing the user does not solve the problem. . me some more logs to send? Also noticed the same slow closing when saving a file.

You will need to uninstall, run the Cleaner tool and reinstall you adobe applications. Adobe apps don't take kindly to inplace updates of the OS on Macs.

I have installed the Frutiger font family in the font library. It appears in the drop-down menu in InDesign, but not Photoshop or Illustrator. How can I make the font available in these programs?

It’s a ttf file – Frutiger. I’ve managed to get it into InDesign, but not Photoshop or Illustrator. Always seem to have problems with this font!

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS4 MAC pierde la ruta de las imágenes enlazadas, en cuanto lo gravas para originales. Si lo abres desde un cd tienes que volver a vincular, y puede crear confusión al proveedor ¿existe alguna solución? gracias

Hola creo que no me explicado bien,
Tu tienes una raíz de trabajo con archivo .ai y sus imágenes en una carpeta, lo gravas en un cd para el proveedor.
Abre el cd y el .ai no encuentra las imágenes, que siguen estando en la misma carpeta que hemos gravado. Por lo tanto tienes que tener desperdigadas
dentro de la carpeta de .ai, si no se pierde el enlace. También pierdes el enlaze se mueves la carpeta con todo el contenido. Es un error de programa los
demás programas no dan este problema. Se tiene solucionar.

Problems printing from illustrator to Canon printer

I have problems with printing from Illustrator CS4 to a Canon printer i-Sensys MF8050 (printing
from Illustrator to a Epson stylus Photo R2400 is no problem).
Printing from Photoshop to the Canon printer is also no problem. I
refreshed the preferences (did not help).
Operating System: Mac OS X (v10.6)
Printer driver version: 3.3
Usb connection
Canon believes it must be a problem with the illustrator program; it sends the wrong signs to
the printer.
After sending print to printer the printer reports that the A4 tray is empty, but is is still full.
What is going wrong, who can help me out?

Reinstalled the printer softwear but it didn't resolve the problem.
But your suggestion to print illustrator pdf file in Acrobat is good solution for the moment.
I think something is wrong with Illustrator, because starting up the printing module is also taking a long time.
Did download the latest up date from illustrator to day, but that also didn't resolve the problem.
And you are right.... 3.3 is the fax driver

Problem with photoshop on my mac

I have some problem with photoshop on my mac...
When i open the photoshop my screen change his color...
The screen changes such delicate blue color.
and when i close the app the color has back to the original color.

Not sure which screen you mean, but maybe your seeing the Application Frame in photoshop cs6.
You can turn that off in photoshop cs6 under Window>Application Frame.
If that's not it, could you post a screenshot?

I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

Same problem here in Brazil.
It seems to be a problem with logging in App Store in the Mac (Yosemite 10.10.2).
When I tried the very same userid and password I was able to login in to use my iCloud account from the same computer and also from my iPhone.

You are right, Adobe does not support CS5 because it is no longer sold.
Simply download the trial version of CS5 from this Adobe web site and input your serial number.
