Problema con K920 Dual SIM, no reconoce la Sim1

Hola a todos!
Espero puedan ayudarme. Hace poco compré un celular Lenovo K920 (Vibe Z2 PRO)... todo funcionaba perfecto, hasta que: Se me cayó al agua!
Lo mandé a un servicio técnico particular donde le hicieron un baño químico y el teléfono ahora funciona sin problemas, salvo que la simcard que siempre he usado ya no funciona en el slot 1 (que soporta 4G). Al insertar la simcard, la reconoce, pero indica "SIN SERVICIO" y no tengo señal.
Probé cambiando la simcard al slot 2 y funciona sin problemas, pero sólo en la red 2G.
Al conversar con el técnico que me arregló el equipo, me pidió que verificara las IMEIs del celular usando el código *#06#. Al realizar la prueba me muestra las 2 IMEIs con exactamente el mismo número... El técnico me dice que eso no es normal ya que al soportar 2 simcards debe tener 2 IMEIs distintas.
Alguien sabe si esto es correcto?.... cualquier ayuda será muy apreciada!

Entiendo, lo mas probable es que el daños sean efectuado después de la caída al agua, existen métodos para la asignación de IMEI en el caso de que no muestre ningún dato en relación a este, sinceramente no creo que esto ultimo ayude a tu problema no guarda relación , dudo que un reset a configuraciones de fabrica ayude pero de todos modos me queda la duda, me parece que el tema se enfoca mas a tema físico.
No debería de existir conflicto entre la SIM y solo el IMEI asignado, si funciono la SIM 2 en situación normal lo debería de hacer la SIM 1.

    My Lumia630 Dual Sim is behaving weard.
    When i insert SIM1 and SIM2 the phone works whitout any problems and SIM1 is chosed as the SIM for connecting to internet.
    Then when i select SIM2 to be the provider for internet SIM1 disconnect and wont work.
    Any one hawe a suggestion?

    When you select SIM 2 then goto> Setting > Cellular + SIM > SIM 2 Settings > add Apn > type the name of APN (provided by operator) and "IP type" Should be IPV4 > Save and enjoy.

    Prova a fare così: spegni qualunque tipo di connessione (wifi, 2G/3G/4G, localizzazione, bluetooth ecc), imposta la modalità aereo, chiudi tutte le app dal multitasking, e poi fai un riavvio (tenendo premuti insieme il tasto power e quello home nello stesso momento; vedrai che lo schermo si spegnerà e si riaccenderà fino a quando comparirà la classica mela all'avvio, in quel momento puoi lasciare i tasti e far finire l'avvio dell'iPhone. Sblocca lo schermo, disattiva la modalità aereo, inserisci il PIN e attendi che riacchiappi la rete e vedi se cambia qualcosa.
    Altrimenti potrebbe essere qualche valore inserito ed errato tra le impostazioni del gestore.
    Ultima spiaggia prima di andare in un negozio Tre: ripristino iPhone da DFU senza ricaricare il backup precedente e vedi se si ripresenta il problema.

    I have dual sim adapter witch require sim cutting. So on my nokia 2600 it runs fine but on my nokia 6500 slide, it just wont work!
    Version of software on nokia 6500 slide is:v 06.60; 07-03-08; RM-240c) Nokia. The 6500 slide is runing fine on SIMORE website with this adapter.

    I have recently updated my N82 to v30.0.019 and have had no issues using a pair of 2G SIMs in a 13th Generation STK menu dual SIM holder, so I don't think latest Nokia softwares can be blamed for this unfortunately.
    Happy to have helped forum in a small way with a Support Ratio = 37.0

    My Nokia X2 Dual Sim is showing that phone is upto date, It is not taking the 2.1 updates though time and date are selected well....How I can update it. Please Help!

    I got to know that there is an update availale for nokia x2-ds . So, i have tried checking it ...but no use , it's showing that your phone is up to date. I have done like this for almost 2 months but no use either .... even till now i didn't get the update which was released almost 3 months before 
                                           What should i do now ...should i wait for it?????

  • Z3 dual sim Microphone problem

    I bought my Z3 dual sim 3 days ago and already getting upset about it.
    Microphone is not working on a normal mode, people can not hear me or hear my voice very low.
    It is working perfectly while using speakers mode.
    I already tried to re install all system and once done microphone is working (even if not perfectly but people can hear at least what i am saying...) and after a while, it is like the microphone is getting an obturation...
    I tried as well to unselect the noise control mode but no issues...
    it seems to be a software issue.
    Somebody can help me?
    Android 5 could be able to solve this?

    Check to see if you have Microphone noise suppression enabled - Settings then Call settings then untick the box mentioned

  • IPhone 4S iOS 5.0.1 Dual Sim failure

    First of all I want to clarify what I mean by Dual Sim. I am using the iPhone with this SIM from the first 2G model, and it was working perfectly.
    It is one sim with two phone numbers (one forwards the calls to the other). This options is offered by the Romanian carrier Vodafone for business clients.
    I am not talking about two phisical sim cards.
    Starting yesterday evening after upgrading to iOS 5.0.1 on my iPhone 4S (bought in Germany) I can't really use the phone anymore, I hardly have any signal and nobody can call me on both numbers.
    I changed the sim with a new one from Vodafone but had no luck.
    The sim is working anyway perfectly on other iPhone models (3g, 3gs, 4) with a lower iOS version than 5.0.1.
    I really hope Apple will issue an update as soon as possible because right now I have to go back to an older model in order to use my phone.
    Any help and/or feedback would be appreciated.

    I do have a similar problem. I also use a dual sim that works on iPhone4 and iPhone 3GS perfectly. I obtain the dual SIM service from the Spanish carrier Movistar.
    If I go to Settings > General > Phone > SIM Applications > Dual, I am able to see wich line is active, but I can not change from one to another. If I try to change the line, the phone loses its network service and I have to switch it off and on again to recover the network service and being able to talk, text and navigate.
    With 3GS and 4 I could perfectly change from one number to the other one (Before I had a Nokia N97 and it also worked perfectly). With my brand new 4S (iOS 5.0) I do have to switch the phone off and on again in order to change to the line I want to use.
    Movistar Spain has recognized there is an issue with iPhone 4S and dual microsim cards. They say  they are waiting for Apple to approve some kind of new version (I guess they talk about a new iOS version but I'm not sure).
    I know there is more people at Spain using this service with Movistar and they are becoming really angry (using 4S with iOS 5.0 and 5.0.1), because this issue was reported more than a month ago. It's really frustrating having paid for such an expensive phone and suffering this kind of problems...
    I hope Apple will give us a solution really soon.

    I bought HP slate 6 voice tab dual sim (HSTNH-B19C) from Karachi 6 months back. Since then it was working fine on jellybean 4.2.2 until i got a system update Message from Hp. So i updated it with kitkat 4.4.2 successfully.
    Now the problem is that most of the 3rd party applications doesn't support it. The updated software is working fine but i want to revert back to the jellybean 4.2.2 that originally came with the tablet.
    If anyone knows from where can i get the factory image than please share a link.

    Welcome to the HP Forums!
    I understand you're looking to downgrade back to JellyBean on your HP Slate 6 VoiceTab.
    The factory image files are hosted on the HP website for your product. The model you have posted is actually the regulatory information for the battery and not the tablets model. If you can provide me with the exact model I may be able to offer a link to the factory image. 
    For information on finding your model number please see this guide: Locating the HP Slate 6 VoiceTab and Slate 7 VoiceTab model number.
    If you would like the file faster you can go to HP - Drivers & Downloads and enter the model number. Once entered you will find the factory image listed under the Drivers section for your device. Keep in mind that typically the Android OS will fault when trying to downgrade and often rooting the device or using third party apps/software is needed to do this which HP cannot provide support for.

    Hi, subha686. Does this issue happen regardless of your location? Have you tried to use the SIM card in another compatible phone just to check if you'll still encounter a problem retrieving data connection? You may try the steps provided here: Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM - Troubleshooter.

  • 630 Dual Sim Network Compatibility

    I purchased the Nokia Lumia 630 dual-sim model. It was unlocked and I am using it in Canada. It works with Rogers no-problem but won't connect with my Telus SIM.
    Does anyone know why this may be the case? I tried swapping the SIM locations, updating, etc.

    Welcome to the forum! 
    Do you mean the phone doesn't detect your Telus micro-SIM card? Or does it read the micro-SIM but is unable to get network signals from Telus? Have you also tried using another standard micro-SIM from Telus to verify if the issue is SIM or network related? 
    Make sure to use a standard micro-SIM and not a cut up regular one. If the phone is just unable to get signals from Telus, best to ask them if your current location is within their coverage area. You can also try using your Telus micro-SIM with other compatible devices and see if it'll work.
    We'll wait for your feedback.

  • Nokia 301 Dual SIM - Issues opening message folder...

    Nokia as a company should be ashamed of manufacturing a phone like this(irrespective of if this is a issue with software or handset or both). I bought this assuming Nokia is a robust stable phone (Already have S3, but need a dual sim compact phone).
    But lately i have been getting "Message storage memory not ready" when i try to open inbox or conversation folder (under 'Messages' menu). 
    Tried Hard Reset / Soft Reset and nothing worked. Restared the mobile and this did not work too (SIM Out, IN and Restart did work either) Couple of times after reset it worked fine. But after few minutes, it again showed up the same error message.
    This is no abuse, but for Rs. 5700 that i paid this problem is bull **bleep**ting. And i would not expect this kind of useless product from Nokia. 
    And the hand set (Hands Free) that came with this phone does not stay in my ears even for a minute, it keeps falling. 
    Be ashamed Nokia.
    Phone is still in warranty, not sure what i can do with the warranty as iam out of the country now.
    IAM NEVER EVER BUYING A NOKIA AGAIN.
    Any solution to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    Warranty covers both parts and labour services that will be rendered to the phone. The device might get repaired or replaced with a new one depending on the evaluation made by the Care Point specialist.

  • Lumia 535 Dual SIM lcd suddently freeze/blank when...

    I just bought a Lumia 535 LCD Dual SIM. I charge the battery 2 times. The first charge run smoothly but when the battery charge for second time suddenly the LCD not working (freeze/blank).
    I 've tried the instructions on the website that guide me to try soft reset or hard reset by pressing the volume button and power button in certain order but there is no effect at all.
    Has anyone encounter the same problem or indeed because there are factory defects?

    Hi, @ongky74. We'd like to follow-up on your concern. Have you received any update from your vendor? What was their recommendation? Did they replace the phone or directed to you send it to the Care Point?
    How about you, @supertimin? Do you still have the phone with you or did you send it for repair? Since you've done all the recommended troubleshooting steps, your next option is to have it checked by our authorized technicians.
