Problema con software Airport?

Tengo una base Extreme (2008) y un satélite Espress (2008) para ampliar la red inalámbrica.
Cuando la base estaba conectada a un cable-modem, todo funcionaba bien.
Ahora la tengo conectada en modo puente a otro Router y con el software Airport sólo puedo ver el satélite Espress, pero no la base Extreme.
¿Cómo puedo volver a ver la base Airport Extreme?

Hola, el problema es que Lenovo no considera tu equipo compatible con Windows 8 y no garantiza que aunque lo puedas instalar te funcione al 100% los dispositivos del equipo.

Si con los drivers correpondientes no te ha funcionado quizá deberias instalar el Thinkvantage System Update por si detectara algun nuevo controlador o software para este dispositivo.
De todas formas, normalmente sí funcionan los botones de volumen, lo que ocurre es que no se muestra en pantalla el cursor con el nivel de volumen creciente o decreciente.

Problems After Updating Airport Extreme Software & Firmware

Lost wireless connection to my printer while attempting printing from either desktop or laptop & when I tried to re-establish/update the wireless settings, I received message that new versions of software & firmware were available for my Airport Extreme. After I downloaded & installed both of these, I could no longer connect at all to the Airport Extreme. When I used the Airport Assistant to try to solve problems, it said airport was out of range. Also only got flashing amber light on Airport Extreme no matter how many times I tried to reset it and DSL modem (went through complete re-connect/re-install of both Airport Extreme and DSL modem hardware). I switched to an extra Airport Express I have and now everything is backing working again. Any known problems with either the latest Airport Extreme software (Airport Utility 5.3.2) or firmware (version 7.3.2 I think)?

Firstly, on the Mac you use to configure the AEB, Repair Permissions - /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app. Start Disk Utility, select your HD and click on Repair Permissions. When finished, quit Disk Utility and then restart your computer.
I see you are using 10.4.11, so the steps in Part B may be a little different (this is for 10.5.x).
Use this procedure to setup your network again:
A. Setup the 'Main' Base Station
1. Do a factory reset of your AEB (main), then turnoff the DSL Modem and the AEB (main) - leave off for at least 5 minutes to allow servers to reset.
2. Check that ethernet cables are connected properly:
- DSL Modem > AEB (main) WAN port;
- AEB (main) ethernet port > Mac computer running OS X 10.5.x.
3. Power-on DSL Modem and wait for it to initialise.
4. Power-on the AEB (main) and start your Mac computer.
5. Open AirPort Utility and select the AEB (main) in the LH pane. Click 'Continue' and give the AEB (main) a name and an admin password (twice). Click 'Continue'.
6. Select 'I don't have a wireless network and I want to create one', click Continue.
7. Give your network a name, select WPA/WPA2 Personal and insert the wireless network password (twice) - use 13 alpha/numeric characters for password. Tick 'Remember this password in my keychain'. Click 'Continue'.
8. Select 'I connect to the Internet with a DSL or cable modem using DHCP'. Click 'Continue'.
9. Click 'Update' and wait for the AEB (main) to restart.
10. Disconnect the ethernet cable between your Mac and the AEB (main).
B. Setup Client computer
1. Open System Preferences/Network/AirPort.
2. Against 'Network Name:' select your network (the name you gave it at A7).
3. Click 'Advanced' and select TCP/IP. Against 'Configure IPv4:' select 'Using DHCP', then click 'OK'.
4. Click 'Apply' and exit System Preferences.

Problems with Bonjour, Airport Extreme and OS 10.4.3

I have a networked, HP Photosmart 8450 printer. The printer was connected to both an iMac 20" and PowerBook G4 15" running OS 10.4.3. Yesterday, I lost the ability to print from the PowerBook. I have identified it as a problem with my Airport Extreme connection.
The iMac can see the printer just fine, and it shows up using Bonjour when I browse printers in the Printer Setup Utility. The PowerBook, however, cannot see the printer - that is, it does not show up in the browser, but only when I use the Airport connection. However, when I connect the printer to the PowerBook via USB, or when I plug a network cable in to the PowerBook, it sees the printer immediately using Bonjour.
It appears, then, the problem is with my Airport Extreme card. Has this issue been identified by anyone else/Apple? Perusing the discussion boards, it seems others have had this problem.

Thanks for the response, however, my question remains: I'm wondering if anyone else with an Airport Extreme ("b" version) and OS 10.4.9 installed has a problem using Admin Utility 4.1.1 and/or Airport Setup Assistant 4.1.1? Specifically, the problem is, after resetting the Airport Extreme, I was able to set it up using the Setup Assistant (establish the network, set the password), but thereafter, it does not show up in the Admin Utility at all (but the Extreme's lights flash as it is being accessed) and in Setup Assistant, it shows up, but there are "errors" when trying to change settings. It is very odd.
When I was running 10.3.9, I had had no problems setting up/administering my Airport Extreme. Suspecting the Extreme itself, I even had an Apple Genius inspect it at the Apple store, but it was pronounced in working order. I might try to check the Airport card inside the G4 (by trying it in a friend's G4). If this communication problem is not shared by anyone else (ii.e., a software issue), it could be my Airport card.

Problema con el instrument I/O assistant

Disculpen espero me puedan ayudar, he querido utilizar el Instrument I/O Assistant, pero siempre que lo pongo en el diagrama de bloques me sale una ventana diciendo:
"Existe un problema con el Measurement & Automation Explorer ó el Instrument I/O Assistant esta mal instalado. Reintale los drivers desde el CD"
"Meassurement & Automation Explorer or the Instrument I/O Assistant is not installed correctly. Please install these from the Labview Drivers CD"
Ya intente reinstalar los drivers del I/O desde el disco de evaluacion que tengo, tambien baje unos de la pagina, tambien baje el ultimo DAQmx, e instale de nuevo el MAX, pero nada lo resuelve.
Ojala alguien me pueda ayudar.

es posible que al desinstalar e instalar el MAX se hayan dañado algunas secciones del mismo. Te recomiendo desinstalar todo el programa de National Instruments incluyendo LabView y Drivers e instalarlos nuevamente, primeramente LabView y posteriormente los Drivers, usando el CD de Drivers. Si no tienes este CD de Drivers, puedes bajarlo desde nuestra web de NI, en la siguiente liga:

Una vez instalado todo nuevamente, abre el programa de MAX y verifica en la sección de Software (sobre el árbol de secciones) que estén instalados los drivers de NI-VISA y NI-488.2 ya que estos son requeridos por el Instrument I/O Assistant.
De lo contrario tendrás que bajarlos de las siguientes ligas e instalarlos:
NI-VISA
NI-488.2 (necessary only if you are using GPIB)
Si fue necesario instalar estos drivers (como segunda opción) entonces tendrás que desinstalar e instalar nuevamente el Instrument I/O Assistant. Para instalar el Instrument I/O Assistant usa el NI Device Drivers que bajaste de la página de National Instruments. No es necesario que instales o desinstales el DaQmx y el MAX.

Armando Ruiz, primero tendrias que dar mas datos de la situación que vivís, porque en el otro post tambien no dijistes mucho, solo que no anda no anda y no anda, y asi no es facíl que ayudemos.
Primero, Adobe Photoshop no te tiene que reconocer al movil, eso lo tenés que ver desde el soft que te traiga el movil para hacerlo, en el caso de no traer ninguna utilidad mas es porque lo toma como almacenamiento masivo, pero no lo creo ya que solo tenés acceso a determinado sector de la info del movil, si lo tomara como masivo depende el sistema operativo que tengas para ver si necesita driver o no, asi que tendrias que pasar todos esos datos, ya que sin ellos sería todo inutil, si tenes soporte para bluetooth o no en el sistema, y te hago una aclaración:
"ADOBE PHOTOSHOP que es el que viene con el software de sony nó sirve para nada"
A esto te digo, Adobe Photoshop sirve para mucho mas de lo que vos o yo se puede imaginar, trabajo con el hace muchos años y nunca dejo de aprender de el como creo que a mas de uno le sucede, pero de ahi a decir que no sirve para nada, creo que tendrias que analizar tu problema por otro lado mas que por el "adobe no sirve para nada".
Explica bien tu situación y lo tratamos de ver, porque te aclaro algo mas, eso es un problema que no tiene nada que ver con Photoshop, ya que photoshop no maneja nada del sistema a la hora de compatibilizar un periferico, asi que la ayuda la vas a recibir en el caso de que yo o alguien de los que participan en este foro, los cuales son la mayoria personas con mucho conocimiento de lo que respecta a Photoshop, puedan por seguramente tambien convivir con ordenadores y haber resuelto situaciones de este tipo, pero creo que para la proxima vez que tengas un problema con tu movil tendrias que acercarte a foros relacionados a la telefonia movil o similar, asi como recurrir a la tienda en la que lo comprastes en el caso de que sea un desperfecto, o seguir paso a paso las instrucciones del mismo.
Aclara todo, y veremos que pasa, saludos.

Problema con perfil silencioso iOS 6 en iphone5

Hola, a mi iphone 5 con iOS 6 se le activa el modo silencioso cuando lo pongo boca abajo, sin que el botón lateral esté activo en la función.
Y la campana de sonido activo aparece a cada rato cuando está boca arriba. ¿Será problema de software o de hardware?
No he podido actualizar al iOS 7.

Hola, tengo un problema con mi Time Capsule, despues de hacer varias copias de seguridad, ahora me aparece este error en mi Time Machine: La imagen del disco de copia de seguridad “/Volumes/Data/Victor.sparsebundle” ya está en uso.
Ojalá alguien pueda ayudarme con esto.

La barra gris que se ve en el inicio puede indicar que el sistema detectaun error de disco duro. Problema con applicazioni Iphone

Oggi ho notato che molte delle applicazioni che avevo,sono scomparse. Sul telefono c'erano ancora,ma non si aprivano,quindi vado a vedere su Itunes ed effettivamente non c'erano più le applicazioni che avevo scaricato/acquistato. Ne sono rimaste solo 3. La cosa più strana però,è che ho provato per esempio a scaricare nuovamente Facebook,che avevo fino ad oggi e mi dice che non può essere installata perchè richiede una versione più recente del software di Iphone. Io ho un Iphone 3G versione 4.2.1 e non ho mai avuto problemi con le applicazioni che avevo e adesso sembra che non possa installarmene nemmeno una.

Dopo qualche mese torno a scrivere degli aggiornamenti per chi in futuro avrà lo stesso problema.. Quindi, la situazione è migliorata con qualche settimana di utilizzo della nuova batteria (si sarà ricalibrato il sensore, non saprei), tuttavia non sono tornato alla condizione precedente il problema. non ci sono più stati spegnimenti a livelli superiori al 4/5%, questo mi fa pensare che, nonostante le rassicurazioni del centro assistenza, la batteria fosse ormai ko. Quello che continuo a notare è un calo drastico della batteria a qualsiasi livello di carica, ma questo credo sia imputabile più all'utilizzo di risorse dell'os.. Morale: attenzione a fare affidamento su ciò che dicono nei centri apple.. ps: nel mio caso ho preso la batteria sostitutiva a 30€, kit di apertura iphone e spedizione compresa, è un'operazione molto semplice..

Problema con ventanas emergentes

Buenas, desde hace un par de días al abrir Firefox me salen un monton de ventanas emergentes publicitarias, todas del tipo powered by name. He probado de todo, en complementos, plugins etc no aparece nada raro, he pasado un antivirus y nada, he reinstadao Firefox y nada tampoco, y en desinstalar programas nada tampoco.
Si a alguien le ha pasado algo parecido agradecería saber como lo ha solucinado,

Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.
For 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

Problem with my Airport Extreme Base Station (old model)

I have two computers connecting to the internet with an old AEBS via ethernet. One is a Powerbook G4 and the other is a MacBook Pro. Since performing a software update this morning, the older machine stopped being able to connect to the base station wirelessly (the MacBook is fine though). The error message I receive is "There was an error joining Airport network". I am able to connect to other unsecured networks in the area so I don't think there is a problem with my Airport card.
I connected my Powerbook directly to the base station with an ethernet cable. While doing so I was able to access the internet and Airport Setup Utility but once unplugged I was still not able to connect wirelessly.
I have tried restarting the base station both via the utility and by unplugging it. I have also restarted my Powerbook multiple times.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, should have asked exactly how old your PowerBook is. Apparently the faster AirPort Extreme card didn't hit the market until early 2003. Find your PowerBook "Specifications" by clicking on that link above in the Apple website menu bar. Picking at random from the list, the 1GHz model released Nov 2002 didn't have an AirPort Extreme card, but only the AirPort card, which means the slower speed 802.11b wireless. The two PB models released in Jan 2003 both were AirPort Extreme models.
You'll be able to use the PB, just open AirPort Admin Utility and change your network "Mode:" selector (at the bottom of the panel) to "802.11b/g Compatible" from 802.11g Only.

It sounds like your 5800 has the earpiece fault that was common with 5800's made before February.
You need to take it to a nokia care point for repair under warranty.
