hola! espero que alguien me pueda kntstar en espa?ol, mi problema es el siguiente:
Tengo un creative muvo tx fm 256, el otro dia quise actualizarlo, y me podia ponerlo "in recovery mode", cuando condegui esto, acutalice el firmware, pero a partir de ahi mi mp3 a dejado de funcionar, no se enciende y el ordenador no lo reconoce, alguien me puede ayudar?

Having problems with Creative Muvo V

My mp3 player doesn't switch on anymore. When i bought it all was ok. BUt after i put songs on it, its GB capacity, i put songs till only 00MB was left but when i switch it on, it switches on showing creative muvo... then it switches off. I downloaded the recent firmware and when i connect the mp3 to my computer it is detected as player recovery device class. What must i do, i tried to reinstall the new firmware but then it says that it does not detect any usb device...
Please help me.
While putting songs on my mp3 player, my computer freeze once, then don't know what happened all my songs was deleted the mp3 player was formatted. And while I was connecting the device and opening it there was an error on I/O error.
I really have not been able to use my mp3 player, that's really hard.

Weird -- I have the same problem, and my muvo slim is about the same age. The only difference is, my player was unresponsi've to any reformating or reloading of the firmware. I'm waiting to hear from customer service. Did you fix your problem? I wonder -- you don't suppose Creative puts a self-destruct routine in their players to "encourage" you to buy the next model at the 6-month mark? Nah, couldn't be.

Non riesco ad entrare con creative cloud e anche i programmi non funzionano. Ho un abbonamento annuale docenti. In pratica digito l'ID e la PW, ma mi fa uscire subito. Grazie per l'aiuto - Giuliano

Strange problems with Creative MuVo N

My problems are:
- If I turn it on with head phones plugged in, it just turns itself off
right after powering on.
- If I turn it on without head phones plugged in sometimes it actually
begins to play. (That is, without the head phones)
This is just for a short time though. After this there is just some
really annoying noise. Some other times there is just this loud noise
from start.
On the display the song seems to be playing normally.
- When I power it off (by pressing the play button and holding it down)
it displays the progress bar for powering off, but no progress is shown
in it. The progress bar does not go away from the display. The music
stops playing though but the display does not turn off.
- It seems that it uses up batteries very quickly.
I have tried the following:
- Changed the batteries. I have tried more thatn several different vendors
including Duracell(alkaline), Energizer(alkaline),
Philips(zinc carbon).
- Tried with several different head phones (Creative, Sennheiser HD200,
Plantronics, Microsoft, Logitech, Sony)
Note that it is not my mp3 files that are broken. They play fine in other
mp3 players (including other MuVos). I have even tried to re-encode fresh
mp3 files from my CDs. It does not help?.
How do I solve the problem?

Buongiorno. Ho fatto la migrazione dei programmi da un computer all'altro e non mi funziona più il Creative Cloud. Mi dice che devo acquistare adobe creative cloud. Ho provato a riscaricarlo, ma non funziona. Come posso risolvere questo poblema?

Problems running creative zen nano plus and nomad muvo on same compu

We have 2 nomad muvo mp3 players and now a zen nano plus .Have had constant problems with the media organiser .
Installed zen nano plus and selected enable smart fit to get maximum amount of songs and it worked fine but as soon as we tried to install software for the 2 nomad players it would not work smart fit for any of them.
Uninstalled everything and got the zen software in and it was running ok but then seemed to have problems and although smart fit was enabled it just copied files as the original mp3.
It then fatally crashed yesterday and I am awaiting a replacement as I had only had it for 2 days.
Is it possible to run all 3 and to be able to use smart fit on all 3 players or am I better off having just one working and using the file converter for the other 2.

Make sure that you have installed the MediaSource plugin for MuVo in order to get SmartFit You have to access SmartFit via the MuVo node of the Sources window in MediaSource. You won't see SmartFit if you access your MuVo via the My Computer node of the Sources window in MediaSource..
Here is what you should do to get the latest MediaSource software:
- Download and install the latest Creative MediaSource Player/Organizer 3.30.2 from your product download site.
- (Depending on your firmware)
Download and install the latest Creative Zen and NOMAD Jukebox plugin 2.00.9 for Creative MediaSource from your product download site.
or:
Download and install the latest Creative MediaSource Plugin for PlaysForSure devices (version .00.8) from your product download site.
- Download and install the latest Creative MuVo plugin .0.05 for Creative MediaSource from your product download site.

Problems with Creative Mediasource-shutting d

For the past 24 hours I have been unable to use Creative Mediasource. Every time I get into the program to transfer songs from my computer to my MuVo a window pops up saying that there is a problem and Mediasource has to shut down. Then Windows sends an error message report. I have uninstalled the software from my computer and reinstalled several times but it isn't helping at all. I have no idea what's going on at all.
Can anyone help? I have Windows XP and MuVo TX, G of memory. This is so frustrating and I have no idea what is going on.

Creative MuVo TX FM - powers down when scrolling (how to f

I recently purchased a 28Mb Creative MuVo TX FM and thought I might share my experience with other members of this forum.
Not being experienced with MP3 players I duly followed the instructions and copied some wma files from my XP PC onto the MP3 player via USB / Windows Explorer, preset the FM stations and I was away. Oh the joy of having it work first time!
However, whenever I fast forwarded 3 songs or rewound about 4 songs using the scroller, the unit would instantly power down without warning. I thought it was a damaged file (or two) so deleted what I thought were the damaged songs ..... without success. The battery was brand new and the indicator on the LCD showed a full charge but I changed it anyway, without success. Oh the agony of new technology!
So I pulled out the CD, read the manual, found the creative website, found this forum and then ..... nothing! I did a search on the forum and found one other person who had similar problems (there may be more but maybe it was my search words) but I couldn't find a suitable answer. There is nothing in the Creative Knowledge Base and insofar as I can see, no relevant FAQ's.
Back on the Creative webpage I found a firmware upgrade here and after downloading and installing the firmware upgrade (and a reformat courtesy of the upgrade) and reloading the songs, hey presto! Problem solved!
So thanks to Creative for the support and if you are experiencing the same problem (auto shut down when scrolling), try downloading and installing the firmware upgrade per the link above.

I'm glad you were able to solve your problem. I received my MuVo TX FM 52MB with firmware .2.04 and upgraded it to .3.03, but fortunately never had your problem.
Do you know which version you used while experiencing the shutdown-problem?
Not that it is important to me, I'm just curious.

i have a problem with my creative muvo tx fm.i have full battery and i turn off my mp3 player.then i dont use it for 2-3 months.the next time i turn it on my battery is all out even though i didnt use it!im sure it doesnt turn on by accident or anything.i use the duracell procell triple A batteries.can anyone tell me whats wrong or how to fix this?is it my battery?

Creative MuVo N2000 doesn't play MP3 files anymore?! HE

Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help me out. Here's the problem.
My MuVo N200 player doesn't play mp3 files anymore.. there's only a strange noise comming from the player if i attempt to play mp3's...he only plays the wma files?! I gave my player to my flatmate so she could here music on her vacation to the US, and that's when the problem started. I never had this problem before, and i wonder if she acidently pushed a buttom she shouldn't. I can't figure out how to fix it. Anyone has a clue what has happend, or if the player is "lost" :-( ?! PS: The player is brand new.

Unfortunately, NONE of my friends use Windows anymore , even at work we use Linux for security reasons. So what am i supposed to do now... They have a link at Creative that makes you belei've that they support Linux and offer you the possibility to choose the operating system, in other words=Linux. When i told in a mail to Creative Norway that they offer Linux support at their download-site, they actualy had the nerve to tell me that they don't do that!! I told them to remove the choice if they don't offer it, and don't try to tell people that they are eighter blind or stupid, and i pasted the Link + added a Screenshot of the page into the mail!! I realy got upset. It is the last time i by something from Creative. My first player from Creative lasted exactly 2 weeks, after that he stopped working for one odd reason, so i paid a little more in order to get a better one in exchange, and that device didn't li've longer than month eighter?
Not exactly QUALITY we are talking about..aren't we?
What to do, what to do?
Anyone has a clue?
