Mi version de prueba esta caducada, y al intentar comprarla solo me da ls opciones CS6 y CC que no son compatibles con mi mac ox 10.05.08.
Que puedo hacer??
Ya he hecho la compra y ahora no encuentro el programa justo que bajar!!!
Es urgente el tema, tengo que entreagr hoy un archivo de 200 paginas HELP!

Recibir una respuesta depende de que tu pregunta la lea alguien que sepa la respuesta (yo no sé la respuesta a la tuya). Según tu suerte, eso puede demorar segundos, minutos, horas, días o meses; e incluso no ocurrir nunca. Por tanto no te ayuda en nada repetirla.
De todos modos, suerte y que recibas respuesta pronto.

Problemas para instalar illustrator y photoshop cs5 en windows 7

Me envia el error code 15, ya desinstale todo lo relacionado con acrobat, ya borre del registro y nada mas nada, otra cosa; no puedo creer que adobe no tenga servicio a clientes 24 horas, estoy hablando a España y no me contesta nadie, que les pasa?? deberian de tener a alguien para estos casos de urgencia, como el mio.

Has utilizado el CS5 Cleaner tool (es un script) para borrar elementos que obstaculizan la instalación de aplicaciones?

Es importante leer sus instrucciones antes de utilizar. Despues de ejecutarlo, reinicia el sistema, e intenta instalar las aplicaciones de nuevo. Desactiva antivirus y cierra cualquier otro programa. Por favor confirma si te resuelve el problema.
En general resulta dificil intentar ayudar si no se aporta una información detallada para entender el problema o su posible diagnóstico y que pueda facilitar la ayuda en casos similares, por ejemplo:
Características del ordenador (Procesador, memoria RAM, tarjeta gráfica y espacio libre en disco), aplicaciones o versiones anteriores presentes o desinstaladas, si el proceso de desinstalar se hizo correctamente desde Desinstalar programas del Panel de Control y sin mensajes de error, la presencia de versiones de prueba, programas antivirus activados, cualquier otro dato relevante, ...

En Europa los costes de infraestructuras, entre otros, de las empresas, localizados, país por país, y el número de usuarios registrados, son una de las razones por las que los precios del software y los servicios no son comparables a los de USA. (Sobre esto se podría hablar y se ha hecho muy frecuentemente en otros foros internacionales).
Creo que Adobe al menos en USA tiene diversas clases y niveles de servicios de Soporte, de pago por supuesto, para quien los demanda.

In Design CS5 and MDM plug-ins

We are running SAP MDM version 5.5 which is incompatible with In Design CS5. We are still a ways away from our 7.1 upgrade. But we are running CS5 on most of our machines, since the bulk of what we do is not MDM publishing. We have one MDM machine with In Design CS2 where we can create MDM publications. Then we take those publications to our CS5 machine for packaging. But we are running into the following informational message when opening it on the CS5 machine:
Missing Plug-ins
MDM PAPER MODULE CS3.PLN
The document "20-1472_11-11_Winter Catalog.indd" uses one or more plug-ins which are not currently available on your system. Do you want to open anyway?
We hit OK to open the document. Then we try to Package the document and then we get this error and can't move forward:
This document cannot be packaged due to missing plug-ins. Please install or activate these plug-ins: MDM PAPER MODULE CS3.PLN.
We have the CS3 plug-in installed, but can't seem to get CS5 to recognize it. Is there a way for us to get this to work? Would it work for us to use the 7.1 CS5 plug-in?

Adobe apps don't do well with migration. Uninstall, run the cleaner tool and reinstall from the original disks.

Just for good measure, create a new user on your computer and test in that user. If it fails, you have a software conflict of some sort or you need to reinstall. If it works, you still have some sort of problem in the original user.

Con el error en conectar en el Marketplace, puedes conectar através del navegador/browser Firefox? Puedes conectar através de la red celular 2G, Edge, 3G, o H?
Por favor, también verificar que la data del dispositivo estea correcta, una vez que esto puede causar problemas de autenticidad.

Problem with Adobe Aplication Manger/Updater cs5

i have just installed my CS5 Premium on my new (purchased used) macbook pro after a clean install (OSX 10.8.5)
All the programs works fine but the Aplication Manger say there is updates for all the programs so i open it and and start the updates
it downloads as it shud (according to the progress bar) but when i shud install the updates it gives me the following error messages:

My Application Manager says somthing else. It's downloading the updates but then the installation fails. Normaly I can live without the upgrades, but my Camera RAW format is not compatible with the old version of Cameraw Raw and I realy need ad least this one.

Acabei de baixar cópia de avaliação; gostei muito da idéia do programa, mas estou com um problema para efetivamente poder testar o mesmo: Sou bastante leigo no assunto de criação de sites e pensei em começar pelos exemplos ou por um template, o problema é que nenhum do que eu baixei do site funcionam na minha versão de avaliação do Muse, eu só recebo a mensagem: "Não é possível abrir o arquivo Este arquivo do Adobe Muse requer uma versão mais recente do Adobe Muse. Atualize para a versão mais recente." A versão que está instalada aqui é Adobe Muse CC v.7.4, Build 30, CL 784238; como faço para atualizar e efetivamente conseguir testar o programa?

Bom dia Pessoal,
Criamos novos NCMs considerando sua extensão (TIPI) para diferenciação de taxas de impostos.
Exemplo:
NCM
DESCRIÇÃO
ALÍQUOTA (%)
7323.10.00
Ex 01 - Esponja de lã de aço

Associamos nosso sku a esse novo NCM 7323.10.00.01 (já considerando o Ex 01).
Não tivemos problemas para fazer o processo de saída, todos os impostos foram associados corretamente, porém na hora de fazer o retorno de skus com esses novos NCMs, a alíquota de impostos não está sendo associada corretamente.
Exemplo:
Faturamos o material XPTO com o NCM 7323.10.00 em Junho e agora, esse produto passou a ter esse novo NCM 7323.10.00.01 e ao fazer o retorno desse sku a alíquota de ICMS não está sendo associada corretamente pois o ECC não está encontrando o cadastro de imposto na sequência de acesso correta.
Está pegando a regra geral (grupo 98) ao invés de achar a exceção por NCM (grupo 85).
Acredito que o ECC está considerando o NCM do sku que está na J_1BNFLIN ao invés de ir buscar no Mestre de Materiais.
Já procurei por NOTAS sobre esse tema, porém não achei nada específico para esse tema.
Alguém já passou por situação parecida ? Como resolveu ?

Problem with Text tool in Photoshop CS5

I just purchased PCS5 this morning and they told me that I should download the trial version till I get the actual CDs... I have Photoshop CS4 and never had any serious problems. After downloading and installing CS5 it seems everything is working ok... however there are 2 problems...
1. It does not interact with Bridge 4 (when I make changes in Bridge, CS5 does not see it)
2. Any time I try to click on 'TEXT' tool icon, the application crushes... and I cant do anything... I have to restart the application.
Dont care much about 1st problem, but can't do without the 2nd one....
Any ideas?

Have you tried following solutions?
- update Photoshop to 12.0.4
- remove bad & duplicated fonts and clear system font caches
- update or uninstall 3rd party font management application
- remove all 3rd party plugins including font management application plugin
- launch Photoshop 32bit mode
- upgrade your Mac OS

Problems opening InDesign CS4 files in CS5

We have just upgraded to CS5 to take advantage of the tracked changes facility, and immediately encountered problems:
when opening CS4 files in CS5, we've noticed that formulae, created using charater styles, are not displaying properly. For example x = y / z, which would have the x and = signs dropped, the y underlined and the z on the next line, something like this (although much prettier than I can reproduce here):
x = y
z
in CS5, however, all gyphs in the formula are superimposed upon each other
we tried loading the character styles from our template document. However, that caused most of the content to dissapear!

If you are opening the CS4 files directly in CS5, try exporting CS4 files to IDML and opening the IDML files in CS5. It's worth a try if you haven't already found it doesn't help.

for my purposes. The purpose is to enlarge an image on
'hover' and to
enlarge some text on 'hover'.
What I have done works all right in Mozilla/Seamonkey.
However, in IE,
the 'text enlargement' does not work at all
and when I am enlarging the image there is ***in IE*** a
large grey
surplus area at the bottom, which looks like a background
area which has
turned out to have too much height. I want to get rid of that
superfluous grey area.
How can I make sure it works in BOTH Mozilla and in IE?

I'm assuming you've reverted back or removed it.

I've installed on trial basis Design CS5 on my iMac and of the software listed by Adobe.com. to be included in this suite, only Acrobat 9 is missing.
