Problème activation Premiere elements 12

Bonjour,
J'ai deux ordinateurs sous win7 64bits.
Equipés tous deux de ligthroom et photoshop CS6.
Je viens d'installer Premiere et photoshop elements 12.
Le module d'activation ne fonctionne pas et le compte à rebours des jours a commencé...
J'ai vu sur un forum qu'il faudrait intervenir sur le fichier hosts et supprimer des lignes contenant "adobe". c'est très risqué... pouvez-vous m'aider??

Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

    Adobe n'a pas le droit de m'empêcher d'utiliser un logiciel que j'ai acquis en bonne et due forme. Normalement, ça s'appelle du vol.

    Dear Mylenium,
    my problem is:
    Adobe programs do not recognize an established and working internect connection.
    So I used the same computer to get with the given request code ("Anforderungscode") an answer code ("Antwortcode"). But Premiere Elements does not recognize this answer code and tells me, that this answer code is invalid ("ungültig"). So what should I do ?
    Everytime I try to repeat this, I get the same request code and the same answer code. Should I wait until the 72h time limit is over to get than a new answer code ?
    Anyway, why does Premiere Elements (like Photoshop Elements, too) does not recognize the established internet connection, but is able to recognize that there is for instance an update available ?

    Problem with adobe: I entered photoshop and adobe premiere elements 12 at the same time,
    Photoshop works I have 2 projects in the first adobe elements all work, I view a project
    OK the evening the next day as possible to get into the software, adobe tries to open a window and immediately opens "a problem caused the program has stopped working correctly, windows will close the program.
    I uninstalled adobe and returned again without positive result.

    It sounds like you downloaded the wrong application, namely Adobe Premiere Elements.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements 12- Activating on two computers?

    Hello, I have a personal laptop not used for work that runs windows 7. At work, I work on a Windows 8 tower. I am trying to figure out if there is going to be any issues if I purchase Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and install it on both machines. Somewhere it said that you can't run them at the same time?     If you own, or are the primary user of, a single-user or volume license Adobe product that is installed on a computer at work, you can also install and use the software on one secondary computer of the same platform at home or on a portable computer. However, you may not run the software simultaneously on both the primary and secondary computers.
    No more than one user can use a single-user license Adobe product.
    Note: AVL customers have to buy two different licenses to use both operating systems, even if they have two different computers. They can only use the same license on another computer (not simultaneously) with the same platform at home.

  • Adobe Premiere Elements 10: MPEG Activation on multiple computers

    Hi,
    We need to install this software to multiple computer labs in a school.
    Problem: When one tries to export (share) his project and save it with MPEG-format (PC:MPEG),
    The software gives a popup about visiting the Adobe site and activating the component. This cannot
    be done without administrative rights (UAC pop up on a Windows 7 x64 system). The people using
    the computer lab will not have administrative rights.
    How can we activate the MPEG component beforehand on all the labs computers without user interaction?
    Do we need to insert registry values? Does the process download something from the internet? Install?

    robert: it is a UAC prompt from Windows (7, 64).
    robert: "register service"
    robert: standard user can not activate it.  It must be done with Admin account.  Since I will use these computers in a lab environment, I do not want to give them admin accounts.
    Siddharth: Robert, I am sorry to inform you that the UAC error is related to the system security.
    robert: yes, of course.
    robert: which is prompted by activating the MPEG component from your software.
    robert: is it not possible to run this software as a standard user?  Must the users have an admin account?
    robert: to activate the MPEG component?
    Siddharth: You can use the software but you will not be able to use certain functions in the software.
    Siddharth: it is advisable to use the software in the Admin accounts.
    robert: Is there a way for me to install this software such that this comonent is activated and does not prompt the user? 
    Siddharth: I am sorry, but that is not possible.
    robert: I'm sure this software is often used in a lab that would not grant the users an admin account.
    robert: is it correct that the MPEG activation happens everytime.  Shouldn't it be a one-time operation?
    Siddharth: Robert, there are known permissions with the standard user accounts.
    robert: what does that mean?
    Siddharth: This is not just related to Premiere Elements.
    robert: so how do standard users use this program?  Are you saying it is impossible for standard users to export as MPEG?  I can't believe this is true.
    Siddharth: Adobe does not recommend standard user accounts.
    robert: There must be a way to activate the MPEG component for the standard users accounts so they are not prompted again and again for this.  It doesn't make any sense. 
    Siddharth: I would suggest you use the software in Admin account.
    robert: this is very dissapointing.  and I know there must be a way to accomplish this.
    Siddharth: I am sorry but I will not be able to help you with this.

  • Premiere Elements 9 loses activation

    I have a lab that is running Adobe Premiere Elements 9 with DeepFreeze (always restores to last saved state on reboot). I've been getting told that every so often someone will open a video project and the program will ask for the serial number or to continue trial, but as soon as I restart the computer it is back to being properly activated.
    The kids using the software are basic users, so they can't be deactivating the product in the Help menu as it's greyed out.
    Has anyone had an issue with Premiere Elements reasking for a serial number after product activation?

    With licensing on a network, you will be best served contacting Adobe Customer Support, as they should be able to help you.
    My guess is that DeepFreeze is playing some role in this, but as I do not know the program, that's just speculation on my part.

  • CS6 and Premiere Elements keeps asking for activation

    Hi
    I am a system engineer in a school. We have a K12 Site license for CS6 and we purchased about 30 single license versions of Premier Elements through certified resellers. I deployed CS6 a few years ago on our old PC's by installing the software on one computer and then cloning the pc 30 times with CloneZilla. That worked fine.
    A year later i repeated the procedure on 25 other computers. No problem there.
    Last summer i did the same to replace the 30 pc's i had cloned the first time. Since then i have to activate CS6 over and over again indicating a trial version. Also the other classroom with 25 pc' began to ask for activation after 2 years with no worries.
    In oktober i Installed Premiere Elements on each individual computer one by one. And that went well for a few months but then all of a sudden PE began to prompt for activation. My collegues drive me crazy with their remarks and worries.
    So far i tried to activate CS6 by creating a serialization file with the adobe application manager. When i run the file and retry the program i am no longer prompted for an activation... for a while.
    There is no way to tell which device will prompt of when. It is random. Sometimes it is just one device, then all of a sudden it are 3-4.

    Adobe Premiere elements 12 (individual license) requires sign in /activation if you have installed individually however you can suppress the sign window using Adobe provisioning toolkit

    Were you given instructions from the seller with regard to getting a serial number when you start with a redemption code?

    Je viens d'installer la dernière version de premiere element 12 et je n'arrive pas à régler les problèmes d'incompatibilité au niveau de mon pilote d'affichage...
    Je ne trouve pas non plus le fichier Baddrivers qui apparemment était aussi en cause dans la plupart des cas d'après de nombreux forums.
    Voici ce que je peux vous renseigner à propos de mon ordinateur :

    The driver message is telling you that PrE has detected a problem with your installed video driver.
    Windows is not useful for telling whether you have the latest video driver. It will invariably be at least 6 mos. out of date, just as most driver utilities will be too.
    What is your graphics display chip, or card, and please list the make and model?
    What is the number and date of your installed video driver?
    Is that the latest version of the driver, from the nVidia, or AMD/ATI Web site?
    Since you mention Windows, I assume that you have a PC. What is the Windows version, and is it 32-bit, or 64-bit?

  • Problème de restitution des couleurs avec Premiere Elements 13.

    Je prends 95% de photos et 5% de vidéos avec des Canon EOS 70D et 650D.
    Taille des images 5472x3648 pixels - Taille de certains fichiers jusqu'à 8.5 Mo
    J'ai utilisé comme paramètres : PAL / AVCHD / QFHD 16x9 25.
    Un premier essai de gravage sur DVD donne des photos tirant au rose, ce qui n'est pas le cas en les visionnant une à une.
    Mon matériel

    Si l’encodage réussit mais la gravure échoue, le problème pourrait être lié à l’une des raisons suivantes:
    1.  Un mauvais pilote de gestion: Reinstaller Premiere Elements peut résoudre ce problème. Sauvegardez le projet puis réinstallez PRE.
    2.  Un conflit logiciel: Désinstallez tout autre logiciel de gravure. Vous pouvez ensuite réessayer d’installer PRE pour vous assurer que le bon pilote de gestion soit utilisé.

  • Adobe Premieres Elements 10, problème d'importation

    Dans Adobe Premieres Elements 10, je ne parviens pas à importer le format 16-9 malgré le paramétrage à cet effet. L'image obtenue est toujours en 4-3 et le moniteur en 16-9. Au déplacement, du clip video vers le moniteur, celui-ci bascule en 4-3. Ma caméra video est une JVC Everio GZ-MG 630RU.    Solution?

    I suspect that your JVC is recording .mod widescreen. And, this is the classical story of the file's 16:9 flag missing or not recognized by Premiere Elements (any version).
    Set your Premiere Elements 10 project preset in the new project dialog to PAL DV Widescreen and import your .mod widescreen into the project using Premiere Elements 10 Get Media/Files and Folders. In Project Media, right click the thumbnail of the file, select Interpret Footage. In the Interpret Footage dialog, go to the Pixel Aspect Ratio section and dot the Conform to: Then change the Conform to field to
    DV/DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587).
    If there are any black borders in the Edit area monitor image after that, click on the monitor to bring up the image's bounding box. Then drag on a bounding box handle to scale the video image to just fit the space in the monitor to no black edges.
    The 16:9 flag issue is one part of the JVC .mod matters. If you have problems importing the file, rename the .mod file extension to .mpg before import into Premiere Elements.

    J’ai fait tout ce qui est indiqué est rien à faire ! Qui peut m’aider ?
