I downloaded the 30 day free trial of Photoshop on 9/11, but have not been able to open it, or even find it on my computer. I do have the Adobe Create Cloud icon, and when I click it it list PS as downloaded and lets me access tutorials, but that is all.

Hi Homerguy,
If you are using Mac, please open the finder window click on go and choose applications and try to launch Photoshop from there.
If windows, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 and double click on the Photoshop.exe file.

I purchased all out of Denmark. My HD crashed and I reload it all. While doing this I had to install new iTunes, - this is the newest version 10.xx. The old version was probbaly 9.xx (cant remember). So the library files are from an old version, - but it does not look like creating a problem. I am now in Sweden, so iTunes was installed in Sweden, and I try to re-download my missing songs while being here in Sweden. However, - I belive I am connected to iTunes store in Denmark. ... (it takes 2 smileys for this, - if you get as far as to here and still have an overview.)

Adobe Create pdf icon does not appear in Firefox 36.0.1

I am using Windows 10 TP and have used Adobe Acrobat XI with Firefox for months now and have been able to click on the Adobe Icon on the FIrefox toolbar to convert web pages into an Acrobat file. In the last couple of weeks this icon has disappered but the following items still exist:-
1. Under Options/Applications Portable Document Format (PDF) is still set to Use Adobe Acrobat (default)
2. In the list of Add-ons I still have an entry Adobe Acrobat 11.0.10.32. This is the Adobe PDF Plug-in for Firefoc and Netscape.
3. I have uninstalled ALL add-ons ansd re-installed but that does not resolve the problem
4. I have uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it again but that does not resolve the problem
Can you please offer any suggestions to resolve this problem?

I forgot one detail. This happened while I was having trouble seeing the mouse cursor (I use Apple's Magic Mouse). It had disappeared briefly. I had to drag the cursor out of the Firefox Window for it to reappear. I accidentally entered full screen view while the cursor was not visible.

Pero antes busque como solucionar el problema, leí que actualizando el controlador de windows, con eso se solucionaba, lo hice, y seguía igual. Y creí que era un problema de compatibilidad con windows 8.1, después baje a mi windows antiguo windows 7 descargue el photoshop cc 2014 nuevamente, y al abrirlo, me salía el mensaje Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 dejo de funcionar y se cierra, ya intente actualizar el controlador, y sigue igual. Me molesta mucho, porque antes de subir a windows 8 tenía photoshop cc y me funcionaba perfectamente. Ase días también formatea la laptop de mi hermana, la lap de ella tiene windows 8 de fabrica, y al instalarle los programas, le instale photoshop cc 2014, y al abrirlo me salia la venta, de Photosho ha encontrado un problema con el controlador lo actualice y sigue igual.. Adobe Creative Suite Icons

Forgive me if this isn't the correct place to ask this, as this is the closest thing I'm finding that relates to a "collective software" board. If it helps, I am a Creative Cloud subscriber.
Does anyone know where I may be able to find Adobe CS5 icons for Mac OS X.7? While I'm throughly enjoying my upgrade from CS5 to CS6, the new icons really aren't working for me. Nothing against the designer(s) but these new icons are giving me headaches (I currently have the Master Collection downloaded while I wait for Creative Cloud to be released). I find them extremely distracting. I was quite pleased with the previous set of icons (CS5) as they tended to blend in with the rest of my applications.

Hi , It is possible but for this new you will require the CS5 icons mainly the icns files , if you can arrange them then there would be no problem.
You can "Ctrl+click" on any app file , for example Indesign CS6.app file , then in the cascading drop down selet "Show package content" , you will have two folder , go inside "Content" and then "Resources" , it will have all icons file , replace the file in this place for your app , you will be good to go.
It is more of a tweak.

A problem with publish service icon

I have a problem with a LR plugin I'm working on.
My plugin is a common publish service. The code is VERY similar to the flickr plugin.
My problem is with publish service icon. No matter what do I do, the icon is missing (in LR). I have set the publishServiceProvider.small_icon property to the name of my icon file. The file is present in the same folder, as the rest of the plugin files.
At first, I thought that perhaps something is wrong with the image. But when I tried to use the same icon for the flickr plugin, everything was ok. So the image is in correct format.
What can be the cause of my problem?
BTW, I use LR 3.2 and 3.3, if it's important.

I've never *noticed* a problem with icon resources, not that I would have, but I have noticed the problem with other plugin files, on Mac. Its almost as if Lightroom takes a snapshot of what's there then ignores new stuff when you reload the plugin.
e.g. ExifMeta re-writes the metadata definition module. On Windows, simply reloading the plugin incorporates the newly re-written module, whereas on Mac, Lightroom must be restarted for it to be incorporated. Perhaps these issues are related.

Icons like RAR, txt files if any in that folder. Bridge 4.0.5.11 Windows XP SP3.

This does not solve the problem, still icon appear on top of image

Safari 8 problem, App Store problem, Adobe creative cloud signing In

Hello All,
I would really appreciate if you could help me out solve the following problems in my iMac 3.4 GHz Intel core i7!
Safari:
I recently upgraded to OS X Yosemite version 10.10 and since that time, i am facing a lot of problems with Safari.. sometimes it's working correctly and other times it is (freezing, not responding and the wheel keeps turning until the force quitting) snapshot attached for freezing)
App Store:
The problem with App store, the App store fail to start and if opened the window is inactive and in grey color and and says Cannot Connect to App store (snapshot attached)
Adobe creative cloud
Whenever i have problems in my iMac, i face signing in problem with Adobe creative cloud.. The wheel keeps turning (snapshot attached)
Just to mention the steps i tried to solve these problems:
- Reinstalled the OS X Yosemite 3 times.
- Restart my computer constantly.
- Clear caches in Safari..
None of them worked permanently!
Any suggest from your side!

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

Since I updated my 4S iphone to the latest iOS7 version, I can no longer close any of my apps. As a result, all my apps remain open on my phone. Even powering down and restarting does not solve the problem. Specifically, the icons don't wiggle anymore.

Double tap the Home button, then swop upwards on the App Preview (not the App Icon). Tap the Home button again when done to return to normal screen.
