Bonjour, j 'ai un gros probleme adobe photoshop et premiere elements 9 qui sont integrés dans mon ordinateur ne veulent plus s' ouvrir, ils me marquent de réinstaller mon programme , or je ne trouve pas le programme d' installation ,j 'ai le code d' activation; comment faire car je n'ai plus aucun produits d 'adobe qui marche! merci

Je m'explique: Comment faire pour former des retraités d' une section de 50
personnes sur photoshop et primière éléments quand tous les gens n'ont pas
la même configuration. En effet, vous changer tous les ans votre produit
(beaucoup trop) et au fil des ans l'achat des produits ne sont pas les
mêmes. Donc, lorsque je projecte sur écran les personnes d'âges ne s'y
retrouve pas. vos mise à jour sont bien trop chère pour certains retraités.
Avez vous une solution à proposer pour les groupes.

Probleme avec photoshop element 9

Quit the editor, then restart it while holding down Command+Shift+Option. Keep the keys down till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do. Also, don't use the welcome screen to start PSE. Go into your Applications folder and find the actual organizer or editor file and use that to launch PSE. While it's running you can click the Dock icon and choose Keep in Dock to make a permanent icon.
The editor is a bit confusing. This one is the actual editor file:
The one below it is an alias for the Welcome Screen.

Probleme avec photoshop cs4; lenteur et disfonctionnement

J'ai installé la version trial de photoshop cs4 sur mes deux ordis. Mon ordinateur fixe tourne sous windows xp et tout fonctionne très bien. Par contre avec le portable (portable récent avec suffisamment de mémoire) qui tourne avec vista je ne peux pas travailler avec photoshop cs4. J'ai fait l'essai avec la meme image sur mon fixe et sur mon portable et sous vista photoshop rame, il met énormément de temps à traiter une information. De plus , des outils comme par exemple le tampon de duplication deviennet inutilisables. Non seulement l'information met du temps à être traitée , mais en plus le trait, la transformation n'est pas appliquée là où je l'ai demandée, variant de un ou deux centimètres sur l'écran. Avez-vous une idée de quel peut être le problème et s'il y aurait une solution?
Je vous remecie d'avance.

Les pilotes de la carte graphique sont-ils à jour?
Avez-vous essayé de désactiver l'Open GL dans les préférences?
Peut-on avoir plus d'infos sur votre setup?
Memoire? allocation mémoire? disques durs: scratch disk sur un disque séparé? tablette graphique?

Réactivation Photoshop et Première Elements 9

j'ai désinstallé ces 2 produits sur un ancien ordinateur sans les désactiver puis réinstallé sur un autre que je viens de changer j'ai donc désintallé une nouvelle fois les produit toujours sans le désactiver et je viens de les réinstaller sur mon nouvel ordinateur et le message suivant apparait :
Ce numéro a déjà été installé sur deux ordinateurs. Vous devez corriger le problème pour continuer
Pour corriger et obtenir une licence pour ce produit, vous devez désactiver l'une des copies activées.
Comment puis-je faire pour corriger le problème.

Je n'ai pas eu la version 9 de PSE/PE, mais je suppose que la règle est la même que pour PSE 10 ou 11. Vous avez droit à deux activations pour votre propre usage. Pour récupérer le droit d'activer une autre copie (sur un autre PC) , vous devez désactiver depuis le menu 'aide' l'une des versions antérieures. Désinstaller ne désactive pas. Si vous désinstallez, puis réinstallez sur le même PC, pas besoin de désactiver, l'activation est liée à un ordinateur physique. Si vous êtes dans la situation courante de ne pouvoir désactiver parceque l'ordinateur est mort ou a été volé, la seul solution est de contacter le support Adobe qui peut le faire pour vous. Généralement une session de 'chat' en ligne permet une solution rapide.
Cela dit, je ne sais pas s'il faut contacter le support Adobe local ou le support commun, en Anglais...

quand je prends l'outil pinceau et que je selectionne une couleur , je n'ai plus que des gris , plus aucune autre couleur , quand je vais dans le paneau de controle ça me met " niveau de gris " mais je ne peux pas sélectioner le mode rvb ...

Je ne parviens pas à envoyer des videos montées avec Première elements 12 .

Je voudrais envoyer des photos documentées de leur date, leur légende et éventuellement de leurs commentaires . (des blocs de 200 à 300 photos)
Je rentre ces différentes données avec Photoshop element 12 dans mes catalogues mais elles ne suivent pas quand je télécharge des albums avec Adobe revel et mes correspondants reçoivent des "photos nues"
J'ai essayé l'astuce de les envoyer sous forme de diaporamas.
Et là : pour envoyer un diaporama je passe(obligatoirement dans Première element sous forme de vidéos ) les légendes sont prises en compte -pas les dates - Les videos se téléchargent en fin de procédure tout se ferme sans afficher l'URL à transmettre comme ça marche bien pour les albums.
Je retrouve les vidéos dans les albums : mais je ne sais pas trouver l'URL à donner à mes correspondants .

what I believe you are asking.
1. You have a Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Timeline that you are exporting/uploading using Publish+Share/Private Web Album (An Adobe Revel feature).
That typically goes to Adobe Revel as a video 1280 x 720 @ 29.97 frames per second file (AVCHD.mp4) where it can be shared with others.
2. You are asking for the address for that file so that you can give that to friends and family to find your video at Adobe Revel.
If that is the case, two places to get the URL and email address for that video at Adobe Revel
1. In Premiere Elements, when the exporting is finished in Premiere Elements, before you hit Done button, write down the Guest Link and email addresses.
Clicking on the Guest Link should take you to the Adobe Revel web site and your video to be shared.
Clicking on the Email link should open a blank email with the email address for the video to be shared.
Otherwise, go to the Adobe Revel web site http://www.adoberevel.com and your library there
If Albums, right click the Album and select View Page Inf/General for the address URL

Thanks for the reply. From what you wrote I am understand that you are referring to the disc menu which you will use to navigate the movie with the TV remote when you are watching the movie on TV.
What specific disc menu is not working? Or is the problem with all? Could you please describe how "you do not have access to these menus"....where does the problem start...
a. have you installed all the Content from the Content installation disc or from Adobe online

b. when you click on the "Disc Menus" header, do you get the display of menus with headers and themes?
c. if "b" works, then what happens if you select one of the menu and drag it into the monitor or if you click apply?
d. or is the problem elsewhere in the process?
Let us go through those details to determine what is happening and how best to find the core of the issue. But please indicate is this problem "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before"?
At this time, how many Timeline menu markers do you have placed on your Timeline content?

I have been using Photoshop Elements for a couple of years now and know it pretty well. Today while attempting to print, a strange problem came up: After going through the protocol to make a print, just before the image prints PE does a very fast auto correction that basically ruins all the color correction I have made on the image. How do I disable this function?

Hi and thanks for your reply. I checked the settings under "Print", "More Options", then "Color Management" and it only has "Print Space", none of the three options that you said I should have. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Check your color management by clicking More Options in the print dialog There are basically three options:1) Printer Manages Color2) Elements Manages color3) No color Management Make sure everything is consistent e.g. if you choose Elements manages color make sure color management is switched off in the print driver.

I tried to install Photoshop elements 8 on my Windows 7 computer, but the installation gives a failure after a certain time. A file "...cab" is not working and may be corrupt ( exact failure code I can give, if necesary). Is there any possibility to get this file or the program Photoshop Elements 8 as download file so that I can complete the installation? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I just got the same problem already some time ago when I tried to install this programm in my computer. At that time (March 2012) the program crashed my computer, I had to reinstall all the Software completely including system software. The program I purchased in December 2011 from Amazon together with a Reflecta crystal Scan slide scanner as bundle, so I thought it will work.
I will try to install the program from the download link you gave me, in case it does not work, what can I do next without having to buy a newer version?

Problems with Photoshop Elements 11

I have a problem with Photoshop Elements 11, which i bought last week. Installing was completed according the instructions. When I started to use the program my one year old HP-computer with Windows 8.1 informed that there a failure in the Photoshop program and the did not open.

Ok, je n'avais pas ouvert ton fichier.
Je pense que le problème vient plutot de la construction du cluster. Je suis même étonné que tu n'ais pas d'autres données propres au format Cluster.
As-tu essayé soit d'appeler 3 fois ta fonction d'écriture (1 fois avant pour la donnée 8888 d'initialisation, 1 fois pr le tableau, et 1 fois pr la donnée de fin) mais je pense que cette solution n'est pas très optimisée côté performance.
Ou sinon de modifier ton tableau en incluant tes données de début et fin directement dans le tableau avant de l'écrire dans le fichier?
Je regarde de mon côté également.
