Problème avec une composition dans after effect

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec une composition dans after effect (12.2.1.5). Lors d'une transformation à l'échelle d'une image, elle se double et se déforme

ci joint,deux capture d'écran, sur la première le logo déformé sur la composition et la deuxième le logo à l'initiale.
Comment faire pour éviter la déformation?

Comme vous le voyez, j'ai bien installé les pilotes CUDA pour la carte vidéo.
J'ai été obligé de le déclarer dans le fichier raytracer_supported_cards pour rajouter ma carte GTX 670M il n y avait que 670 sans le M)
Si je ne rajoute pas le M, le logiciel After effects ne le reconnaitrait pas du tout et je n'aurais pas eu les infos CUDA en bas. Il me signalera juste "non pris en charge".
Bref, si je comprends bien, le fait d'activer cette option GPU me permet théoriquement accélérer le rendu ? ou avoir du temps réel ?
Car pour une séquence de 2m30, il faut plus de 20 mn pour faire un rendu ce qui n'est pas normal.
Alors comment je pourrais optimiser tout ca pour gagner du temps et ne pas avoir des saccades sur les rendus.
Je vous remercie de vos aides.
PS : mémoire de textures = 11249 MO, je ne peux pas dépasser plus que ca !

Perrine_l for information on how to reinstall Adobe After Effects please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
If you continue to receive errors when opening After Effects then I would recommend posting any specific error messages you are receiving to the After Effects to the After Effects forum at After Effects.

Remplacer le métrage Pr CC avec une composition AE CC

Bonjour,
je viens d'installer Adobe CC sur un MAC PRO.
Chaque fois que j'essaye de remplacer le métrage sur Premiere avec une composition After Effects il s'affiche un message d'erreur générique.
Avec CS6 j'ai toujours fait cette procédure et il fonctionnait très bien. Maintenant avec Adobe CC il s'affiche un message "le module d'importation a signalé une erreur générique."
et j'ai essayé de remplacer le métrage avec un fichier mp4 et il fonctionne, mais si je veux remplacer le métrage avec une composition after effects toujours le même message d'erreur.
Le service clientele chat d'Adobe a été nul, j'espère d'avoir une aide ici ou au moins qu'on me dit que il n'est plus possible faire cette chose sur CC....

Je ne sais pas comment tu faisais sur Mac et je ne sais plus comment je faisais avec la CS6 sur PC. mais sur PC avec CC2014, effectivement j'ai le même message. Cependant je ne procède pas comme cela. Voici à esseyer sur ton Mac.
1. Tu importes le projet After dans Premiere
2. tu le sélectionnes dans le chutier (clic gauche)
3. tu sélectionnes la chute video à remplacer sur la ligne du temps (clic droit) et tu choisis "Remplacer par Element> A partir du chutier.
Evidemment si les longueurs et taille d'image ne sont pas identiques, il faut redimensionner la compo dans ta ligne .de temps.
Dis-nous si cela te convient comme solution.

Pb affichage de texte dans After Effects

Bonjour, depuis hier dans After Effects CC, je saisie un texte dans une composition mais celui ci n'apparaît pas. Lettrine de couleur blanche j'arrive à saisir la zone de texte mais les lettre ne s'affichent pas. Quoi faire ? merci par avance

Double-click the text layer to highlight the text, then check the settings in the Character pane. Bad settings in the pane are a common cause of invisible text.

CS4 I have created compositions in After Effects CS 4 but when I import them into Premiere Pro CS4 they only appear in the monitor when the play button is activated. The other clips appear without a problem. I noticed that the same situation arises when I dynamically link to Encore CS4. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you Ann. But the problem is when switched on the AE clips on the timeline are only viewable when I start the project (ie press the space bar) and as it also doesn’t appear in Encore I am afraid to spend a great deal of time creating a DVD with these clips not appearing. Any advice?

Repeated Failed Rendering 4k composition in After Effects CC

I am having repeated errors while rendering a 4k composition in Adobe After Effects CC. The composition is setup with the pixel ratio is 3840x2160 at 29.97FPS. I did this to match the output of the video that I will later attach to finish the composition I had generated in After Effects. The composition is about 12s long and takes about 12min(estimated) to render on my current platform. (14gb Ram, GeForce GTX 970, 4tb extra hardrive).
The problem I am running into is the intro composition will render about 3/4 of the way through then crash; I am getting a rendering error that causes it to stop and crashed after effects. I have tried changing the output Codecs settings and render quality to see if this helps at all, it doesn't. I can get the project to render in a lower quality of 1920x1080 (a little glitchy). I am not sure where to start troubleshooting this further?? Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

I am using AE CC version 13.2
My render settings are in the pics below
my caustics comp is 12 seconds long has a background sub comp, sky (logo sub comp) , and bottom layer comp with wave world effects with some fades on the logo
The render seems to freeze at the same point for each time, even with I trying a new codecs or to mess with the settings, it seems to be with the comp itself or the output power of my platform.

Any help to get this thing moving again would be greatly appreciated. I really don't want to lower output video quality as the rest of my video footage is in 4k with matching aspect ratios for the footage

I'm fairly new to After Effects. Is there a way to play the video composition and hear the audio before rendering?

How should i build and export a composition from After Effects to be dropped into a Premiere project

I've built a project in Premiere which i plan to burn to DVD. It's exporting at 1280x720. Pixel aspect ratio is 1.0. I'm exporting with MPEG2 setting.
After Effects won't let me make a project with 1.0 pixel aspect ratio, and it isn't letting me use MPEG2... it's giving me this medial 02 error...

Well where should I start? AE will allow you to use square pixels. In fact the 1280 X 720 frame size is the HDV/HDTV 720 P preset and it's square pixels.
You don't set the compression until you render and, if you want the highest quality, you don't render MPEG formats of any kind using the Render Cue, you export them using the Adobe Media encoder. Where is After Effects telling you you can't use MPEG2??? How are you trying to get there.
If you are going directly to Premiere Pro (Which only exports or renders using the Adobe Media Encoder) you don't even need to render, you can just import your AE Composition into PPro.
Secondly, A DVD is not High Def in any form. DVD's are all 720 X 480 pixles (in NTSC countries). The only options are widescreen or normal.

Mac problème avec une extension Adobe Exchange qui ne se télécharge pas et bloque Adobe Exchange Manager

Sur mon Imac dans Indesign CS6 j'ai essayé de télécharger EAN Barcode Manager, ça n'a pas fonctionné, elle figure avec une roue de téléchargement fixe. Impossible de supprimer cette extension maintenant. Je n'arrive pas à faire monter Adobe Extension Manager CS6 qui bloque sur "Chargement d'extensions...". J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé Exchange Panel, rien ni fait. Merci de votre aide pour remettre tout cela en ordre.

Bonsoir. Adobe exchange est intégré à Photoshop CC. Voyez dans le menu fenêtres-extensions-adobe exchange.

Problème avec le pointeur dans Photoshop CS4

Depuis quelques heures, probablement suite à une fausse manoeuvre, le pointeur s'est changé en une petite ligne représentant des symboles, au lieu du pointeur d'origine. Par exemple, en utilisant le lasso polygonal, il est impossible de suivre n contour avec précision. Merci de votre aide pour corriger ce problème.

Response: You might be seeing the "Precise Cursor", which is usually activated with the Caps Lock key. As your post is not all in Caps, it may be something else. Can you screenshot it for us?

Problème avec ActiveX container dans un kit de distribution

Un autre souci avec les kits de distrubtion...
Puisque vous m'y encouragez, je vais vous soumettre un autre souci!
Dans mon kit de distribution, j'ai besoin du composant ActiveX
container. Ce composant me pose souci si je n'inclue pas tous les autres
composants du RTE CVI. En ne prenant que les composants dont j'ai
besoin (Standard run time, Analysis support et ActiveX), ca me donne un
kit qui fait environ 15/20Mo, alors qu'avec le rte complet, environ
200Mo.
Mon kit étant diffusé sur un réseau, vous comprenez que 200M, c'est trop pour moi.
Comment puis je faire pour ne plus avoir besoin d'intégrer le run time complet?
Le message qui m'est retourné est le suivant:

Pourriez-vous préciser ce qui se passe si vous sélectionnez uniquement le "Standard Run-Time" et "ActiveX Container Support"?
C'est surprenant que vous deviez ajouter les autres composants (.NET, Real-Time, Instrument driver...).
Si le problème persiste, pourriez-vous poster un exemple de projet CVI, le plus minimaliste possible, permettant d'illustrer ce problème?

J'ai photoshop CS6 et une mise à jour récente m'a proposé photoshop CS6 extended.
Je n'ai pas voulu de photoshop extended mais depuis je n'ai plus accès à ma version de photoshop CS6.
Que dois-je faire pour me sortir de cette galère créée par ADOBE?

Rendering a composition in After Effects

I had tried to render a composition, consisting of few animation frames but the resulting .avi file doesn't show anything.

Normally this is kind of problem is user error. If you are new please start here: Basic Workflow
I really tried to figure out what you were doing because we don't have any details on your project or render settings. The video may actually be OK because your Media Player does not support Alpha Channels, or you could have something going on with your layers. Drop the rendered video into AE and put it in a comp to see if there is anything there and reveal it's properties. If there is nothing there then you should drop a white solid below all of your layers to give the video a background and then render it again. If you want a transparent background then you'll have to choose Lossless With Alpha from the presets in the Output Module. If neither of these suggestions work then you have to tell us all of the details of your project and give us a screenshot showing what is going on with the layers.

Problème avec les couleurs dans iCal

Les couleurs de mon calendrier changent automatiquement. Je peux changer, prendre des couleurs défini ou créer de couleurs, changer le nom des couleurs, cela revient toujours aux mêmes couleurs pour certains calendriers uniquement. Que faire?!?
