leider hat bei der heutigen Aktualisierung mit den Produkten CC 2014 nicht alles so hingehauen wie gedacht und erhofft ... folgende Fehlermeldung kam:

Nun hab ich schon mal nachgesehen aber noch nicht wirklich Lösung gefunden, denn wenn ich nach diesem "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012" suche finde ich gar nix ... immer nur bis 2010 .... kann mir hier bitte jemand auf DEUTSCH helfen :-)

hallo, ich habe ein iphone 4 und einen imac G4. ich möchte ein update für meine imovie app machen. besitze aber kein wlan und wollte das über mein datenkabel und die bestehende internetverbindung von meinem mac tun,ist das möglich?

Which operating system version are you running on the G4 Mac? Can you use the App Store in iTunes? If so, I don't see why you can't buy it that way.
Do you have no data plan with the phone service? I know somebody with an iPhone that is rarely connected via local wireless but they can connect through the main connection provider and simply get things via their data plan.
I was just reading about the app at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/imovie/id377298193?mt=8 It seems people are annoyed about having to use location services and potential privacy issues. I don't know if this also involves requiring an Internet connection to use the app.

Problem beim Einfügen von Wasserzeichen in Acrobat Pro 9.5.5

Hallo!
Ich denke, ich habe bei meinem Acrobat Pro 9.5.5 einen Bug entdeckt, aber vielleicht liegt es auch nur an irgendwelchen Einstellungen. Es geht um das Einfügen eines Wasserzeichens. Wenn ich den entsprechenden Eintrag im Menü "Dokument" anklicke und alle Eingaben vornehme, funktioniert das Ganze. Aber die Einstellungen und Parameter kann man ja auch abspeichern - und dann funktioniert das leider nicht mehr. Bei Einfügen eines Wasserzeichens mit Hilfe der gespeicherten Einstellungen werden nur manche dieser Einstellungen tatsächlich übernommen, für mich wichtige Parameter wie Schriftgröße des Wasserzeichens und die Positionierung leider nicht, sodass ich bei jedem Dokument die Einstellungen neu vornehmen müsste. Ist das ein Bug im Programm? Das wäre sehr, sehr ärgerlich, da ich dieses Feature unbedingt benötige!
Vielleicht könnte mal jemand, der diese Version noch nutzt, den Vorgang bei sich prüfen, ob das auch passiert. Oder vielleicht hatte schon einmal jemand das gleiche Problem? Der Adobe Support zeigt mir die lange Nase, mein Produkt ist zu alt für technischen Support, traurig!

so ganz verstehe ich die brachiale Weise nicht, mit der Sie die -auch an anderer Stelle- ungeliebte Methode der Verknüpfung von Betriebssystemerneuerung und Programm-Update verteidigen. Es gibt einige Programme, die -wenigstens dem Anschein nach- keine Probleme haben, von 32- auf 64-Bit umzusteigen. Sie werden sicher wissen, wie man das als Programmieren macht…
Unsereins kann sich nur mit „reichlich blöden“ Vergleichen beschäftigen und von selbst- (oder doch anderen?) ernannten Fachleute maßregeln lassen.
Bitte warten Sie nicht auf meine Wochenendprogrammierung, ich biete nichts in dieser Richtung zu Kauf an. Gleichwohl besten Dank für die ganz unverdiente Titulierung, ich arbeite daran…

Wie soll denn ein Programm kompatibel sein, dass Jahre vor dem Erscheinen des Betriebssystems entwickelt wurde. Ihr macht es Euch auch einfach. Einfach weil ihr glaubt, dass das Entwickeln von Programmen auf ein paar einfachen Formeln beruht, müssen die für alle zukünftigen Betriebssysteme funktionieren. Selbst für die damaligen Versionen brauchte man für Mac und Windows unterschiedliche Entwickllungen und der Sprung von einem 32 auf 64bit-System ist genauso ein großer Unterschied, zudem die Betriebssysteme selbst massiv verändert wurden. UNd der Vergleich mit dem Fahrrad und dem Reifenpatschen ist doch reichlich blöd.
Aber was, ihr seid ja die Genies, das Entwickeln von so Programmen ist ja ach so einfach, und das Testen auch. Ich mach Euch den Vorschlag, entwickelt am Wochenende schnell mal eine neue Version, am besten ein neues Progamm und bietet das auf eurer Homepage zum Verkauf an. Ich warte.

Photoshop CC 2014.1 not Showing Update for 2014.2

My Photoshop cc 2014.1 is not showing the update for 2014.2. I have 2 computers and one updated and the other isn't showing the .2 update. They both are using Windows 8.1. I was online with customer service earlier and they weren't able to provide an answer yet. I had to leave for work so customer service is to get back with me. In the mean time I'm trying to see any answers out there. I uninstalled the creative cloud desktop app earlier since I did have problems when it just hung on the update for the creative cloud desktop app. I deleted some folders that the customer service rep stated and reinstalled and I was able to reinstall the CC desktop app. I have tried do the update through Photoshop and the application manager also says it's up-to-date. I did check the version just to ensure that it didn't update but it is 2014.1
Why is it this computer doesn't see the .2 update?

Install Creative cloud from : Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
If problem persists, create another user account and check if the problem persists.

Premiere Pro random crashing since update to 2014.2

Been working on the SAME big project over 18 months, in Pr Pro CC, 2014, working on the SAME PC:
Win 7 SP1 pro 64bit, i7-3770K, 32GB fast memory (25.7 available for Pr), Intel HD 4000 graphics on Asus motherboard with 30" NEC Multisync screen at 2560 x 1600 (same as for years)
42GB free on my SSD drive C: and 54GB free on my SSD drive S: for preview files, 24GB free on my SSD drive T: for caching files. Project files etc stored on a normal hard drive F: (for Files!) 1.25TB free.
NOW last update to 2014.2 and I get constant RANDOM crashes (Windows encountered a fault and had to close this program) despite updating graphics driver and trying different settings in preferences, use mercury etc. No particular action causes it - sometimes I am just watching it play a sequence and it just stops. Though of course it may be rendering the last edit at the time.
Sometimes it runs for all of 15 mins and I think the problem has sorted then it goes again and I have to restart the project, find where I was and re-do my last edits. If I remember to press Ctrl-S very frequently (every few seconds) it seems to run for a while then I forget for 5 mins and it crashes.
Grrrr what did you do to the latest version, Adobe?? I need to get this project finally finished in a hurry.... I wish I had not updated the program! Of course I cannot go back as it says the saved copy is now incompatible with earlier Pr Pro versions.
I then tried running a previous version at the same time, as simonray suggested in his post - it worked! So I am able to continue as normal provided I do this stupid bodge fix.
So it really is down to Adobe as it is the same project, same PC, just different version update. You did something to a great, stable, program that made it unstable, Adobe...

A log file might help identify the cause of the crash. Please right-click 'My Computer', select "Manage," look under 'Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application' to see if there's an event there from Premiere Pro. If so, copy the contents of that log and paste them here.

Problem Solved! (with a small catch)
While searching crashing issues I came across this thread,"Premiere Pro random crashing since update to 2014.2"
Marc_Lec Answered (and I paraphrase here)"...I had the same problem and this is what I did. In 'Preferences Memory' I increased the memory reserved for other application to at least half the installed and changed the optimize render from 'performance' to 'memory."
Thank You Marc_Lec for what has been a game changer for me since my last computer and the beginning of PremiereCC problems.
I changed my Memory reserved for Other Applications from the default 7gigs to 1/2 of my approx.31 available Gigs = 16Gigs. Viola!
No more crashing what-so-ever!
I still have to purchase an older GTX 980 graphics card to take advantage of Adobe's approved code to utilize X=Cuda Cores and GPU, but I think I'll hang onto my new TitanX, in hopes that Adobe will write code and approve it someday in the near future.
Now why doesn't Adobe say this officially about Memory Settings? (I don't know maybe they do and I missed I somewhere)
Mine and probably many peoples computers problems here on this board may be attributed to a simple Memory adjustment, because the computer needs more than 7Gigs to run itself, not to mention Premiere.

Problems installing Illustrator CC (2014) and InDesign CC (2014) on OS X Yosemite

I'm currently having problems installing Illustrator CC (2014) and InDesign CC (2014) on OS X Yosemite. Both applications fail with the message "Installation Failed: The download appears corrupted. Please try again after a few minutes.(-60)".
I've tried uninstalling Illustrator CC and InDesign CC and then reinstalling, but still get the same error message. Other applications in Creative Cloud all install without issues.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and resolved it please?

Sorry for the slow response. My Mac wouldn't boot following a failed Yosemite update. I've since reinstalled Yosemite but the exact same problem persists. My Mac is standalone and not on a managed network.
Thank you for the troubleshooting link. I've tried the recommended fix for the -60 error but it doesn't appear to be possible to download the trial version of Illustrator or InDesign for CC editions. They just trigger the Creative Cloud installer and shortly after the -60 error again.
The problem is still specific to Illustrator and InDesign and I've tried uninstalling all Creative Cloud applications and reinstalling. Every reinstalls except InDesign and Illustrator.

Problem installing Indesign CC (2014) - in log - Failed in key3List generation

Trying to install InDesign CC (2014), all other apps worked no issue with Creative Cloud. Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver CC (2014) all no problems.
I keep getting there was a problem installing InDesign CC (2014) with the error Installation failed. Unable to extract to temp directory, Please contact customer support. (EX11)
There is adequate disk space, no security issues with folder, have tried disabling Norton, on admin account.
I guess maybe the next step is to uninstall Creative Cloud and run cleaner as a last possibility.
Any other thoughts?

I am also having the exact same issue. During installation, the CC App was unable to extract to a temporary directory. Please contact customer support (EX11). In my searches to resolve this issue someone pointed me to http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2014-direct-download-links.html to download CC apps manually. I was still having issues installing the program that way as well. When I extract the files to install an error in copying the files occurs. (Error: 0x80004005 Unspecified Error)

After troubleshooting the process with adobe customer support, The few key things that made the install successful for me were thus...
1: Find your windows temp folder (press windows key+r) and type %temp% and hit ok. Find your temporary install and delete it and any copies you might have.
2: Make sure you have winzip, winrar or some other file extraction program.
3: Re-download InDesign from your CC app, and if/when it fails go back to the temp folder. (Do not try to download InDesign from the CC app multiple times.)
4: Extract your install in the windows temp file if necessary, and install manually through the installer in your temp folder.
5: The file should install without problems as this point, and proceed to update indesign.
This worked for me. If this does not work for you, customer support is available with your Creative Cloud Membership.

What concerns "can I uninstall the old version of CC ?" yes you can, I for my part would keep it for a while, if your harddisk has enough space.

Updated to 2014.1.1 now animation won't preview

Hi,
I just updated to Edge 2014.1.1 and while it seems to have fixed some bugs I was experiencing (previously Edge was having trouble saving), it's now having trouble previewing my animation. It's a large and complicated file, but whereas before it played fine, now when I click "Preview In Browser" it loads up a choppy, slow-moving, more-or-less-static image. I've tried previewing it in both Chrome and Safari and it works in neither. I would like to keep using this updated version of Edge (it had been really frustrating to save before) but I need to be able to preview my animation as I work on.

Thanks very much for the response. However, it was working in Chrome just fine before I made the update to 2014.1.1, so I don't know what sort of restrictions would have come into effect all of a sudden. It was also previously working fine on Safari.
I've read some older threads about animations maxing out browsers and devices (here and here). My project is large, but again it was previewing without any problems on 2014.0.1, so I'm hoping that's not the issue.
It's really important that I be able to preview my project while working on it, so if there was a way to do that and use 2014.1.1 that would be ideal.

Beim Übertragen der LSTB Daten/Protokollabholung im B2A-Manager
wird im Protokoll die Fehlermeldung "Fehler beim Update der Tabellen"
ausgegeben. Diese Fehlermeldung kommt meistens wegen einer
Inkonsistenz in den Tabellen P01T_TRANS, P01T_ADMIN_STAT,
P01T_ADMIN (die Tabellen kann mann über die Transaktion se16 aufrufen).
Folgende Prüfung kann durchgeführt werden:
1. Die GLBID von den fehlerhaften Eintrag finden Sie indem Sie
den Eintrag im B2A-Manager markieren und auf die Lupe klicken,
unter ObjektID ist die GLBID.
Unter dieser Nummer wird der Eintrag im B2A-Manager gespeichert.
Weiter dient die Nummer nach dem Übertragen der Daten auch für die
Speicherung der notwendigen Informationen für die Protokollabholung
(Transferticket) in der Tabelle P01T_TRANS.
In der Tabelle P01T_TRANS ist ersichtlich welche Nutzdatenticket (NDTIC)
in diesem Eintrag enthalten sind.
Ein Problem kann sein, wenn Sie die Tabelle P01T_TRANS mit den
GLBID, und die Tabelle P01T_ADMIN mit den NDTIC aufrufen, und sichtbar
ist, dass diese Nummern schon früher auch verwendet wurden.
2. Oder wenn z.B. nach dem Verschicken der Daten an die Clearingstelle,
die Daten mittels Report RPCTXZD0 gelöscht, oder annulliert werden.
Die Statustabelle P01T_ADMIN_STAT wird je von den Reports RPCTXVD1,
RPCTXSD0 und B2A-Manager (Daten übertragen, bzw. beim Abholen des
Protokolls) geschrieben.
Ein Inkonsistenz zwischen den Tabellen P01T_ADMIN_STAT,
P01T_ADMIN kam bis jetzt im Falle ein Fehler vor (wie Hinweis
1020762) oder wenn die Nummernkreise HRB2A, HRB2A_DSTN zurückgesetzt
wurden, und dann konnten die Einträge wegen den schon verwendeten
Nutzdatenticket nicht geschrieben werden.

wir versuchen seit mehreren Tagen Lohnsteuerbescheinigungen zu übertragen und bekommen ständig Fehler. Mal ist es die Clearingstelle 03 = NRW, mal sind es andere Fehlermeldungen.
Auch ein Warten hat da nicht geholfen.
Das Thema wird auch in -zig Beiträgen bei der DSAG diskutiert.
Offensichtlich haben viele Firmen und Anwender jetzt Probleme. Weder ein Warten noch ein einbau des HWs 2135068 behebt das Problem.

Probleme beim Abspeichern

Ich habe die neueste Leasing-Version von Indesign, kann auch alle Dokumente (indd), die ich erhalte, öffnen. Nachdem ich die bearbeiteten Docs zurück sende, kann sie die Redaktion jedoch nicht öffnen (dort CS6, Version 8). So viele Speichermöglichkeiten gibt es ja nun nicht, habe alle durchprobiert, nix funktioniert. So kann ich mir Indesign sparen.
P.S.: Natürlich habe ich ins Handbuch geguckt, aber das hilft auch nicht weiter.

das habe ich schon probiert (siehe oben) und die Schreibrechte sind vorhanden, da ich ja TIFF JPG usw. speichern kann. Danke aber für Deine Anregung.
Das Problem ist auch erst nach einem Update von Adobe Acrobat aufgetreten vor ein paar Wochen. Ich habe auch schon alles deinstalliert und Adobe Acrobat neu installiert, aber das Problem bleibt. Es muß was in der Windows 7 Einstellung für Adobe Acrobat geändert worden sein beim Update, vielleicht irgendeine Registry-Einstellung. Da kenne ich mich aber zu wenig aus, wo da was wegen Speicherung eingestellt werden kann.
Ich erledige jetzt das Umwandeln in png immer auf einem anderen PC, was aber auf die Dauer lästig ist.

CS4 Master Collection - Problem Applying Updates

I'm running the CS4 Master Collection on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, SP2.
Normally I have no problem applying updates to the various Adobe components when they become available, however for a while now I've been unable to instal an update that's reported as being available for Adobe Media Encoder 4.1.0.
If I run the "check for updates" manually I can download the update (reported as being 63.7MB) and when I attempt to instal it the installation process appears to run. It finishes after a while and the Adobe Updater reports "The Udating Process is Finished" in a single dialog box with a single button entitled "Quit" - which seems odd as "Quit" implies "finish earlier than planned", I'd have expected something more in line with "All done", something like "OK".
Anyway, when I run the check for updates again I'm told about the same update implying that it wasn't applied successfully.
I get this behaviour whether I run the update as an Administrator or not (all other updates for other products are applied without problem). I also get it regardless of whether or not I reboot the machine after trying to apply the update.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing the problem ? I couldn't find anything obvious or obviously relevant in any of the Windows event logs on the PC.

I am having the same problem. I found a forum that suggested this. Apparently it worked for some people, but not for me. Let me know if it does:
1. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select "Run as..."
3. Run as Administrator (even if you are logged in as Admin. You need to run in the Black Command Prompt, not the White one)
4. Run: regsvr32 JScript.DLL
5. Then run: regsvr32 vbscript.DLL
(dont forget the spaces, or it won't work)
6. Then try running the set up again
As i said, it worked for some on the forum, but not others (like me). Try it and see if works for you
