Problème d'installation After Effects CC 2014

Bonjour,
Lorsque je souhaite installer la version d'essai d'After Effect, le téléchargement avance jusqu'à 42%; puis se bloque sur un message d'erreur en rouge, lorsque je clique sur plus d'information, voici le message affiché dans mon navigateur :

Que faire s'il vous plait ? Je ne trouve aucune solution à ce problème ...

Problème d'installation : After effect

Bonjour,j'ai un petit problème avec After effect.
J'avais téléchargé la version d'essai et tout s'était très bien dérouler,mais suite à un petit problème,j'ai dû faire une restauration système datant d'avant mon téléchargement.
Seulement voilà : sur l'Adobe application manager,lorsque je veux re-télécharger la version d'essai , il est simplement mis en gris "A jour".
J'ai bien regarder sur mon PC,mais aucune trace d'After effect,et impossible de le télécharger...Une aimable personne pourrait m'aider svp?

Bonjour, je me retrouve avec un problème similaire. Qu'avez vous fait en réinstallant la dernière version de Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64)? Qu'elle manipulation particulière avez vous fait?

Problème d'installation / After effects CC

Bonjour, J'ai souscrit un abonnement à CC en février.
J'ai installé plusieurs logiciels qui fonctionnent (muse, audition...).
Malheureusement, After Effects ne fonctionne pas.
J'ai fait la mise à jour. Rien. J'ai désinstallé / réinstallé le logiciel, rien.
(j'avais une version CS6 sur mon ordi que j'ai désintallé, mais peut-être mal... ?)
Et aujourd'hui, il n'apparaît plus dans la liste des logiciels que je peux télécharger...
J'ai besoin de ce logiciel pour travailler. Que faire ?

If you continue to receive errors when opening After Effects then I would recommend posting any specific error messages you are receiving to the After Effects to the After Effects forum at After Effects.

Hi,
It’s version 13.1.1 It’s a trial version.
I am updating it from the Creative cloud desktop application.
I have the photography subscription with Lightroom and Photoshop with Creative Cloud.
I was interested in trying out the video software and have trials of Premiere Pro as well as others. The CC desktop app alerted me to the AF update just as it does for the others I subscribe to plus the ones I am using as trials. I have not had any problems with the other apps (trial or not), only with AF.

After Effects CC 2014 Trial Closing Immediately After Launch

Basically, I downloaded the trial for both after effects cc (2014) and media encoder cc (2014) but when the installation is finished, I open after effects cc 2014 and literally as soon as it loads up, it closes, and is not a running process anymore in the task manager...
Someone please help!!

GUYS I HAVE FOUND A FIX..... firstly, open the after effects cc render engine found at:
C:\Users\"user"\Desktop\Adobe After Effects CC 2014
and open the after effects render engine. If this does not open due to an error, close it, go to:
C:\Users\"user"\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\13.1
and delete the file "Adobe After Effects 13.1 Win en_US Shortcuts" then, run the render engine again. Then, once the render engine opens successfully, you can now open after effects cc 2014 successfully.
I am so happy I have found this, and if you find this fix helpful, before sure to like and share to other people

After Effects CC 2014 initializing Media core

Hello Everyone,
So for about the past month or so, After Effects CC 2014 hasn't been opening for me. Every time I open the program, it gets stuck on initializing Mediacor and then proceeds to crash. I have been told that it is a misplaced file during installation, but everything is where it should be. Alo, I'm using Lenovo Y50-90 Gaming Laptop with an Intel Core i7 4700HQ processor and my graphics card is a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M 2GB.I am also using Window's 8. Any and all help will be immediately grateful.

After Effects CC (2014) not updating (Mac)

Having issues trying to update After Effects 2014 as mentioned in the title.
Gets about 50% and then quits. Here is a log file in case anyone can she light on this.

You have a version conflict with the mochaAE folder in there. Run the cleaner tool and start from scratch.

After effects cc 2014 text presets can't import from bridge cc

I'm trying to use the presets for text animation but somehow I get the message that it doesn't support this file format. How come? and how to fix?

Note the last part of Rick's answer: You can still apply animation presets through the Effects & Presets panel in After Effects.
There is a bug in the After Effects CC 2014.1 (13.1) installer that causes the wrong startup script to be used. We're working on a fix for this now. In the meantime, you can just apply animation presets directly in After Effects.

Optical Flares in After Effects CC 2014

Hello,
I'm new to After Effects and Video Copilot video making. I downloaded the Video Copilot's Optical Flares Effect plug-in for Adobe After Effects CC 2014 Release from it's website and now I've three items in the compressed zip file:
1. OpticalFlares Presets
2. Optical Flares Textures
3. OpticalFlares
From what I've come to know about the installation process of Optical Flares as shown by Mr. Andrew Krammer in it's website, I drag-dropped the folder containing all these items. After this when I open After Effects CC 2014 Release I make a New Composition> Layer> Solid. Then I go to the Effects options and can't see Video Copilot as an effect in it. Why is it so? Does the 2014 Release doesn't support it or should I go back to AE's previous versions like CC (12.0) or CS6?

Hi all, I have a new computer and I have downloaded the trial of Adobe After Effect CC 2014. After the installation, I have started the program and the program crash. I have 3 error messages:

My new company installed Adobe Creative Cloud (There was some annoying Proxy issues at first, because of the seriously tight I.T policies) but we are having some serious resolution issues with After Effects CC 2014 (also have this resolution problem with Adobe Premiere, Media Encoder, Muse) on Windows 8.1 Pro on a Dell Precision M3800 laptop with icons and interface looking too small and hard to see, is there a fix, an update or a work around, can anyone help?
Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Todd is there a time-frame for this fix, there is a lot of pressure on me, because I convinced my company to get the Creative Cloud and quite a lot of the CC software is not compatible with the latest Windows 8.1 OS.
Is there at least a work around, until this big fix comes along?

Bridge CC no compatible with the new After Effects CC 2014 ?

Hi, I'm updating the Adobe suite (CC 2014) .but After Effects CC 2014 no longer works with the old Bridge CC (there is no update of Bridge). Since "browse presets" in After Effects when choosing a preset (dissolves etc) there is an error message:
"After Effects error: can not import file" Entries lum.-marq.calque.ffx "unsupportedfiletype or extension (0 :: 1). With all presets.
I tried on other computers with other adobe updated it makes such licenses except with the old version of adobe after effects (after CC effects) I tried too to change language of Bridge and After effects (beharps this is a langage compatibility problem) but the problem is the same.
So I think the new version after effects CC 2014 is not compatible with the presets adobe bridge CC ??
How can I do? I have to go through the old version of after to apply a preset Bridge? I can not even download it in cloud creativ ... there is only the new version of after effects...
