Problème d'installation de AAE CS6

Bonjour, j'essaye d'installer la version d'essai de After Effect CS6 mais au bout de 2% de la préparation d'installation, un message d'erreur apparait. J'ai effectué toutes les consignes proposées mais rien n'y fait, ça bloque toujours à 2%. Solution SVP?

It's Christmas - not just in France/ Canada or wherever. And even if it wasn't - this is a forum, not live support. Expecting an answer within 10 minutes is just not smart. Those "views" could merely be the forums own indexing, Google or other users that don't even care to respond or log-in. If you want direct support, use the web chat on teh support pages or call by phone. That aside, you are not offering a shred of useful info like some basic system specs nor any further details, so nobody could help you as much as they wanted to. Provide some system information and install logs, if there are any.

Problème d'installation Master Collection CS6 (erreur 4960 ?)

J'essaie en vain d'installer la master collection CS6 d'évaluation (avant l'achat), mais je recontre des problèmes.
Je suis sur Mac, Mountain Lion.
On me dit que l'extraction est en cours mais rien ne bouge!
Les messages d'erreur doivent y être pour quelque chose mais je ne sais pas quoi faire...
J'ai tout éteins et relancé mais c'est tjs pareil...
Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution?

J'ai essayé de jeter tous les anciens fichiers d'installation CS5, qui pourraient faire conflit, si j'ai bien compris ^^
Mais c'est tjs pareil sur mon imac
Alors que sur le portable tout s'est bien passé...
Je suis bien embêtée, personne n'a déjà eu ce blocage ?

Il s'est mal installé parce que je ne trouve pas les icônes

j'ai le meme probleme depuis 2 jours:
j'ai telecharge 5 fois adobe creative cloud pour avoir premiere pro CC
j'ai windows 7
le logiciel creative cloud est installe et premiere pro est a jour mais pas d'icone de travail sur le bureau et dans les dossiers adobe. RIEN
Impossible de demarrer le montage.
Une de vos collègues au tel m'a dit d'aller voir dans panneau de configuration et programme et fonctionnalité. Je trouve premiere pro cs6 mais je ne peux que le desinstaller. impossible de le deplacer ou copier ou l'envoyer sur le bureau...

[Mac] Problème avec lancement de "Encore CS6"

Bonjour à tous,
J'ai acheté la creative suite 5 et ensuite la Maj 6 il y a quelque temps et me suis laissé tenter par le creative cloud pendant 1 an ! Mais mon activité étant au ralenti j'ai du renoncer au CC, et c'est la que mon problème intervient.
Après une réinstallation de la cs6, je n'ai plus accès au lancement de Encore CS6 ou du moins quand je lance le soft j'ai un beau : Accédez au gestionnaire d'abonnement pour renouveler votre abo CC et continuez à utiliser le produit sans interruption etc etc ....) Le truc c'est que je dois quand même pouvoir utiliser ma version de encore CS6, non ?

bon à 1ere vu, c'est réglé ! je me suis déconnecté du CC et puis re-connecté, la une interface ma demandé mon num de série et ça a l'air bon !!

Un grand merci à Andres, en suivant votre lien et après quelques tâtonnements, que je serais incapable de réexpliquer à posteriori, j’ai finalement réussi à réinstaller cs6 avec mon numéro de série et tout fonctionne de nouveau!

Extra Stuff That Adobe Installs with Photoshop CS6

Just having gone through a test installation of Photoshop CS6 on a Windows 8 x64 virtual machine, I found it interesting that just after Photoshop CS6 went in Windows itself reported, through the Action Center, that a bunch of ''background'' programs were installed, and would I like to go into msconfig32 and disable them. In short, even Windows thinks the stuff Adobe installs is excessive and potentially troublesome!
As I prefer AutoRuns to msconfig32, I acutally did go and disable the software which I do not need running, to keep the system lean... It turns out that I actually AM able to disable just about every ''background'' program that Adobe installed, and Photoshop still works just fine.
Just to be clear, the only Adobe software packages I've installed on this VM are Adobe Reader and Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Here's a list of various modules I have disabled without apparent downside:
Programs started at login by entries in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run:
Adobe ARM (Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager)
AdobeCS6ServiceManager (Adobe CS6 Service Manager)
SwitchBoard (SwitchBoard Server (32 bit)
Services started at bootup by entries in the registy key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services:
AdobeARMservice (Adobe Acrobat Updater keeps your Adobe software up to date)

Task Scheduler Entries

In the context of a Photoshop-only installation, about the only downside I can see for disabling these things is that since the auto-updaters have been disabled, occasionally I'll need to check for updates manually (e.g., Help - Updates... in the menus, when I hear on the forums that an update has been released).
Many of these things run all the time, from bootup, whether we're using Adobe software or not. It's no wonder people report that their systems "slow down" over time.
Adobe: Please consider offering a ''Lean'' or ''Custom'' installation mode in which these things are optional, and provide clear descriptions of what functionality they provide.
Not everyone prefers to give up their system resources for a little extra convenience.
(and no, I'm not interested in posting this ''feature request'' over on Photoshop.com and hoping for votes)

I've just looked over my Windows 7 AutoRuns settings, and it's pretty much the same stuff I listed above but in slightly different places. On this system over time I have installed multiple versions of Photoshop (Ps 6.0, Ps CS4, Ps CS5, and Ps CS6) and disabled the unneded parts as I've gone along.

Keep in mind I don't have the full Creative Suite, just Photoshop, and I am willing to check for updates manually.
Please understand that fooling with parts of the system like this can be touchy, and you might not want to attempt these kinds of operations unless you're familiar with Windows system management. That said, Autoruns makes it pretty easy (just uncheck / check a box) to disable things and re-enable them.

White preview screen AAE CS6

Dear community,
Recently got myself a copy of AAE CS6 and it hasn't given me anything but problems.
When I start AAE it gives me a huge white box instead of a preview screen.
My specs are:
Windows 8 Proffesional 64x
nVidia Geforce GT630M 2gb
Intel Core i7-3610QM 2.3Ghz
8GB RAM
And plenty of diskspace

It just stays white whatever I do, i tried everything: reinstalling gpu drivers, importing a video, making a new composition, klite codec pack, reinstalling after effects, updating AAE, resetting the preferences (as far as i know they resetted), using both the integrated GPU and the normal GPU.
I'm out of ideas, any of you guys that know how to fix this?

Your screen shot reveals that you don't have any layers in the comp and you haven't imported any footage into the AE project. Thus, you're looking at the background, which currently has a default color of white.
If you "just got yourself" AE, you need to know that it's tough to use it intuitively. No, make that impossdible: there are just too many gotchas in the application.
You should really go here first before you try to use AE. No fooling. Save yourself a lot of grief.

Problème d'installation NI developer Suite 2010 SD1

J'ai un problème d'installation de la suite NI developer Suite 2010 SD1, lors du changement du DVD, l'ecran de demande de confirmation du chemin reste figée, que ce soit pour le dvd2 ou le dvd3 (avec une autre config d'installation). J'ai essayé d'installer le produit sur un autre PC (de bureau contre portable à l'origine), je rencontre le même problème. Après avoir lu le forum et réessayé l'installation en startant sur le setup au lieu de l'autorun, j'ai le même problème...
Auriez vous une information concernant ce problème.

Par ailleurs, avez-vous essayer de rentrer le chemin en dur avant d'insérer le dvd?

close all browser windows, then run the uninstaller
download the offline ActivX installer from http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
close all browser windows and run the installer

Problème pour installer os 5.1

J'ai un problème pour installer la nouvelle version OS 5.1, Je suis toujours à la version 4.3.5,... la version d'itunes 10.6.1 ne veut pas s'installer, le message d'erreur me dit qu'il y a un problème avec le packtage windows intaller .... Que dois je faire ?

Repair your Apple software Update.
Go to START/ALL PROGRAMS/Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU in All programs, go to control panel/
XP- add n remove Programs/highlight ASU, CHANGE then REPAIR.
Vista or Win7 - Programs n features/highlight ASU and click REPAIR.

Problème Installation Adobe Dreamweaver CS6

Alors voilà j'ai un soucis, j'aimerais télécharger Adobe dreamweaver donc je télécharge sur mediafire un dossier s'affiche sur mon bureau avec un lien adobe a télécharger donc je télécharge déjà premiers soucis il m'affiche qu'il faut que je redémarre mon pc je le fais ça continue, bon je met ignorer, l'installation se fait, puis il y a un préchargement et un le téléchargement et là a peine les 1% dépasser ça m'affiche ça :

2-Fermez tout les applications, antivirus et pare-feu
3-Fermez cette fenêtre et relancer le programme d'installation
Il me parle d'un code d'erreur exit 34
Biensûr j'ai tout fais sans réussite !
Donc j'ai télécharger sur le site d'adobe qui met fais déjà installer Créative cloud, donc je le fais et toutes les 3 secondes s'affiche : Problème le serveur est trop éloingnés . Donc je décide d'aller voir sur le site d'adobe il me dise que il y a un soucis avec photoshop cs6 que j'ai donc désinstaller sans réussite. Je présice je veux juste la version d'essaie pour l'essayez x)
Si ça peux donner des infos j'ai un acer aspire, windows 7 avec 64 bits

Problème d'installation d'Adobe in design

j'ai téléchargé Adobe in design cs6 sous windows 7 64 bits en version d'évaluation pour le tester avant de l'acheter. Je l'ai enregistré dans mon dossier Applications data sans problèmes.
Impossible de l'installer ensuite en cliquant sur setup.exe.
L'installation démarre jusqu'à 42% puis s'arrête, au niveau de l'installation de Adobe helper.
Que dois-je faire

Problème ré-installation d'ipod

J'ai changé de PC récemment. J'ai désinstallé mon ipod de l'ancien ordinateur et quand je veux l'installer sur le nouveau, apparemment le PC ne le reconnaît pas et donc impossible de le configurer pour finir l'installation. Il faut dire aussi que le pauvre ipod a dépassé les 2ans et donc qu'il a un peu de mal.
Une idée pour mon problème ?
