Probléme D'installation Master Collection Macbook

Bonjour,
Voila depuis plusieurs jours j'essaye d'installer photoshop et le reste de la collection adobe version gratuite sur mon macbook pro 13" sous Mavericks 10.9.2.
J'ai essayé plusieurs méthode, j'ai d'abord Téléchargé le logiciel permettant d'installé créative cloud sur mon mac, j'ouvre l'image disque dmg mais lorsque je lance l'installation, la fenêtre se ferme brutalement en voulant télécharger créative cloud pour bureau.
J'ai essayé une autre méthode, installé le pack de la version gratuite de adobe collection appelé "master_collection_cs6_L4" sur mon mac (technique conseillé par un ami qui lui a fonctionné).
Mais lors de l'installation, un message d'erreur s'affiche "L'initialisation n'a pas pus s'effectuer, veuillez télécharger adobe support advisor"
Après le téléchargement d'adobe support advisor via le site, je lance le logiciel qui ne détecte aucunes anomalies.
Après des jours de recherche je demande de l'aide sur ce forum, en espérant en trouver.

Mais c'est tjs pareil sur mon imac
Alors que sur le portable tout s'est bien passé...

d'évaluation !! Mais, lors de l'installation voici le message
d'erreur : "Critical errors were found in setup - Incompatible
payloads already installed Please see the Setup log file for
details."
Et l'installation se bloque et se ferme.

Install then enter your serial number to license it.

ich hatte nur oft wieder meinen MacBook die Partionen formatiert und OSX neuinstalliert, hatte alles super funktioniert bis ich die Adobe Master Collection installieren wollte, danach ist er nicht mehr angesprungen und ich musste OSX wieder neu installieren. Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte bzw. wie ich herausfinden könnte woran es liegt? Vielleicht in zusammenhang mit einem Programm?

CS6 Master Collection on Macbook running Windows 8.1 in Parallels

I have a licensed Windows version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection which runs happily on my Windows 7 PC. I have recently purchased a Macbook Pro Retina (latest model, 16GB RAM, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor, OS X 10.9.2), and have installed the Windows 8.1 OS as a Parallels 9 virtual machine.
The CS6 Master Collection installed OK, applied all software updates OK, completed online activation OK, all programmes launch OK.
BUT... when I run any of the CS6 applications, I get prompted to sign in to Adobe to register the product. When I enter the correct Adobe ID and password, I am advised that the ID and password do not match, and that my software will no longer work after seven days (now down to five days).
I know that the ID and password are correct, as I can log in to my Adobe account through a web browser using the same credentials.
The CS6 software IS registered already. I registered it immediately after first purchasing it on 18-May-2012.
I had a LONG online chat session with Adobe Support about this issue. They confirmed all of the above, but eventually said that they won't support installation of Master Suite CS6 on a virtual PC, and suggested I try here on the Adobe Communities Forum. So here I am.
Has anyone else encountered this problem with registering CS6 s/w under Parallels 9? Any solutions or suggestions?

Hi Bob. Yes, the serial number was entered and accepted, in the activation process during installation. It's only when I open any of the CS6 programmes that I get advised to register the product, and am prompted for my Adobe ID and password.
I even tried changing my Adobe password. The new password works fine to log in through a web browser - but won't log me in through the in-app dialogue. I'm tearing my hair out trying to work out how to get around this before my seven day limit expires.

Cannot Install Multimedia Apps onto MacBook Pro from CS4 Master Collection

I am trying to install the Master Collection to my MacBook Pro.
It has an Intel Core 2 Duo processor 2.2GHz
2GB RAM
Mac OS 10.5.6
20GB hard drive space free
I am installing from a Master Collection license. The serial number is accepted, but when I go to select the components to install, all of the multimedia apps are grayed out. So no After Effects and no Premiere.
I deselected all other options, and they still aren't available to install.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this MacBook Pro underpowered?

Cannot install Master Collection C6 (Student) on my MacBook Pro

I'm trying to install my C6 Master Collection to my MacBook Pro (Lion O/S)..I've already installed this disc on my IMac.
yet I've tried several times to install the program on my laptop (of which I'm allowed to) and I keep getting a "The product you are trying to install is not an Adobe Genuine Software and appears to be counterfiet" Please report piracy or contact customer support for assistance"
Now firstly this is a nonsense as the software disc was purchased via an Education Software retailer..It's an official disc and I have my verified key.
I've rebooted, tried a serial number install, a trail install, cleaned disc.checked my drive (it's ok plays music cd's fine)
I need to use this software on my laptop when I'm away from my home machine..it's frustrating to have this occur. Was wondering what I can do to install the Master Collection cs6 without getting the above error message..basically i want a successful install. hope someone can help..

Reinstalling CS5.5 Master Collection, Installation Failed

Hi! I just yesterday reinstalled my computer's OS and restored files via backup, only to realize none of my applications survived the transition. Most of them are back now, with the exception of CS5.5 Master Collection. I was able to download the product and locate my serial number on my account, and thought all was well.
Not quite. Installation fails about 10 seconds in, with message to restart and try again. Restarting doesn't help.

I kind of really need my software back soon for a school project with a rapidly approaching deadline, so any help in figuring out exactly what's wrong and why it won't install would be appreciated!

Use Adobe Cleaner tool ( Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 ) to remove any / all remnants of the software.

Impossible d'installer Creative Suite Master Collection CS6

Bonjour,
Après avoir assemblé un ordinateur dédié à la création de'application de systèmes d'analyses d'images pour contrôle qualitéindustriel, j'ai acquis le Full creative Suite Master ccollection CS6.
Mon ordinateur principale comprend:
Boîtier Lian-Li PC-2120
Alimentation Corsair AX1200 Watts
Windows 7 Pro SP1 dernière version FR
Carte ASUS P9X79 Deluxe (dernière version BIOS 1203)
Processeur Intel Core i7 - 3960X (LGA 2011 à 3,3GHz)
Refroidisseur Noctua NH-C14
Mémoires G.Skill F3 - 17000CL11Q2 - 32GBZL
Carte SSD OCZ RevoDrive3 x2 PCI - E: 480Go
Carte graphique nVIDIA Quadro FX5800
Lecteur DVDR Plextor PX-L890SA
Lecteur BD-R (Bly-Ray) PX-LB950SA
Deux disques durs internes 1To SATA 6Go/sec
Deux Disques extenes 2To (RAID 1) non actif pour le moment.
Utilsant le DVD Application 1, le lecteur prend énormément de temps pour déscompresser (OK = 5,48Go compressés).
Puis également énormémnt de temps pour Initialiser l'installation (10 minures !)
Puis, après avoir sélectionner le tout, introduit la clé d'activation, le système démare l'installation et prévent avoir besopin de 20 minutes !
Après être arrivé à 13% de ;l'installation...le système blocque (?) plus de lecture du DVD, le lecteur étant arrêté ?
J'ai essayé plusieurs fois, sans succès.
Je suis parvenu à copier le contenu complet des deux DVD d'installation sur un disque dur interne, j'ouvre le dossier du disque Application 1, clicque sur Set-Up et immédiatement suis invité à poursuivre.
Et là... le même problème, l'installation s'arrête arrivée à 13% ???
Une fois décompressé, l'application 1 propose 14Go de fichiers !
Y a t'il un moyen d'obtenir un contact avec un expert de chez Adobe ? car pour vendre...pas de problèmes, mais pour contacter !!!

J'ai "désinstallé" la majorité de mes applications, et redémarré en mode save avec connexion réseau sous Windows 7 Pro SP1 (sans mises à jour) ! car j'ai téléchargé toutes les mises à jour sur un autre ordianteur...
Près de 200 mises à jour ??? dingue !
Urilisant les deux DVD Adobe Master Collection, après l'initialisation du programme Installation, le système démare, et... s'arrête à 13% ?
Cette fois, j'attend quelque minutes...et le lecter clingote 3-4 fois et redémare ! Jusqu'à la demande du disque Application 2
Et tout s'installe ENFIN !
Reste le Visual Studio Pro qui a les mêmes problèmes, (assez lourd aussi) tout ça du à un système Windows qui n'esy pas un Système d'Exploitation, mais une Application avec un système d'Exploitation inclus !!!
Et 80 % de dossiers et fichiers obsolètes ! Juste bon pour causer des conflits !
Exemple: Quel est l'utilité de disposer de plus de 800 Fonts (plus sous fichiers) ?
Et le comble, plusieurs Fonts ne sont même pas désinstallable (défendu !!!) par le Mr disposant du pouvoir !
Que faire de tout ces Fonts arabes ???
Et que faire de ces milliers de milotes ? alors que chaque équipement est livré avec pilote approprié ???
Ah la belle époque du DOS5 et DOS6 AUCUN problème a cette époque, et utilisant C/C++, après une compilation d'un projet de plusieurs milliers de lignes, le fichier *.exe occupait 300 à 400 kilo-octets !
Aujourd'hui, je me dois d'utiliser un DVD, et bientôt...un Bly-Ray !
C'est beau l'évolution, non ?

Installation problem on CS4 Master Collection

WHen I attempt to install CS4 master collection on Vista Ultimate X64
While the installer is "checking system profile" the next window shows "Loading Setup"
I then get a System Check error page. The window label is "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection Installer - Alerts"
In the box it says, System Check.
Critical Errors were found in setup for Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection.
Session has dependencies that cannot be satisfied.
please see the Setup log file for details. click Quit to exit Setup."
Then there is a Quit button, that is the only option.
Any ideas which services need to be enabled to be able to install creative suite?

I do have service pack 1 for vista ultimate x64.

CS4 MASTER COLLECTION installation problem on VISTA SP1

whenever i try to install CS$ MASTER COLLECTION on VISTA it shows me the following message. . .

CS4 programs crash at Startup so I unistalled it plus CS4Clease and MS Clean Installer as advised in forums.
only to find the problem is still not fixed
when installing a
Warning message at install stating cs4 minimum system requirements are not met (this did not appear the first time I installed the program)

where as CS4 worked for several months, before the error occured
this is the only warning
it then installs CS4 no problem.
after install
Photoshop and Dreamweaver run but the rest of the packages including inDesign do not - they all crash on startup - continously
I have searched the forums endlessly with no avail.
Would a vista update have stopped CS4 from recognising or identifing the OS, thus causing the program to initially crash?
Vista Home Premium SP1, 32bit, Toshiba Qosmio F50, Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.26GHZ

CS3 Master collection installation problem on Windows 7 64 bit

Please can you advise
I am encountering problems with the installation of CS3 Master Collection on Windows 7 64 bit, initially my hard drive crashed and performed a dump.
Subsequent attempts to install CS 3 has resulted in failure to install 12 components, essentially the individual software products including photoshop, encore, illustrator etc.
I have re-performed the installation several times with the same installation error.
I believe CS3 to be compatible with Windows 7 64 bit
Any thoughts, guidance on how to rectify the problem and achieve successful installation.
I do have Adobe Reader X and Flash player X already installed. I assume these should not cause an issue with the CS3 installation

Na, you have it all backwards. CS3 is neithe officially tested nor endorsed, certified or supported on W7. Many users still use it succsfully, but there ae no guarantees whatsoever. Furthermore using Acrobat X ma exactly be the problem due to certain PDF components being shared acoss apps and newer versions not being compatible with the old installer. Therefore removing those parts and reinstlling them later is advisable. Beyond hee's a procedure that should work:
- use the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool
- install CS3
- uninstall CS3 via the Add or Remove Programs system control panel
- install CS3 again
This convoluted procedure is necessary due to bugs in the installer which otherwise prevent things from working.

CS4 Master Collection Updated Installation Media

I am setting up a remote deployment package for CS4 Master Collection using the Development Tool Kit to use with SCCM.
I was initially using the 4 installation media provided using the steps provided in the documentation. However, they are clearly outdated now and require updating. If i download the Installation media from the http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html webpage will these have the current updates installed or will the client systems have run the updates still?
I did find the remote updating tool but it states it is for CS5 and above. Is there a similar tool for CS4?

Mikey_it please be aware the installers available at Download CS4 products are for retail licenses. If you are deploying the software then it is likely you have a volume license. In this case you will want to download the volume license installation files from https://licensing.adobe.com/.
