J’ai un gros problème SVP aider moi .
Ordinateur de bureau HP TouchSmart 520-1018fr
Modèle : H0N17EA
Je n’est plus de Gestionnaire de récupération pour restaurer les pilotes et logiciels sous Windows 8.1 home 64 bits car je voudrais remettre l’écran tactile.

ni recovery ni l’écran tactile ni HP UpDate depuis que j’ai installé w.8.1 home 64 bits.
Je suis allez dans les périphérique du pc il ne trouve pas le pilot a télécharger.
J’ai chercher sur internet pour trouver le pilote pour avoir a nouveau l’écran tactile mais pas possible de trouver le pilote pour réinstaller l’écran tactile sous w 8.1.
Je vous remercie d’avance pour m’aider.

Problème écran - Rétroéclairage qui tremble , es que c'est normal que la lumière de mon écran tremble ou vibre defous quand je l'exposé à la lumière ou bien lors de l'allumage mérci.

Vérifiez d'abord que votre appareil est correctement connecté au wifi / internet (Réglages> WiFi)
Si votre dos vous ne vous en permanence, vous pouvez essayer de désactiver la sauvegarde sur votre dispositif mobile (Réglages> iCloud> Stockage et sauvegarde), puis supprimer le fichier de sauvegarde à partir d'iCloud en faisant glisser le fichier de sauvegarde sur le périphérique mobile (Réglages> iCloud> Stockage et sauvegarde> gérer ...), puis en remettant en place à nouveau.
Si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayez de désactiver certains éléments pour remonter dans un modèle pour essayer d'établir si votre problème est causé par des données spécifiques sur votre appareil.
Être capable de sauvegarder sur le nuage peut être très utile, surtout si vous n'avez pas accès à un ordinateur ou avoir accès à un rare, mais si vous avez spécifiquement besoin d'utiliser iCloud pour la sauvegarde, vous trouverez une sauvegarde sur iTunes beaucoup plus pratique et peut-être plus fiable.

Hier j'ai téléchargé la version d'essai de photoshop CS5 sur le site d'Adobe. Voulant faire un essai, je me suis lancée dans la création d'une page de garde. Seulement voilà, malgré le choix de la couleur de fond (blanc), la page apparaît entièrement noire. J'ai tout essayé : redimensioner, choisir une autre couleur de fond, ouvrir une image déjà existante,... Quoiqu'il arrive, la page apparaît noire alors que si je lance un aperçu avant impression, elle apparaît correctement dans la fenêtre impression. Etant débutante, j'ai peut-être cliqué sur quelque chose qu'il ne fallait pas mais je n'ai rien trouvé pour m'aider. Voilà pourquoi je lance un nouveau sujet de discussion.

Je m'excuse pour le retard de ma réponse envers tous les deux.
J'ai essayé de modifier les préférence mais malheureusement, ça n'a pas marché. J'ai refermé et rouvert le logiciel et voilà où j'en suis:
Bref, l'écran n'est plus tout noir mais j'ai toujours un problème d'affichage. Pour le reste des informations, l'image est en RVB et je peut mettre n'importe quelle taille d'image en pixel ou en centimètre, le résultat c'est soit ce qu'il y a au-dessus soit ça:
En utilisant Crt+I, ça ne chage rien quand l'écran est tout noir et ça m'invese les couleurs quand l'écran est moitié blanc, noir et marron/orange.Comme vous pouvez (difficilement) le voir, l'image en bas à droite qui représente les différents calques est bien blanche elle...
Si vous avez encore quelques idées !!! =)
merci en tout cas pour votre aide et si ça ne marche pas, je n'achéterai tout simplement pas la version complète de photoshop ! Tant pis !

Problème Ipod touch 5

Mon ipod touch 5, neuf, a été utilisé pour la première fois, je l'ai mis en route puis je l'ai connecté à Itunes, de la musique s'est mise dessus puis une restauration m'a été demandé de faire. Et depuis celle-ci, dès que je connecte l'appareil, de multiples restaurations ont été faite puis l'Ipod, dès que l'on l'allume, affiche le logo d'Itunes avec le cable en dessous.
Comment faire pour que l'écran d'accueil de l'appareil revienne et que je n'ai pas de restauration à faire ?

Après MAJ pour passer à l' iOS 6, je viens de me rendre compte que je ne peux pas poster de photos via l'app facebook ou instagram. J'ai un message qui m'indique je dois les autoriser mais quand je vais dans système > confidentialité > photos, je n'ai aucune app qui apparaît pour que je puisse l'autoriser.

Back inside from sanding the deck...it has been 20 years since I lived in France so the language as it is today can be confusing. Word usage is changing, even in France.
Another reason to be careful when communicating via these forums (fora), avoid as much idiomatic usage as possible while still conveying the message.

Photoshop CS5 Vista - Plantage et écran bleu

Bonjour,
Je viens de formater mon PC et de télécharger la version d'évaluation PS CS5.
Une fois le programme correctement installé, je l'ouvre et le message suivant s'affiche:
Si je clique sur OK Photoshop se ferme et impossible de le rouvrir sans redémarrer le PC.
Si je ne clique pas sur OK je peux continuer à utiliser Photoshop normalement mais après 5 minutes d'utilisation, l'ordi plante et l'écran bleu suivant s'affiche:
Avec tout ça... J'hésite franchement à l'acheter !

En effet il m'a fallu mettre à jours plusieurs pilotes récemment mais tout semble à jour et fonctionnel. J'ai peut-être encore un petit problème avec mes pilotes de réseau internet mais c'est tout. A part PS qui plante parfois et DW CS5 qui ne s'ouvre pas à tous les coups, ça baigne !

- Il s'est désactivé tout seul et supprimé mes empreintes
- je souhaite rajouter des empreintes, échec!
- j'essaye de le réactiver, echec!
- je le remet à zero, comme nouveau téléphone, j'ai que le menu code!!! et plus le menu code et empreinte
- je remet ma sauvegarde, j'ai toujours que le menu code et plus le menu code et empreinte.

Have you tried cleaning your thumb to remove oils and dirt that will cause recognition to deteriorate? Also clean the Home button thoroughly.
You also need to go through the entire touch setup that should capture you entire finger print instead of only catching a partial record.

TV out & composite AV cable

If you hook up an iPod Touch to a TV via Apple's composite AV cable, will you see a complete mirror of the iPod display on the TV (all screens, including Safari, youtube, iTunes, etc)?
Or is the TV out limited to displaying videos and photos/slideshows?

1. When I receive a phone call, I cannot hear the ringtone and No Vibrate.
2. I only can charge the power and connect itunes on pc.
I can't use the cable to send some video or music to TV.
3. where can repair this machine? my telecom service provider said they don't have any repair support!(fetnet)

Im running OSX 10.4.11 im upgrading to snow leopard, 10.6...from a "new" disc I bought used.If I choose to erase and install, am I going to lose my i-tunes music? I do want to erase the current administrator account and password, as I got my computer used without and discs or passwordes. my reason for going to snow leopard is to be able to download the current version of i-tunes. My 10.4.11 only allows me to go up to i-tunes 9.So i cant synch touch devices, ect. Also, i want to be the administrator with my own password. Will this work?

Nous travaillons sous un environement Citrix et Windows serveur 2008 standard editions, SP2 (x86).
Le problème :
Lors de l'impression d'un document PDF, suivant l'imprimante selectionnée Acrobat Reader X se met dirrectement en erreur (ne répond pas) et force à quitter le programme.
Avez vous déjà rencontré ce problème? déjà résolu ?

Recent Migration Assistant issue and question

Just purchased a MacBook Pro and DID NOT utilize the MIGRATION ASSISTANT at startup and initial set-up. Wish I would have. I did not have FIREWIRE with me to accomplish.
Anyhow - went ahead and initialized start-up and registration ect.
Just did a complete MIGRATION from my older eMac that is updated with OSX Leopard via FIREWIRE tonight - two days later. Had to rename my USER FOLDER to be different as the name I have established on the new MBP.
It MIGRATED the entire HD off the eMAC as expected quickly and easily I might add.
I assumed it merged the new APPLICATIONS such as SAFARI - iTUNES ect... and simply updated them on the MBP Hard drive.
Not the case - it seems that I have two different versions of each application file - new and old - and for example iTunes using old LOG IN file transferred my iTunes Library - but when I LOG OFF and log back on using the new USER NAME - my iTunes does not show my old Music Library ect...
Same thing with SAFARI - the old application has all the previous bookmarks ect...but not the newer version.
I even have two different DESKTOP BACKGROUNDS with my two different USER Files folder ID's. The DOCKS are different with both USER files also - different shortcut icons showing up in each.
WEIRD?!?
I have my PALM PILOT application that transferred as well and I had previously installed the software this morning so now I have two different PALM applications.
QUESTION: - What or How do I merge these two into one single DESKTOP or am I forced to toggle back and forth by logging on and off under two different user names ect.?
What about iTunes and Safari - is there anyway to merge them into one functioning application instead of two. Any way to DISCARD or TRASH one and still leave the other intact?
Do I actually have two program applications now installed on the HD? I looked in the Application on HD and only one Safari, iTunes, Palm Pilot ect...show up there.

Not weird at all. You migrated a PPC system to an Intel system. A perfect situation for disaster. You have but one viable option.
Boot from the OS X Installer Disc One that came with your MBP. Do an Erase and Install which will wipe the disk clean and reinstall the proper version of OS X for the computer.
When this is completed reinstall all your third-party software from scratch. If you have PPC only versions then upgrade them to Intel versions if you can. All third-party contextual menu items, preference panes, startup items, internet plug-ins, and the like must be replaced with universal binaries as the PPC versions will not work and may crash OS X.
You can reinstall pre-bundled software from the Install Pre-bundled Software installer located on the OS X Installer Disc One.
A Basic Guide for Migrating to Intel-Macs
If you are migrating a PowerPC system (G3, G4, or G5) to an Intel-Mac be careful what you migrate. Keep in mind that some items that may get transferred will not work on Intel machines and may end up causing your computer's operating system to malfunction.
Rosetta supports "software that runs on the PowerPC G3 or G4 processor that are built for Mac OS X". This excludes the items that are not universal binaries or simply will not work in Rosetta:
Classic Environment, and subsequently any Mac OS 9 or earlier applications
Screensavers written for the PowerPC
System Preference add-ons
All Unsanity Haxies
Browser and other plug-ins
Contextual Menu Items
Applications which specifically require the PowerPC G5
Kernel extensions
Java applications with JNI (PowerPC) libraries

In addition to the above you could also have problems with migrated cache files and/or cache files containing code that is incompatible.
If you migrate a user folder that contains any of these items, you may find that your Intel-Mac is malfunctioning. It would be wise to take care when migrating your systems from a PowerPC platform to an Intel-Mac platform to assure that you do not migrate these incompatible items.
If you have problems with applications not working, then completely uninstall said application and reinstall it from scratch. Take great care with Java applications and Java-based Peer-to-Peer applications. Many Java apps will not work on Intel-Macs as they are currently compiled. As of this time Limewire, Cabos, and Acquisition are available as universal binaries. Do not install browser plug-ins such as Flash or Shockwave from downloaded installers unless they are universal binaries. The version of OS X installed on your Intel-Mac comes with special compatible versions of Flash and Shockwave plug-ins for use with your browser.
The same problem will exist for any hardware drivers such as mouse software unless the drivers have been compiled as universal binaries. For third-party mice the current choices are USB Overdrive or SteerMouse. Contact the developer or manufacturer of your third-party mouse software to find out when a universal binary version will be available.
Also be careful with some backup utilities and third-party disk repair utilities. Disk Warrior 4.1, TechTool Pro 4.6.1, SuperDuper 2.5, and Drive Genius 2.0.2 work properly on Intel-Macs with Leopard. The same caution may apply to the many "maintenance" utilities that have not yet been converted to universal binaries. Leopard Cache Cleaner, Onyx, TinkerTool System, and Cocktail are now compatible with Leopard.

Basically the instructions you should follow are:
1. Backup your data first. This is vitally important in case you make a mistake or there's some other problem.
2. Connect a Firewire cable between your old Mac and your new Intel Mac.
3. Startup your old Mac in Target Disk Mode.
4. Startup your new Mac for the first time, go through the setup and registration screens, but do NOT migrate data over. Get to your desktop on the new Mac without migrating any new data over.
4. Copy the following items from your old Mac to the new Mac:
In your /Home/ folder: Documents, Movies, Music, Pictures, and Sites folders.
In your /Home/Library/ folder:
/Home/Library/Application Support/AddressBook (copy the whole folder)
/Home/Library/Application Support/iCal (copy the whole folder)
Also in /Home/Library/Application Support (copy whatever else you need including folders for any third-party applications)
/Home/Library/Keychains (copy the whole folder)
/Home/Library/Mail (copy the whole folder)
/Home/Library/Preferences/ (copy the whole folder)
/Home /Library/iTunes (copy the whole folder)
/Home /Library/Safari (copy the whole folder)
If you want cookies:
/Home/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist
/Home/Library/Application Support/WebFoundation/HTTPCookies.plist
For Entourage users:
Entourage is in /Home/Documents/Microsoft User Data
Also in /Home/Library/Preferences/Microsoft

5. Once you have transferred what you need restart the new Mac and test to make sure the contents are there for each of the applications.
