Problème Exportation en GIF

Bonjour!

    Cordialement,
    Tristan

  • How to export animated gif with transparent background and glow effect?

I've been having issues lately with creating animated gifs in flash. I finally figured out a way to export a gif with a transparent background but I'm now having an issue with it again because I'm using a glow effect. When the gif is exported the glow effect changes into a very poor quality and becomes less of a glow and more like a solid color. I've even exported a png sequence from flash and put it into photoshop then created a gif from there but I'm still having the same issue. Is there anyway I can properly export this in gif form so the quality is the same as when I test it in flash?
I've provided an image of what my issue looks like and the settings (I've messed around with the settings and this is the best I can come up with) . This is in photoshop but the result is similar in flash. The left one is what it originally looks like and the right is what it will look like after exporting. As you can see as I said before the glow changes into more of a solid color kind of like a border. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

A GIF is limited to 256 colors while a glow effect likely wants to tie up thousands (let's just say 'lots') of variations of tone.

  • Problem with symbols while exporting a gif in flash cs4

I am using flash cs4 to export a simple animated gif for a button on my website. However, when I export the gif the movie symbols will not play, what am I doing wrong here?

Well, for some reason, I've managed to be okay with the idea that all software relying on links is prone to crushing at any given moment during execution of a project, Yes this includes After effects, Illustrator, Indesign_name it. However, one thing I cannot understand or even come to terms with the idea that Flash CS4 cannot export a project of 162mb. My library is organised, My scenes are in perfect order,  I do not even use 3rd party componets in my projects..... but for some reason, I cannot export let alone publish an application file from FLASH CS4.
My first thought was maybe some thing was wrong with the "flash.ocx" extension, so I took a walk and visited the Adobe site to get an update, but still after re-installing it nothing seems to put a smile on my face_( I've spent sleepless nights on this animation and all I need is to just export/ publish it, however flash exports it halfway and out of a blue the export dialog and the incomplete file vanish) Some times I  even wonder wether there is a vortex on my desktop.
Another problem in this category am finding is with flash player in my browsers, if it runs in exlporer, then it won't run in firefox, and when I check in the control panel after installing on both browsers, I am so suprised to find 4plugins of flash player, which is not the case with my friends laptops which use 1plugin and an activeX control for the web browsers.
Any help is very welcome, Am using Dell studio-xps Laptop running a 64bit  Windows Vista OS, 4bg Ram, 1 Terabyte HDD and yes Intel Graphics media card with dedicated memory of 1gb. (Of what use are they if I cannot export a small file of 162mb, am even ashamed to mention it, heeeeeelp  )

  • Problème exportation pdf sur Indesign

    Bonjour,

    Merci.

    Salut,

  • Export as GIF file in CS5

    Hi,
Can some one give me documentation of how to export as GIF file. We are using CS5 server?
    Is ExportFormat.GIF valid format?
    Thanks
    Vish

It is not in the Javascript documentation, so I don't think it is an option.
No really surprise either, as it seems only true color formats are supported. Perhaps you could use Photoshop's Save for Web to convert your images.

  • Why did adobe take away our ability to export transparent gif's?

Theres no option to do it, either in the output module or in media encoder.

When porting After Effects to be a 64-bit application, every piece of code had to be reworked, so it was a good opportunity to get rid of some features that no one used and features for which there were better ways to accomplish the result.
Photoshop has always had a superior feature for doing this. Even when After Effects had the feature, the results were not good. Note that even in After Effects CS4 documentation, the recommendation is to use Photoshop instead.
If exporting animated GIF files directly from After Effects is important to you, you can submit a feature request to have it added. You can submit a feature request here.

  • HELP TO EXPORT ANIMATED GIF AS QUICKTIME FILE

I have keynote 6.2 and have imported an animated gif file within my page presentation which also has a movie file and sound. When I export the file as a quicktime file, the final file does not show the animation at all, it is static?
I have tried different options when exporting as a mov and 4p4 file, neither makes any difference, can someone help please.
I am using the file to import into Imovie, where I am piecing everything together into a movie11.
    Thanks

Thanks for your prompt reply Gary, but the problem is how can I resolve this? Do I import another file type? Can I export to another format other than Quicktime. Someone mentioned changing the frame rate of the animation to either 25 or 30 frames a second, or does this not make a difference?

  • Problem exporting transparant .gif

    Hi guys,
I created some text and applied the 'Dark Chrome 02' effect
to it. I went to export wizard, selected .gif and index
transparancy. All seemed good. But I noticed it had a white Matte.
I changed that to transparant but it ends up making it black. Is
there no way to make it just.. transparant?

Create your artwork on a canvas that matches the background
    color of
your HTML page, and then use Index Transparency

  • Please help with exporting as .GIF (CS5)

I made some movie symbols out of sprites (inserting a new frame for each key)
then dragged each of the symbols into the scene 1, and when I press ctrl+enter it looks how I want it to look, but if i try to publish it as gif, or export it as gif, it just shows the first frame and is really bad quality. My publish settings are all correct and I even tried to export it as a quicktime .mov then importing it to photoshop to save for web (gif) but even then it just showed the first frame.
Any ideas? I've been stressing about this for days.

again, putting movieclip symbols on the main timeline will display the first frame of the movieclip in your animated gif.  you won't see the movieclip's other frames.  ie, the movieclip won't appear to animate.
you may be able to place an animated graphic on the main timeline, publish your gif and you may see your graphic's animation.  try it and see.
otherwise, all your tweens/animations will need to be on the main timeline with no nested animations.

  • Edit a png file... change colors and text and then export to gif?

First I want to state that I am VERY new to Fireworks and I am trying to figure out how this works!  I typically use Photoshop.
I was sent a PNG file (from a friend).  The file has many buttons on it that I believe are somehow saved or exported out as gif images to be buttons on her website.  All of the buttons are basic rectangles that are gray with black text.  She was told she could edit all of the buttons quickly in Fireworks (change their color, font color, etc) and it would change them all together.  Then save them all out so we would have the individual gif files for the buttons to save to the directory.
So... I am able to open the png file in Fireworks and I can select each button or all of them, but I cannot see how to change their color and font, etc.  I know this must be very simple!  Can someone help me?
    Thank you!
    Sharlyn

Have a look in the ocument Library panel to see if the buttons are Symbols. If yes, then double click on one of the buttons to open it in the symbol editor where you can easily make changes in all of them at once.

  • Exporting animated gifs with fade transitions in PS CS6

So I created a basic slideshow banner with three different images that fade from one to the next. When I preview it on the timeline, everything looks great, but when I go to save for web and select gif, then hit play for a preview, the fade transitions are gone and they just hard cut from one to the next. Anyone know how to keep those fade transitions when exporting?

The only way to optimize this is to use less colors and define the frame durations manualyl in the timeline in frame mode, i.e. setting the actual posters to a very long duration on a single frame and then only have the transition regions use multiple frames with short durations. Still, I don't think you will ever arrive at 40-50kB. Even a normal mail blast with static PNGs/ GIFs and JPEGs is larger than that if it contains a huge logo, decorative lines and borders and button graphics... It's unrealistic. With the above optimizations you may get to somewhere about 300kB, but not below, if you wnat to retain the fades. They are what makes your files fat because they introduce lots of colors in teh palette that can't be optimized away easily...

  • Need help exporting transparent gifs for flash - rough edges

    Hello,
I have a flash header i am building for a website. The layers i am exporting for web have a rough white edge (gif.s - save for web). Basically I am trying to transition the flower group to another color saved from a layer in Photoshop.
Would a path help? The image in the library is set to allow smoothing.
Here is a link to a screen shot in a new window.

  • Best way to export to .gif

I made a banner for my company that I'd like to turn into a .gif file for our marketing strategies portion of our site.  I am new to flash and can't seem to find the right export/publish settings to get the cleanest possible .gif file.
Would anyone mind looking at my attached .fla file to see where I might be going wrong.  All of the images I imported into flash were edited in photoshop CS4 and saved as .png files.  Is this the preferred method?  When I export my animation it slows down and becomes all grainy.  I am trying to create a .gif similar to the one I have also attached that was created in flash by a professional design firm.  What would this guy (the guy that created the attached .gif file) have done differently?  Thanks

and is there any way to make my published .gif animation faster?  My published .gifs animate slower than that my .swf file.  Is there anything that can fix this in the publish settings or do I just need to make everything quicker in the timline in anticipation that it will export slower... and choppier.
