Salut j ai un macbook pro verouillé a cause d icloud l'application localiser mon iphone j'ai ensuite fait verouiller a distance mais j ai oublier le mot de passe et enfin je me trouver coincé
Vous n'avez pas besoin l'app « Localiser mon iPhone » installé sur votre iPad pour le localiser. Ce que vous avez besoin est d'avoir permis à « Trouver mon iPad » dans paramètres > iCloud. Si cette option est activée, puis vous pouvez vous connecter à http://www.icloud.com et sélectionnez « Localiser mon iPhone ». Vous pouvez ensuite sélectionner la broche pour votre iPad et il ont à faire un bruit.

It is so frustrating because I cannot understand what is wrong. When I add an event to my calender on my iPhone it appears in my calender on my MacBook which is perfect and very convenient. The same thing occurs with reminders; everything syncs perfectly here. However when I delete an email from my MacBook from the 'mail' appliaction it doesn't delete from the same built-in application on my iPhone. This is extremely frustrating as I have to delete the same email twice on two different devices. I'd appreciate any feedback that would help resolve this problem!
Calendars (and contacts) can "sync" between your MBP and your iPhone through iCloud because they really live on the iCloud servers and the two devices are clients. iCloud can accomplish much the same trick for email messages because the email really resides on iCloud email servers.
If the email resides on some other server, that server is responsible for whatever syncing will be done. IMAP servers like the iCloud servers are built for such syncing; other mail servers may or may not be. iCloud would not be involved with email other than iCloud email.
I understand Hotmail has been changing how their email servers are accessed. Check with Hotmail support for any changes you may need to make to keep up. -
J'ai changer d'identifiant apple et icloud, je ne parviens pas désactiver "localiser mon iphone" qui persiste à me demander l'ancien id d'icloud et l'ancien mot de passe. Ceci dans le but de réinitialiser mon iphone, pour cette opération il faut obligatoirement désactiver localise mon iphone.

when ever i want to update an application on apple store i get a different user name then mine([email protected]) this user name is not mine but its always there only on updating my app's.

i updated to ios 5.1.1 and added icloud services. the problem is now whenever i connect my iphone to my PC, itunes does not recognize my phone. i need it to but it just does not connect..
Try the standard fixes to rule out a software problem:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that points to a hardware problem. Yu can make an appointment at the the Genius Bar of an Apple store or try:

Under the iCloud portion of settings on my iPhone, I have always gotten the message "account not verified". The email matches and is in fact the same for my accounts on iCloud and iTunes. Has anyone had this problem, and how have they resolved it?

If you are the original owner of the phone and know the Apple ID and password that were used to activate it originally, and if you have an existing backup to restore from, you can force it into recovery mode (which will completely erase it) and restore it as explained here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. When you do you will encounter activation lock, and will have to provide the ID and password used to activate it originally in order to activate it again. If you can't, you won't be able to activate and use it.

TatyanaYou have Acrobat Pro on your system. It will try to open PDFs, and of course it will fail. You must uninstall it. Then, you will need a PDF reader. So install Adobe Reader. That seems quite simple, but perhaps something is wrong. If anything goes wrong with these two steps (1) uninstall Acrobat Pro (2) install Adobe Reader, then please let us know the details.

Problems with syncing appointments from icloud i made with my earlyer iphone
Im having problems with my calendar after switching from iphone 4 to 4s. All the appointments in my calendar i made with the old iphone 4 will not sync to my new 4s. I can see them i icloud on my win pc but not on my 4s..
Theres no problem with syncing new appointments from icloud to iphone 4s. Only the old ones i made in icould my the old iphone 4.
I would like to have all the old ones on my iphone too.. Anybody got a suggestion to a solution???It seems that the calendar wont let me make new appointments in the time before i activatet my present iphone. But all the subscriptions and birtsdays is there long before.. So why cant icloud do the same??

I had a similar issue and I was told that my iTunes match was on.
I had to disable iTunes match on my iPhone.
Following which - after you plugged in your iPhone to iTunes, select your iPhone on iTunes menu. You should see a summary page of your iPhone where it provides options to update or restore. On the bottom there should be an option to select "sync only selected music/playlists". I can't remember the exact wording. Once that's been checked, select your iPhone's music tab and it should allow you to select the music playlists you want to sync. -

Once you do that, change the Apple ID to the ID that is being displayed on the screen. Once you save that ID, you should then be able to logout of the icloud account with the password used to access your Apple ID. Once done, change the Apple ID back to the one you were using. If you get an error saying that the Apple ID is already being used, then you need to call in to have is resolved at 1-800-MY-IPHONE. -
Can I transfer photos from my Mac Photos application to my iPhone 5?
If it is possible, am I able to transfer the photos I have on my mac's Photos Application to my iPhone 5?
- I tried to select 'Photos' from the iTunes 'sync photos' menu but I am unable to.
- When I tried to use the iCloud Photo Library method (which I thought would be convenient IOT save space) not all photos transferred to my iPhone.
Any tips? I tried searching for an answer but I guess because the Photos app is new there isn't much ?s about it... Thanks for any help

Macbook ProThat's where you're going to have problems. You'll have to check the manual for you phone for information on how to transfer the contacts to the SIM.
The big problem is the fact that the 4S uses a Micro-SIM, NOT a standard SIM. In order to put it in the phone, you would have to cut it to size, which could well destroy it if you're not lucky. -
I'm having problems with excessive email usage on my iphone 4/ios 7. Just noticed that it (settings/usage) was using 900+ mb. I deleted all my mail, deleted the mail account, turned the phone off and back on, downloaded any remaining mail on the server to Outlook on my computer, and it still says it's using 661 mb. My ipad uses a fraction of that.
Background: I recently (December) bought an ipad and set up icloud for contacts and calendar, but NOT mail. My email provider is Verizon. I use computer, iphone, and ipad to check my email; eventually I download it from the server using Outlook on the computer and then delete any remaining emails from the phone and ipad. I can't find info on this problem anywhere.Howdy there COUGAR444,
It sounds like your iPad all of a sudden seems to be restarting out of no where. If you haven't called AppleCare yet, I would start with quitting either the app that seems to be causing the issue, or all the apps if a single doesn't seem to be the culprit.
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
