Problème identifiant applestore seulement sur imac

Bonjour
Je viens d acheter un nouvel imac et depuis c est la grosse galère . Si je ne trouve pas d aide je le rends, je craque. Mon identifiant Apple fonctionne sur mon iPhone, min iPad mais pas sur ce maudit nouvel imac. Je l ai changé 3 ou 4 fous avant de me rendre compte que sur les autres ça marchait bien. Donc premier BIG pb
Deuxième , impossible de faire le transfert de l ancien imac vers le nouveau , au bout de 15 min il se met en veille avec la petite fenêtre de mon compte alors que dans économiseur j ai bien régler sur jamais....

One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode).

Curseur se balade tout seul sur l'écran

Assez stupéfaite du mauvais service Apple en France.
J'ai un problème avec mon iphone. Apple me répond que la garantie matérielle est d'1 an alors que c'est faux (garantie légale en France = 2 ans).
J'ai aussi un problème avec mon MacBookPro acheté en mars 2011 aux USA (curseur se balade tout seul sur l'écran alors que je ne suis pas en réseau et je n'utilise pas de souris). J'ai signalé le problème à Apple en février à Londres (rendez-vous Genius Bar). Il n'a pas pu être résolu.
Comme ça fonctionnait de nouveau, j'ai attendu. Et là rebelote, donc j'appelle Apple et on me répond que je dois payer si je veux résoudre le problème et que de toute façon Apple France n'a pas de traces de mon rendez-vous dans l'Apple Store de Londres! Lorsque j'ai répondu que j'avais une confirmation email du rendez-vous, on me dit : "Rien ne nous prouve que vous y êtes allée"! et on me dit que c'est sûr que si je vais sur les forums, je trouverai des gens qui se plaignent du problème de curseurs mais qu'en somme personne ou presque ne se plaint de ce problème directement chez Apple!! Bravo. En gros : Apple c'est des produits géniaux et si t'as un problème, arrête de te plaindre. :-o
Le service Apple USA était bien meilleur.
Quelqu'un a pu résoudre ce problème ?

Your initial post deals with the iPhone warranty. Forum participants have no control over Apple warranties.
You then relate a problem with your cursor which you state that could not be resolved by the Apple genius bar. If they cannot solve it, certainly forum participants are not likely to succeed either.
Then you bring up an issue that of an appointment, whether it took place or not, with Apple. We cannot intervene or assist you in that issue because we are not Apple employees. We are Apple customers just like you.
All I can advise you is to escalate your issues to the higher levels of Apple management. We are not in a position to assist you.

J'ai un problème pour me connecter sur l'application YouTube de mon iPhone : on me demande d'aller sur le site YouTube via compte Google et je peux me connecter sur le site internet (application SAFARI de mon IPhone) mais pas directement en utilisant l'application YouTube sur mon téléphone en raison d'un problème de reconnaissance de mon identifiant et de mon mot de passe ?
Je ne comprends pas ce que je dois faire, merci de votre aide.

Ce site est essentiellement anglophone et tu risques d'avoir du mal à trouver de l'aide en français.
Je ne suis pas sûr de bien comprendre ce qui t'arrive : je viens de faire l'essai depuis mon iPhone et j'ai accédé à l'application YouTube sans problème et sans qu'il me soit demandé de m'identifier.
Cela dit, il se trouve que j'ai un compte Google et que j'ai installé sur mon iPhone l'appli Google que je soupçonne d'être connectée en permanence avec mon compte. Et, en allant voir le site YouTube sur mon ordi depuis un navigateur en ayant pris soin de ne plus avoir de connexion active à mon compte Google, il est vrai que j'arrive sur une page qui me suggère assez fortement de créer un compte Google (ou de me connecter si j'en possède un).
Mais cela n'empêche pas de consulter les vidéos et je pense que le comportement ne doit pas être très différent sur iPhone. Es-tu sure que tu ne peux pas passer outre l'identification sur YouTube ?
Au pire et s'il n'est pas possible de faire autrement, il te suffit de créer un compte Google (avec ton adresse mail habituelle) même si tu ne t'en sers pas pour autre chose et de configurer sur ton iPhone l'appli Google avec mais, bien sûr, cela ouvre la porte au suivi à la trace de tes consultations par Google. A toi de mettre en balance avantages et inconvénients.

Those are the options - more space is more space.
Moving the iPhoto Library is simple:
Make sure the drive is formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

Create a new calendar (or potentail use an existing one, if appropriate), then share just it.
To share the calendar, from teh calendar app: Tap Calendars (upper left), tap the blue arrow icon beside the calendar you wish to share, then eiterh turn on Public Calendar or add recipients to Add Person.

Mes messages en préparation s'enregistrent automatiquement et à plusieurs reprises dans "brouillons" de Thunderbird sur iMac.

Durant la saisie d'un message relativement long et sans que je l'enregistre, je retrouve l'enregistrement de ce message à divers stades d'avancement dans le dossier "Brouillons" de Thunderbird, alors que le message a été envoyé. Si le temps de préparation du message est long j'ai jusqu'à 5-6 brouillons enregistrés sans que je l'aie enregistré !
Cela n'est pas systématique à chaque message mais ceci arrive souvent et si je n'annule pas ces brouillons non désirés ça devient systématique.
En revanche, si j'ai un mail en préparation et que je l'enregistre il va bien au dossier "Brouillons".

Oui, vous pouvez vérifier les projets options dans les paramètres du compte.
# Cliquez sur le compte de messagerie ce qui se passe dans la barre d'outils à gauche de la vue classique
# Cliquez sur Paramètres de compte
# Cliquez sur "Copies et dossiers"
# Les options de projets seront ici
# Aller à la catégorie Composer.
# Sélectionnez l'onglet Général.
# Assurez-vous que Auto enregistrer toutes les __ minutes est cochée.
# Entrer la fréquence souhaitée pour l'enregistrement (trois minutes est généralement raisonnable).
# Fermez la fenêtre des préférences.
Il peut y avoir un intervalle que les projets sont enregistrés dans votre messagerie Web qui peut également avoir une incidence sur cela, ou un ajout.

Vitesse rotation Ventilateur ODD sur Imac 21,5 pouces

Bonjour, mon ventilateur ODD sur Imac 21,5 pouces monte à 1500 ce qui génère un bruit de fond, je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Merci par avance.

Problème avec appstore sur Imac 24"

Depuis que j'ai fait un cleaninstall sur mon Imac 24" ( année 2006), je n'ai plus accès à appstore. J'ai un message me disant "problème d'ordinateur ou d'identifiant"
Qui peut m'aiguiller?

J'ai fait le test sur une page de 500 px.
Bah, vu que l'écran fait 600 px de haut, il n'y a pas de scroll tout bêtement.
Toujours sur le netbook, j'ai testé le site suivant ( qui est superbe) : http://www.ruiqiandesign.com/#home
Tout en bas de la page de ce site, il y a un personnage qui se déplace vers une balancelle.
Sur mon 24" le personnage a le haut de la tête sous le bandeau vert et le reste du corps se situe à mi-chemin sur la balancelle.
Sur mon 10" le personnage decend plus bas sur la balancelle et a les pieds posés sur la balancelle. Mieux encore, la phrase Get In Touch apparait
au-dessus du personnage. Phrase qui n'apparait pas sur un écran 24".
Ce que je pense :
C'est qu'il faut faire 3 déclinaisons d'un meme site : pour écran d'ordinateur, tablette et smartphone afin de respecter les résolutions différentes de ces périphériques.
Cette option existe sur Muse.
Je l'ai testé et ai été déçu.
Muse crée bien bien un gabarit pour smartphone et tablette et propose de prendre en compte le plan, les attributs et le fond du gabarit du site principal mais ça s'arrête là.
Contre toute logique, Muse ne reprend pas les éléments graphiques du site principal pour les adapter à la ou les nouvelles dimensions d'une tablette ou d'un smartphone.
Conclusions, il faut tout refaire à la main pour ces périphériques.
Je n'ai encore rien testé en ligne sur mon serveur OVH, et j'ignore si la détection des différents formats fonctionne correctement et s'adapte bien à la résolution du périphérique.
Ce sera la surprise...

Problème d'écran sur imac 21,5

Des taches grises apparaissent surtout en haut à gauche et un peu à droite de l'écran de mon iMac 21,5 pouces.
J'ai lu sur des forums que ce problème est courant et bien connu d'Apple.
Ce serait dû à des poussières qui se collent sous la dalle aux endroits de l'écran qui subissent de fortes chaleurs.
Ma question est : qu'a fait Apple pour remédier à ce problème ?

Pas de la carte graphique ne peut pas être mis à niveau dans un iMac. Si votre machine a été acheté directement auprès d'Apple et il est inférieur à 14 jours de votre retour et qu'il peut acheter la machine que vous préférez, si vous ne pouvez pas faire que votre seule option est de vendre la machine et de le remplacer.

Problème de ventilateur sur iMac 27"

Bonjour,
Nouvel iMac (un mois) et déjà un problème strictement mécanique : le ventilateur se met en route dès l'ouverture de l'iMac et ne s'arrête plus. Y a-t-il une autre solution que de le renvoyer à l'usine ?
