Problème installation Adobe creative suite 5 design premium

Bonjour à tous,
Après plus d'une heure d'attente en essayant de contacter quelqu'un par le chat, je n'ai plus que le forum comme solution.
J'ai du refaire le système sur un iMac et donc tout formater.
Je suis donc en train d'essayer de réinstaller la suite Adobe Creative Suite 5 design premium (version Boite CD).
Lorsque je lance l'installation, je rentre le numéro de série voici ce que j'obtiens (screenshot)
impossible pour moi d'installer la suite Adobe. Avez-vous une idée de la marche à suivre ? Ai-je fait une mauvaise manip ?

Ok, j'ai compris, votre CD d'installation fonctionne correctement.
C'est bien un numéro de mise-à-niveau que vous avez.
Pour l'utiliser vous devez donc entrer le numéro de licence de la version précédente dans le champ indiqué (dans votre cas, votre numéro de licence CS4).
Sinon, si vous voulez contacter Adobe, je ne vois que des canaux en anglais : Quelles sont les différentes possibilités pour vous contacter ?
Peut-être que vous avez différentes options depuis la France.
• Connectez-vous sur Adobe.com avec votre Adobe ID
• Cliquez sur Menu
• Puis sélectionnez Formation et Support

I had all my software, including my ‘Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium’ removed from my MacPro (OSX 10.10.2) by a Computer technician after I had inadvertently installed some malware.
Now I can’t reinstall my CS4 because the installer software wants me to identify the product from which I am upgrading, but mine isn’t on the list. The old product from which I am upgrading is called ‘Adobe Design Collection’. Furthermore, it has 4 serial numbers (one each for Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator), not just one, as the installer requires.
I know this can be done, as I have had it working for a long time. Am I doing something wrong now?

Contact support be web chat and have them generate a working temporary serial/ challenge code for the install.

when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC

Serial Key not working for Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium

I have the serial key for my Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium that I bought in 2011 on my account page. However, when I put the serial number in the installer, it says "This serial number is not valid for this product."
I just want access to the product I bought. Can anybody help me?

Are you definitely installing Design Premium CS5, not a similar sounding Creative Suite? And not CS5.5?

Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium trial version says my serial number is invalid?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium from my my community college's bookstore in 2010. I successfully have used it all this time, but I recently bought a new laptop. This new laptop does not have a disk drive, but I was able to download the trial version of it online. It downloaded great, and I have been using the trial version, but the trial is up in one week. I deactivated my serial number on my old laptop, and then tried to enter it onto my new laptop, but the error message keeps saying "Incorrect Serial Number": "The serial number you entered is not valid." However, the serial number is definitely valid, and I spoke with Adobe and they just checked and were able to see that I do have an activation available for this serial number. Why won't it accept it?
Side Notes:
The licensing is Student Licensing
I downloaded the correct creative suite (Creative Suite 4 Design Premium)
I typed in the serial number correctly and checked multiple times
I cannot afford to purchase an updated version nor Adobe Creative Cloud at this time

Same thing happened to me, except I lost disk 2 and was told to go to the forums.. Seems Adobe isn't too great on their customer service or fixing issues. The problem I was told, was that we have "Student" serials and the one from the download isnt a student version.

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5 "Design Premium" for Mac. It was purchased and downloaded ~Nov 2010. However, it appears that I never downloaded Adobe Acrobat, which looks like it's on a separate disk. Long story ... but am only starting to use this software now after 2 years! Anyhow, I'm wondering if I can safely download this disk at this point? Also, I see that there is a number of updates which I should be installing, so wondering if I should hold off on those until after Acobat is downloaded? I did get a serial number from the install of the the other Adobe software included in Creative Suite 5.

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site or else the download will not work properly.

The download option will only be available under your account if you made the purchase directly from Adobe and choose the download option at the time of purchase. Aussimick you will want to enter in the qualifying serial number from the full version of Adobe software you purchased. Hi I need help installing my adobe suite program!!
I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 5 design premium program a few months ago last year. I need to know if, I Can install this program on to a Apple MacBook Pro laptop computer if, this program is for a windows pc?? Because, i tried to download it before on to my laptop and a error message poped up. If, I cannot install this program on to my laptop could you please tell me which type of Apple laptop I should purchased and also how much memory and RAM should that laptop have in order for me to use this program on it as well. My mother brought me the program from the Academic Super Store online for $510.00. When I had brought this program I had brought it to go onto my Dell Dimension 3000 desktop computer for a PC that had windows on it. Then, later on, my desktop ended up crashing on me and now i am stuck with this program and i can't use it because, i can't download it on to my Apple laptop. My mother isn't going buy another one of these programs they are too expensive to keep buying.

Standalone licenses are platform-specific. If you are still eligible for ediu pricing, simply buy a current product for Mac at the discounted price. Otherwise you would have to upgrade to CS6 and make the platform switch along with it.

When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

I've purchased the upgrade to Adobe Photoshop CS6 - Trying to install, and it says the Adobe CS6 is valid - but only provides 'photoshop' options for entering my old serial number, rather than the adobe creative suite. How do I move past this so I can download it on my computer. I don't want to upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite 6 - as I do not need all the programs, just photoshop. From looking online, I read forums that said this was possible. Please advise

Unfortunately that option is not possible.
You cannot upgrade a Creative Suite to a standalone product.
Creative Suites can only be upgrades to other Creative Suites.
You'll need to return Photoshop CS6 upgrade since you cannot use it.
Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order
Some options:
Buy a Creative Suite upgrade, or
Buy a full new copy of Photoshop CS6, or
Join the Cloud

I have A question about Adobe creative Suite 3 Design Premium, and what it comes with..

My boyfriend works for a office furniture company building and tearing down office furniture. Today one of the people who worked at the company he was tearing down told him he could take any of the programs there as they had no use for them. So he took the Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium as well as mac OSX Leopard, thinking I would like to use them. But I have a PC.
My question is what comes with the Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium? Since I can not use it, I thought I could sell it, but do not want to do so if I do not have everything it comes with or needs. What I have is three disc's, in the case. There is the application, the content, and the video workshop. There is no booklet or anything with it. If anyone could answer my question, I would really appreciate it. I dont want to sell it to someone and get in any trouble for it not having what its supposed to.

Firstly, the CS3 Design Prem comes with Photoshop Extended CS3, Illustrator CS3, InDesign CS3, Dreamweaver CS3, Acrobat Pro 8 as well as Bridge and and Vesion Cue.
Secondly, has the packaging been opened? If so, it could still be installed on a PC or rather Macintosh somewhere. If so, this makes it a trickier proposition with regards to installing it yourself or selling it on.
Don't quote me on this, but if the software is fresh and unopened or has been deactivated, you could upgrade to Design Prem CS4 Mac and then crossgrade to Design Prem Windows. Don't know if it's possible to crossgrade and upgrade in one fell swoop from Mac to Win. I suspect not - but will be happy to be proven wrong.
