Probleme mit CreativeCloud-InDesign CS6

Habe Creative Cloud abonniert, und plötzlich ist Indesign verschwunden.
Im Dock erscheint ein Fragezeichen.
Im Aplication Manager steht bei InDesign aber "aktuell".
Es ist auch aus dem Finder/Programme veschwunden.
Softwareaktualisierung sagt, ich wäre auf dem neuesten Stand.
Was ist da los?

8746 Welche Version von InDesign ist verschwunden? Sind Sie in der Lage, um das Programm in Ihren Programme-Ordner ausfindig zu machen? Gibt es ein Uninstaller noch verfügbar Programme / Dienstprogramme / Adobe Installers?

8746 what version of InDesign has disappeared? Are you able to locate the program in your Applications folder? Is there an uninstaller still available in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers?

Problem mit den Ps Cs6 Texteffekten

Hallöchen ihr Lieben
Ich habe seit gestern Abend ein Problem mit Cs6.
Ich habe ein Wort auf ein Foto gesetzt und dem ganzen u.a. den Effekt Kontur und Abgeflachte Kante und Relief gegeben. Wenn ich nun alle meine Ebenen zusammenpacken möchte (sichtbare auf eine Ebene reduzieren z.B.) dann verschwinden diese Effekte fast vollständig. Auch, wenn ich diese Datei nicht zusammenpacke und dann als JPG abspeichere oder auch als PNG.
Wenn ich jedoch auf Neu gehe und ein weißes oder schwarzes Bild öffne und dann ein Wort rauf schreibe bleibt beim zusammenfügen alles wie es sein soll.
Mir ist das so noch nicht untergekommen und ich hoffe auf Rat :-(
(RGB ist eingestellt und 8-Bit, ansonsten Schrift auf scharf)
Auffällig ist aber, dass sobald ich in das Bild reinzoome der Effekt mit vielen Ebenen und dann in eine sichtbar gemacht immer gleich ist O.O Nur rausgezoomt wirkt der Effekt viel stärker!
Und wenn ich das bild übrigens kleiner mache 1500xiwas dann ists auch wunderbar beim zusammenpacken und wunderbar angezeigt.

Grafikkarte. Hardwarebeschleunigung in den Voreinstellungen ausschalten und/ oder Treiber aktualisieren.

Hi, I downloaded it multiple times, did several attempts on different computers, I always got the same result: "An error has occured during the extraction. Download Indesign CS6 again"

check your file sizes.
if they are correct, use a different browser.
if they are incorrect, use a wired or different connection.

J'ai un soucis d'activation de licence pour Indesign CS6. j'ai essayer de faire l'activation HORS LIGNE , mais lorsque je rentre le code de demande + le numero de serie, j'ai ce message qui apparait:

La licence est bien une licence individuelle pour Adobe Indesign CS6 ( donc juste Indesign ).
Lorsque le logicielle essaye d'activer la licence ( donc une fois l'application installer) il essayer de contact le server mais n'y arrive pas.
J'ai beau cliquer sur Ressayer ( en wifi sans proxy ou par câble sur le réseau de la société avec proxy) et si je clique sur "activer plus tard" la même fenêtre ce ferme et ce re ouvre.
J'ai donc essayer d'activer en mode HORS LIGNE.
j'ai donc suivit les instruction pour le poste "Cible" je génére donc le code de demande. Je vais sur mon second pc pour essayer de générer le code de réponse avec la N° de licence et la le message suivant apparaît : Impossible de traiter votre demande. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement.
j'ai donc bien suivit les étapes jusqu'au bout et je reste bloquer a ce message.
j'ai essayer avec une licence bonne et actif ( car elle fonctionne sur l'ancien pc ) mais j'ai bien désactiver la licence sur l'ancien poste.

SWF Export, no font showing in Acrobat and zoom border problem (Acrobat & Reader) - Indesign CS6

Hi Everyone,
If anyone could help me on this that would be great, I've spent hours on the forums and manuals to no avail.
I'm making an interactive PDF brochure in Indesign for one of our new products and I'm having issues (actual or perceived??!!) with the SWF export and PDF creation. I'm placing animations and video in the INDD, exporting it as an SWF (with the text option as Flash Classic Text) and then opening the SWF (not importing to a word doc or anything, just opening the SWF) with Acrobat using the advanced options to import the video resources and to enable the content when the page is opened. I then save the file as a PDF. In the PDF everything works as it should, the animations, the buttons, the video plays and so on. Great.. hmm not quite.
The trouble I am having is that all the content of the SWF when viewed in Acrobat seems to be getting rasterised/flattened - is this correct? After the SWF is opened, Acrobat indicates no fonts in the fonts tab in the document properties so when the SWF is zoomed in Acrobat, or the saved PDF in Reader, the font gets pixelated and the document is not searchable/text can not be highlighted. The images are not selectable either - it is as if the entire page has been flattened to one image. Is there a way to stop this so that the SWF opened with Acrobat retains the font and individual images like a normal PDF? Do I have to open the SWF in Flash first to set some parameters or something? Is there something I am doing wrong when exprting the SWF from Indesign? I think I have tried about every possible export combination. When I open the .HMTL (exported at the same time as the SWF from Indesign) in a browser, the same happens. All the animations work but the text appears to be rasterised/flattened/not searchable. Sorry if I'm not using the correct terminology.
I have tried importing the SWF back into another new INDD and exporting that as an interactive PDF but then the video does not work. I suppose I could try exporting all the individual animations as SWFs, importing them all and trying to get them to work with the video but I can see that will take quite some time and does not seem to be a guaranteed solution from what I have read on the forums - video playback being the issue.
Another problem is that when the SWF, or saved PDF, is zoomed in Acrobat/Reader between approx 150% and 210% a thick white border appears in the document and the content is squashed into the middle creating a slightly pixelated and narrow page. When I zoom out from the page I get a small white line on the right hand border at around 70% zoom. Please see images. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?
On another, sort of related topic, my timing panel went blank yesterday and was not showing any animations in documents that it had been used to order and synch animations on page load as well as new documents. The panel was blank. I updated to V8.0.1 and the panel sprang back into life - hope that helps anyone else finding the same problem.
I am not very familiar with Indesign/Acrobat/Flash so I guess all the above could be what I'm doing or I could be asking really dumb questions - apologies from a newbie.

I have now pretty much solved all the issues by creating the SWF in Flash rather than Indesign. I would advise anyone looking to create an interative PDF with animation and interactivity to go with Flash from the start. While Flash is a little more involved to create the same effects as Indesign, the extra time taken will ensure a more controllable and better looking PDF in terms of text quality, scalability and so on. Plus you will not spend days trying to get video to work along side imported SWF etc in Indesign. One of the best controls in Flash is being able to set the stage.scaleMode for the document so the PDF still looks crisp when zooming, no white borders etc. So, create the .fla, export to .SWF, open the .SWF with Acrobat, modify the advanced settings to enable start on page load and save as a PDF. If you don't know Flash, I didn't a couple of days ago, watch a couple of tutorials on Youtube.. buttons, tweens, embedding video and you'll be ready. Don't be put off by ActionScript, there are really handy Code Snippets in CS6 that do all the heavy lifting for you.

Error Message with Adobe Indesign CS6 on Mac

I just downloaded Adobe Sets CS6 on my Mac.
All other programs works with no problem except for InDesign CS6.
It pops up a message saying Errors if I tried to open InDesign CS6.
What should I do?

InDesign CS6 crashing at startup after upgrade

Hello all,
Yesterday, we upgraded a few of our iMacs (10.7.4) with the MasterCollection CS6 from CS5.5.
Everything launches with no problems EXCEPT for InDesign CS6. The splash screen comes up and quits when it says "Starting up service registry".
When I look in the console, the report crash says this:
ReportCrash: CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): Old-style plist parser: missing semicolon in dictionary.
I looked all over the net for some solutions, which one said to delete the ID defaults and prefs but there are none to be deleted because the software never gets far enough to create those files.
And the kicker is that we get the exact same error on 3 iMacs. Some of our remote employees installed the same MasterCollection dmg on their systems and are having no issues.
Can anyone help?

Preflight makes Indesign CS6 run slow?

I have problems with my indesign CS6. It takes a lot of time until files "let" me start working on them - Around 1 minute and more.
No matter the size of the file.
I've noticed that during all the time I'm waiting for a file to let me work on him; the Preflight is running. To check that, I've disabled preflight and it seems to help, but not all the time. there are still "hang" (The beachball clock is running) from time to time, especially if I'm going to another application and getting back to indesign.
I've also removed all plugins in the plug-n manager in my Font Explorer Pro 3.5.2 but that didn't solve anything.
This is very annoying and frustrating because i have a new iMac, with upgraded Graphic card and new CS6 Design and Web Premium.

No, not exactly.
While you work on them, the ID files are in memory (RAM) and it doesn't really matter where they are saved except during read or write operations (save, open, checking links). But ID can only address a bit less than 4 gb of RAM, so at some point a portion of what's in memeory must be written to temporary storage on a disk someplace -- the scratch disk -- where it can be swapped in and out of active RAM when needed. In Photoshop and Illustrator you can designate any drive, even more than one drive, to use for scratch space, but not in ID.
As I said, in Windows it uses the temp folder in your user profile, which by default is on the drive where you installed the OS (but can be moved with some work). On Mac I don't know for sure, but I presume ID is using the user library, which I also presume is on the drive with the OS by default. It looks to me like this is know as the Home Folder, but I'm not a Mac expert. I did find a lot of potential information though, but googling "move user library mac" without quotes.
If you can move your home off the hard drive you might see a difference, but I won't swear to it, and I'd defintiel advise doing a full backup so you can undo any changes you make in case of bad results.

Why are images rendering so poorly in InDesign CS6?

My display performance is set to High Quality, but I'm still getting poor image quality when I import the screenshot.
This is actually unbelievable. All of my colleagues are having the same problem (which doesn't exist in earlier versions of InDesign). Is this a known problem?
My workspace is set to "Web". Exporting doesn't fix it. I'm viewing the document at "Actual Size" and still, the problem persists.

InDesign CS6 Question...

I have a user reporting various problems with Adobe InDesign CS6 including occasional crashing. When I look into her system.log, I see a lot of entries that read:
/Applications/Adobe InDesign CS6/Adobe InDesign CS6.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe InDesign CS6[26191]: SCPreferencesCreate failed: Permission denied
Can anyone tell me what this error means exactly? I get that it is a permission error, but to what path? My user is running InDesign under a standard user account (not an admin acct.). Is there something I need to change to correct this permissions error? Promoting her account to an admin account is not an option.

Probleme mit InDesign Dateien auf Netzlaufwerken und CS5/CS6

Hallo,
wir haben hier immer wieder Probleme beim öffnen von InDesign Dateien welche von einem Windows Arbeitsplatz auf einer Freigabe auf unserem Apple MacServer 4.0 geöffnet werden sollen.
Die Benutzer bekommen dann diese Fehlermeldung
Gibt es bekannte Probleme wenn die InDesign Datei von einem Windows-PC mit CS5 oder CS6 auf einem Netzlaufwerk geöffnet werden soll?
Meistens funktioniert es auch, aber es gibt immer wieder diese Situstionen das es zu diesen Fehlermeldungen kommt, bzw. eine bearbeitete Datei ihre Änderungen verliert.
Es wäre super wenn mir jemand dazu Hilfen geben könnte.

Ich versuche hier mal die Server-Infos zu geben. Ist ein MacMini mit externem SAS was Freigaben bereitstellt. Der MacMini hat ein OSX 10.10.2 mit dem Server 4 installiert.
Das Netzwerk ist TCP und ohne zusätzliche Firewall. Funktionierte mit dem "alten" OSX Server 6 auf einem OSX 10.6.8 auch gut. (Mac OS X Server 10.6.8)
Die Benutzer arbeiten an Windows 7 Rechner und haben die SAS-Freigaben, welche auf den Server definiert wurden, gemountet und wollen dann immer Dateien direkt aufrufen und bearbeiten.
Welche Angaben felhen denn sonst noch?

InDesign CC IDML in CS6 - Probleme mit Absätzen

Hallo zusammen!
Die Situation:
Ich arbeite für einen Kunden, der über einen PackageMaster vorgefertigte Katalogseiten erstellt. Diese werden in IndesignCC weiter bespielt und mir als IDML (ich selbst habe CS6) zur Reinzeichnung zur Verfügung gestellt.:
Problem:
Sobald ich die IDML Datei öffne, KANN es vorkommen, dass bspw. Objektrahmen in der Y Achse verschoben werden. (Es wird mit Grundlinienraster gearbeitet)
Wenn ich dann noch anfange, die einzelnd geschickten Dokumente in 1 gesamtes Dokument zusammenzuführen, kommt es auch sehr gern vor, dass Absätze, Seilenumbrüche etc. verspringen.
Frage:
Hängt das nun einfach damit zusammen, dass die IDML diese Probleme hervorruft? Ist das Problem bekannt und wie löse ich es? CC kaufen möchte ich derzeitig nicht.
Die Kundin sagt, dass das Problem mit Zeilenumbrüchen/Absätzen/Objekten bei ihr nicht auftritt, wenn sie die vom PackageMaster gelieferte Datei in CC öffnet.
Vielleicht weiß hier der ein oder andere Rat.

Dazu müßte man die Dateien haben... Klingt eher so, als wären irgendwelche Absatzformate definiert, die nicht korrekt in die IDML übersetzt werden bzw. einfach nicht unterstützt werden oder ob da manuelles Formatieren dazwischen funkt. Aber außer probieren dürfte es da keinen vernünftigen Weg geben, das problem zu finden...

Silent Installation InDesign CS6 mit Retail Key

Hallo Community,
ich versuche schon seit etlichen Stunden, Adobe InDesign CS6 mit einem Retail Key im Hintergrund zu installieren.
Der Adobe Application Manager Enterprise Edition ist für das Erstellen eines MSI Pakets leider nicht geeignet, da es sich hier um einen Retail Key handelt und nicht um eine Volumenlizenz.
Bisher habe ich alle CS4 und CS5 /CS5.5 Produkte über die Setup.exe bzw Set-up.exe lautlos installieren können.
Bei CS6 Produkten scheint dies nicht mehr möglich.
Ich rufe die Set-up.exe mit folgenden Parametern auf:
set-up.exe --mode=silent --deploymentFile="%_deploymentFile%" --overrideFile="%_application_xml_override%"
Wobei für die Variable %_deploymentFile% der vollständige und richtige Pfad zur install.xml beinhaltet und %_application_xml_override% den vollständigen Pfad zur application.xml.override Datei.
Der Inhalt der application.xml.override Datei sieht folgendermaßen aus (Lizenzschlüssel mit X unerkenntlich gemacht)

Dass Problem ist jetzt, dass die Installation nicht serialisiert wird, das heißt die Seriennnummer wird nicht verwendet, stattdessen wird der Trial Key benutzt und InDesign startet in der 30Tage Testversion.
Die application.override.xml Datei wird aber vom Setup richtig erkannt und die Einstellungen wie Unterdrückung der EULA, Registrierungs, Updates funktioniert auch prima.
Auch in der cache.db wird die Retail Seriennummer sauber aufgenommen.
Mir ist bewusst, dass man sich beim ersten Start der Anwendung, sich mit der Adobe-ID anmelden muss, die Seriennummer sollte er sich doch aber aus der cache.db bzw. aus der application.xml im Ordner "\Adobe Indesign CS6\AMT" holen.
Somit, muss ich nochmal die Seriennummer eingeben + mich mit der Adobe-ID anmelden.
Hat jemand schon Erfahrung mit der lautlosen Installation von InDesign CS6 mit einem Retail Key gemacht?
Ich könnte wirklich Hilfe benötigen. Danke.
