Problème pour Indesign en version française Avec CS5 suite Master Collection

Bonjour,
J'ai CS5 Master collection version étudiant. Tous les logiciels sont en français, sauf Indesign qui reste en anglais malgré les bons paramètres dans la base de Registre (valeur 4 pour User Interface Locale Setting"). Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider pour avoir la version française?

I'm on Vista version Familiale Premium, I have a Creative Suite 5 Master
Collection "Student and Teatcher Edition" installed with "French France"
parameter. All my softs are in french except Indesign always in english.
(Menu and windows)
Adobe Technical support wrote me :
1. Cliquez sur Démarrer > Exécuter ou Rechercher
2. Tapez regedit
3. Allez à la valeur
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\InDesign\7.0
4. A droite, la valeur "User Interface Locale Setting" doit être mise
sur "4"
5. Fermez la fenêtre regedit
6. Exécutez InDesign
But my value in allready in "4", I join a copy of my regedit file.
Perhaps can you help me.

Problème pour ouvrir et imprimer des documents avec Adobe Reader XI

Pourquoi suis-je incapable d'ouvrir et d'imprimer des documents numérisés en JPEG avec Adobe Reader XI?

Mon système d'exploitation est Windows 7 et j'utilise Adobe Reader XI.
Lorsque je mentionne "incapable" je veux dire que je ne peux pas ouvrir mes
documents JPEG avec Adobe Reader donc je ne peux pas les imprimer par la
suite. Moi je veux être en mesure d'ouvrir mon document pour ensuite
l'imprimer dans son format original 8½ X 11 (format de ma numérisation).

Auparavant, avec les anciennes versions Adobe Reader j'étais capable
d'ouvrir mes documents. Lorsque je veux installer une ancienne version
(après avoir désinstaller la version XI), mon système me dit qu'il existe
une version plus récente et arrête mon download de version plus ancienne!

CS6.0 & CS5.5 Master Collection InDesign Font Control bar & Characters Panel not Functioning

Hi, I am a college student and our college a year ago sent me CS5.5 Master Collection InDesign at that time the font control bar was not functioning correctly on my PC. Our class was about Adobe Illustrator so our instructor rather than deal with it had us just cut and paste things into MS Word.
Now a year and half later I am taking a college course in Adobe Photoshop . . CS6.0 Master Collection InDesign once again the collection is the Student and Teacher Licensing for Windows. The same thing is happening now we are REQUIRED to this semester to create a Calendar using our own photos and create a INDESIGN layout using our photos we took for our course. In this version of CS6.0 InDesign I figured they would of fixed it by now, but the "Control Panel is still not working, nor is the Character Panel that you pull up to the side of InDesign. I am able to use the pull down menus and do things from there, but the point of taking this course was to learn the software, how can we students use the software if it is not functioning properly.
NOTE I AM EXPERIENCEING THE SAME THING WITH ALL SIDE PANELS NOW TOO.
Oh yes it changes the font name when you use the pull down window from the top menu, but it is not allowing us to use the CONTROL BAR just under the MENU BAR, nor the side panel I pulled up and am showing there. In ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR I can use the character panel just fine, but not in InDesign.
In Illustrator when I go to launch it I get this error, I have done as it asked but it still is bring this up at launch. I can go in and use Illustrator just fine, except for this error.
Someone thought I may of installed it incorrectly, so I removed all ADOBE software from my computer ran maintenance and virus scans and reinstalled the software, a whole day wasted, but it still is doing the same thing.
a) Thinking that this is a limitation placed on the software by Adobe because it is a Student Teacher Edition?
b) There's a problem with having OpenType and TrueType fonts on hand?
c) Adobe has a software problem that they have yet to resolve?
d) There is something somewhere within the software I need to flip a switch on?
Our instructor I gather who owns his own business his works just fine on his PC, but then because it is his business software it makes me think it has to do with the Student Teacher Edition.
I have more than enough RAM and hard drive space the Processor is a AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon(tm) HD. Graphics is 2.40 GHz. It is a 64-bit Operating System. Oh I am using a Windows OS 7.0 Professional .
This is the only piece of software that I have come accross that will not function correctly on my computer system since it's purchase Jan of 2012.

There is no difference between the commercial and educattional versions of the products other than the license terms. The software itself is the same.
Since you are on windows 7, the first question is are you using large fonts in the Windows interface? Large fonts combined with an Aero theme are deadly to ID. See InDesign tools and panels don't respond to mouse clicks (Windows 7/Vista)
If this doesn't apply, the next thing to try is replacing your preferences. See Replace Your Preferences
Do you use a font manager? If so, which one?
Does the account you are using have adminsitrator privileges? Shouldn't matter, but it would be worth trying a new account that does.
It's still possible that the installation failed in some way. That Illustrator error certainly makes it look like a strong possibility, and there may have been some left-over crud from the first failed install that was not replaced the second time. If the things above don't clear up the problems, I would suggest Deactivating the suite from an applicatin that will open, and uninstalling again, then run the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3) which will remove all traces of the previous installations. Reboot, then before reinstalling run MSConfig and turn off all non-essential startup programs and services, especially any virus or maware scanners, third-party firewall, instant messengers, iTunes and all browser helpers and toolbars, then close MSconfig and reboot. Log in as an Administrator (the actual Adminsitrator account would be best, but it may not be turned on). When the warning comes up about diagnostic mode continue to boot (cancel MSConfig if it opens), then run the installer again. You can now run MSconfig to restore normal startup and reboot once more.

Trial version of CS5.5 Master Collection

I am trying to get a trial version of Adobe Encore CS5.5 and I am aware it can be downloaded as part of the CS5.5 Master Collection, however is it possible when I download this to be used on a trial basis, considering it cannot be used on a trial basis individually?
I do not want to download it if it is not possible.

1 - there is not, and has not ever been, a trial version of Encore due to 3rd party licensing... Encore ONLY works with a paid Premiere Pro or suite
2 - version 5.5 is no longer sold, but you may still buy Creative Suite 6

Bonjour! Oui: il faudrait essayer de réinitialiser les préférences, en maintenant CTRL+SHIFT+ALT dès que l'on démarre Photoshop, ce qui supprime le fichier des préférence et le remplace par un nouveau. On doit alors obtenir un message qui demande si on veut recréer les préférences.
La réinstallation ne remplace pas ce fichier, et c'est lui qui peut être corrompu lors d'un arret fatal de la machine.
On peut le remplacer manuellement, en suivant les instructions de ce document remplacer évidemment CS5 par CS6: http://helpx.adobe.com/fr/photoshop/kb/preference-file-functions-names-locations.html
Les pilotes des cartes graphiques datent de Janvier. Y-a-t-il des mises à jour disponibles?
De même, Photoshop n'est pas dans sa version 13.0.1.1 il convient de se rendre dans Aide>Mises à Jour

I have a trail version, now I can not install Master Collection version

I used a trail version of Flash Catalyst and now I purchased master Collection, but when I try to use Flash Catalyst I get a messages that says the licensing for this produce has expired.
I installed Master Collection CS5 but I am not able to open Flash Catalyst.

Active Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection / Key for English Version / Use in German Language

Hello Supporters,
I've successfully downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection as Test-Version.
Today I've got my activation key and activated the version successfully.
Since we live in Austria and want to use the products in German language, I found some related articles how to change the interface to german.
That is quite easy and works, but... if I switch to German the products want to get activated again.
Please give me note how to switch to German, not loosing the activation.

Can a student purchase both PC and MAC versions of the creative suite master collection?

Hi, hoping someone can help.
I started my course on a PC (I had only recently had a PC built when I started, therefore I couldn't justify buying a Mac at the time). I'm now about to purchase my first iMac and I am still a student so I will need the creative suite on the Mac. I have the Master Collection CS5 for PC.
I am unsure whether they allow a student to purchase both platforms?
I am fine with uninstalling the PC version. I know I won't be able to transfer the PC CS5 to Mac CS5.5. If I need to pay for the student version of the Master Collection for Mac, I am able to afford that (barely, but it's a necessity!) however there is no way I would be able to afford the Retail version.
What are my options?

Hi vjadore, there's good news. There do exist some clear limitations of the Student Editions, but with Adobe's rules you can purchase one product twice for both platforms if you'd like
However, one of the assumptions in your post was not quite right...
You actually can change your existing software from one operating system to the other... even the Education versions. This is called an Adobe platform "crossgrade" and people do it all the time. Here are the instructions for getting a crossgrade done, if that's what you want to do

How do I Reinstall My Creative Suite Master Collection version CS6 onto my New Mac???

Hello all,
After 2.5 years, my "new" now "old" macbook pro crapped out. Well before it did, as a graphic designer, I purchased the CS6 Master Suite Collection. I have my serial number, yet am unable to figure out how to reinstall the programs onto my new computer, simply using the serial number from the programs purchased and loaded onto the old computer.

Download the installation files and install and activate them using your serial number.

If your original installation was still working when the machine crapped out you should contact Adobe Support thru chat and have them reset your activation count so that you retain an extra one if you ever want/need to have two working installations.

CS5.5 Master Collection trial version Downloading problem

The downloading process stops about 1 gig. I've tried to delete and restart 5 times and it blocks at the same place. What do I do?

You can give that a try I would also recommend completing Solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1 to truely reset the download process back to it's original state.
Also if you are utilziing a wireless connection it would be beneficial to try a wired connection with an ethernet cable prior to starting the download again.
