Problème réinstallation ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENT 11

Bonjour,
J'ai désisntallé mon Adobe Photoshop Element 11 de mon pc. Puis j'ai voulu le réinstaller. Mais lorsque je mets mon cd d'installation dans le lecteur, rien ne se passe.
Lorsque je veux lancer ce dernier manuellement en passant par C. Rien non plus.
Au bout d'un moment il me met qu'il n'y a pas de cd dans le lecteur et me le rejette
J'ai verifié avec d'autres cd d'installation : mon lecteur marche très bien
Quelqu'un peut m'aider. Sans mon logiciel je suis perdue. Je fais beaucoup de photos

Il pourrait y avoir quelques problèmes de matériel informatique. Pour contourner ce problème, vous pouvez télécharger le programme d'installation à partir PSE11: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us
Lors de l'installation de la configuration, de fournir la clé qui se trouve sur disque PSE boîte.

Je regrette de n'avoir pas acheté Adobe photoshop elements & première élément 12 sur DVD car j'ai des problèmes d'installation.
Photoshop elements ne s'installe pas complètement de ce fait :
– je ne peux lancer l'organiseur ou l'éditeur à partir d'un menu d'accueil
– si j'appelle l'organiseur et que j'appelle l'organiser je vois à l'écran "chargement de l'espace de travail d'Eléments organiser" sans que cet espace apparaisse.
– Si je lance Eléments organiser j'ai un message d'erreur précisant que les "composants requis ne sont pas complètement installé.
– A chaque démarrage j'ai toujours un message d'erreur me précisant "l'impossibilté d'initialiser les services en ligne. Vous devez les réinstaller. Appuyer sur OK pour continuer sans les services en ligne." Que faut-il faire ?
– Je n'arrive pas à désintaller adobe photoshop élément 12 car il n'apparait pas dans la fenêtre de windows 7 configuration de désinstallation d'un programme. Donc je n'ai pas accès à cette fonction de windows.
– Un nouvelle installation avec les même programmes téléchargés aboutit à situation d'échec donc je reste bloqué avec cette installation partielle. Je n'arrive qu'à lancer séparément l'éditeur et l'organiseur à partir de raccourcis que je suis allé cherché dans program files (x86) \ adobe ce qui me donne qu'un vague aperçu des possibilités de ce logiciel avec un fonctionnement incomplet.
Je suis déçu d'arriver à cette situation d'échec car au club photo nous travaillons avec cette version d'adobe photoshopElements. J'avais donc désinstallé la version 10 de que je vous avais acheté avec DVD car je perdais trop de temps à rechercher les correspondances des différentes fonctions lorsque nous travaillons ensemble.
Par ailleurs j’utilise adobe première éléments pour faire les montages des clip vidéo fait avec mon appareil réflexe et je développe pricipalement mes photos RAW avec adobe photoshop lightroom que je vous ai également acheté quand je suis sur mon ordinateur fixe... je suis donc un fidèle client adobe.
En résumé comment puis-je refaire une installation correcte sous Windows 7 64 bits d'Adobe photohop elements 12 que je viens d'acheter et télécharger.

Without some system information nobody can really tell you anything. This could be as simple as some security tool on your end interfering with the install, could be something else. We simply don't know.

Installation Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 stopped

The installation atopped at the point where systen wanted to install shared technologies. Tried to restart and restart install, now it onlly wants to remove items it can not find ('empty path') so re0installation is not possible.

Je viens d'acquérir récemment un MAC OS X 10.7.3 et je viens d'installer adobe photoshop elements 10. Comme j'ai l'intention de constituer des diaporamas, je me positionne sur Adobe elements 10 organizer avec mon catalogue photos et à ma grande surprise dans l'onglet "Créer", je n'ai pas la commande "Diaporamas".
Quelqu'un peut-il m'éclairer, je dois faire une fausse manoeuvre ?

The mac version of PSE doesn't do slideshows, I'm afraid. The mac organizer is not the same as the one for windows and it lacks several major features. However, you can make very nice slideshows in iPhoto, iMovie, or iDVD (not sure you'll have the last one).

Do you have the purchased serial number? What computer operating system?
If you purchased from Adobe direct, you can get download installation files from "My Orders" at the Adobe web site under your Adobe ID and Password (http://www.adobe.com).

How can I install Adobe Photoshop Elements Update 9.0.3 after I get a message that Installation has failed and the solution is not in troubleshooting or forums?

My Photoshop Elements 9 stopped working a couple of weeks ago. When I clicked the PSE button nothing happened. I tried this several times over a few days and it still failed. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. It worked well. Then I tried to install the Update 9.0.3. The download was almost successful. When it was about to show 100% successful for the download, an error message said the installation had failed and that I should try later. I tried this many times over a few days and the same result occurred. I tried troubleshooting and the answers to questions, but I could not find an answer. I don't know where to go to see if anybody has answered my question. How can I install Update 9.0.3?

How can I download the replacement installer for Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. I need to reinstall it on a new PC. I do have my serial number.

You put both the .7z and the .exe in the same folder. Run the .exe (double-click it) and it will automatically unzip the file and start the setup program for you.

I tried copying the files on the program disc to my hard drive but get a message the installer will not work. I have the redemption code and serial numbers. Can I download the program online somewhere? If I download a trial version for instance will it allow me to enter my serial number and use it for the full program?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 installation issue

when running a silent installation of Adobe Photoshop elements 6.0 the user receives this error prompt during installation:
"System Restore is turned off. If you continue Setup, you will be unable to use System Restore to restore the version of Windows Media Player that was included with the Windows operating system that your computer is running. It is recommended that you click Cancel, turn on System Restore, and then upgrade to Windows Media Player 10. For more information about System Restore, see Help and Support. Do you want to continue?"

However like in most deployment situations it is not an option to enable System Restore as this is a function that shall be deactivated on client machines.
Does anyone know what the photoshop installation does to invoke this and how it can be bypassed?
Why does Adobe invoke the Windows Media Format 9.5 installer if this is the case?
We have deployed dozens of apps on the to the same client machines without seeing this happen before, including other Adobe products (CS2, CS3 etc).

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Installation problem

The installation stopped with the following error: "The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements could be installed. Below mentioned application has failed to install: Shared Technologies." My operating system is Windows 8 64 bit. I need help to finish the installation.

I was installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 S/N that I received with my Epson Scanner, and toward the end of my installation, my computer froze (connecting with other sites) I have Windows Vista on this computer. If I delete and reinstall then I have used up my Installations and cannot install this on my laptop.

Activations have nothing to do with installation. If it never went through, it never activated. In any case, activations can be reset by simply calling support. The rest is too vague. Without exact system information and crash details, nobody can even guess.
