Problème téléphonie avec iphone restauré
J'ai restauré la sauvegarde mon iphone 5, qui m'a été volé, vers un 5 s. Il a fonctionné durant une semaine, avant de perdre parfois certaines données et le réseau de téléphone, en plus de chauffer. Je l'ai donc échangé pour un neuf, croyant une défectuosité. Mon nouveau 5 s, après restauration avec icloud, semble avoir des problèmes similaires : je perds le réseau de téléphone. Mon opérateur me dit que tout fonctionne bien de son côté, et que c'est sans doute le iphone. Est-ce possible que les restaurations faites à partir d'un iphone 5 vers un 5 s affectent l'utilisation du téléphone?

meme souci pour le flash photo iphone 5888 g reçu mon i5 le 21 septembre et a 70 pour cent des photo avec flash etaient noir total, le flash s'eteigner presque a la prise photo!!
entre ça et d'autre bug de mon appareille je le rendit et en reçu un autre quelque jour apres, donc un i5 tout neuf!!
et bien tjs c meme probleme le flash ne fonctionnai tjs pas correctement et tout les photo rester noire ou tres sombre!! le probleme etait tjs la meme apres restauration!!!

Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."

Upgraded my phone to iphone 6 from iphone 4. My iTunes with all my music is on a computer that no longer works and can't access the music. Will iTunes Match allow me to get my music off of my iphone 4 and put it on my iphone 6? Sorry about copying twice, new to this.
Do you have iTunes match? You need a computer to manage an iTunes match library.

No service, sim not provisioned, copy numbers from old phone to iPhone!!!
As Apple don't provide any sort of useful instruction manual with the iphone here are the probs and answers I encountered with my iPhone 3GS.
*copy numbers from old phone to iPhone*
1st problem is that my old Nokia had far more numbers stored on it than on the Sim card alone, so having received and opened box of iPhone with new sim card I switched off my old Nokia phone, removed old sim card, replaced it with new sim card and copied contents to new card, then ejected new card from old phone and fitted in new iPhone.
NOTE: You will need to have an iTunes account set-up.
From the main menu in the iPhone select 'settings' > 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars', then scroll down & click on 'Import SIM contacts'. The numbers should be copied from your sim to your iPhone which stores the numbers on its memory rather than the SIM. - I looked for hours before discovering this!
If you have more numbers on your old phone, then be careful to select numbers from phone / sim which is in the 'phone book' > 'settings' >'Memory in use' because you can more numbers from phone to sim and similarly protect numbers from deletion by moving them to the phone memory.
It took me three chip moves from phone memory from Nokia to iPhone before all the numbers were moved.
Note that text messages are NOT transferred from Nokia to iPhone via sim.

Not able to connect to the rest of the world or SIM not provisioned may be down to you not switching your phone off properly, no thanks to the rubbish instruction manual with the iPhone where they assume you know where everything is!
Anyone looking for help on this subject, look to the button located on the top of the phone at the right, and hold it down until you see the message 'slide to power off' the slide your fingers of the message from left to right until the phone switches off.
This advice posted by my own problems with using the iPhone for the first time today.

You will have to do it via either a computer or online storage such as Dropbox. You cannot transfer data directly from phone to iPhone.

Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server.
