Problemi di fatturazione e Pagamento su Appstore e iTunes

Question

Buonasera...ho riscontrato un problema riguardante l'acquisto di app sull' Appstore e su iTunes, mi dice che devo cambiare il metodo di pagamento che attualmente è con postepay (con credito disponibile) e non posso scaricare più nessuna app nè aggiornare quelle che già possiedo. Come devo fare per risolvere questo problema?

What version of Windows are you running?
Have you ensured your video drivers are up to date from HP or the maker of your video card?
You mention HP...  Do you have the program StarDock WindowBlinds on your system (which is supplied by HP on some systems) to "re-skin" the Windows theme?  I have seen that program cause system problems.
