Problemi video con iphone 3gs iOS5
before the iOS5 i used to make video by camera art fx but now my phone 3gs doesn't reproduce them evenly i can't export in iphoto or imovie to make a final cut. please help me.
il mio problema è che facevo dei filmati con iphone 3GS utilizzando camera art fx ed ora da iphoto quando li duplico su una cartella e successivamente vado a prenderlo per montarlo..il mio macbook non lo vede...risulta non compatibile con QT o con IMOVIE..riesco solo a leggerlo con VLC e anche se lo converto in mp4 con Isquint ottengo solo audio e schermo nero!!!
Prima che aggiornassi Iphone con iOS5 tutto andava per il meglio.
qualcuno mi aiuti..please!!!

I did the following in order (question at end)
captured video using iPhone 3GS
synced video from iPhone to iPhoto on Mac
imported iPhoto video to iMovie
created movie in iMovie
used "Share" feature in iMovie to share the movie in iTunes (so I could play on Apple TV)
synced movie back to iPhone
deleted movie from Mac (where iTunes was accessing it)
Now, the movie content only resides on my iPhone...can I get it back from the iPhone onto my Mac (so I can eventually get it back into iTunes)?

Thanks to Grognard for suggesting this:
Step one: turn off and on your iPhone.
Step Two : launch iTunes and iPhoto
Step three : connect the iPhone to the computer
Then importation will be possible.
Clearly this still seems to be a glitch -- these kinds of work-arounds are a huge pain. Hope an update will solve the problem. -
how im suppose to fix the auto shutdown problem in my iphone 3gs after updating to ios 5.1.1 this problem has made me a mobile ****** in my house and an loser in thing care so if any solution to this problem let me know

Problem tranferring old iPhone 3GS (ios 6.1.6) to new iPhone 5S (ios 8.1.2) through iTunes on my iMac computer (OSX 10.5.8) . I have backed up the 3GS this way since purchase of 3GS. The computer does not seem to recognize the 5S is there -- no setup assist is appearing on screen. Any ideas welcome.

i have an activation problem with my iphone 3gs. i updated the software to io6 using itunes but now the phone will not complete activation because it keeps saydin the activation server is not available and to re try later. ive been trying for 6 hours but it still wont activate. if i try using itunes then it sayd no sim inserted when there is one inserted, what can i do?
You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money.. -
had a problem with my iphone 3gs.it came from recovery mode,after it it says no service,then activate your iphone..then i follow the steps appeare in the screen..after it it sys could not activate your phone.the server is temporrily unvailable or try to connect to itunes..I tried it many times since january 30 2013 night time.until now it does'nt work...how can u help me to fix my iphone..thanks

thanksif itunes can no longer pickup your ipod, and you cant even do anything to your ipod, your best option is to either call apple care, or just take it to the nearest apple shop. i had a similar problem, mines currently at apple care repairs and they might just end up giving me a replacement.

How do I upload homemade videos from iPhone 3gs to windows laptop?
Hey Everyone,
I have been happily using my iphone 3GS for two years now and am just about to upgrade to the 4GS. I am transferring my data from my old phone to my windows laptop (fairly old generic model) so that I can restore the 3GS to factory settings before I part-exchange it for the new 4GS.
I have managed to sync my purchased music to my iTunes library on my laptop. I have managed to upload my photos from the Photostream on the 3GS to my Picasa account on my laptop. What I seem completely incapable of doing is uploading some 20-25 short (1-9mins max) homemade videos taken on my 3GS to my laptop. I have trying copying and pasting from the 3GS as it appears as a hard drive device on my laptop into a new folder, but it doesn't work. I have tryed to upload them via iTunes to no avail.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
The only option I can think of is to email myself individually from my 3GS all of the videos one by one, and then save them when I open my email account on my laptop. This seems long, laborious and surely unnecessary....I can't believe there isn't an easier way and I'm just missing it!!
I have no wifi at home and am using my 3GS as a modem connected to my laptop to attempt all of this. I live in Spain and am using the company Movistar on a 500MB monthly plan. I think I am using iOS 4....but it could be iOS 4. (point) something.....I have not been able to upgrade to iOS5 due to lack of wifi connection as the update takes over an hour.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When my new 80GB iPod attempts to sync my Outlook contacts information, Outlook opens, and then I get the "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close" screen and iTunes shuts down.

I know we can send pictures from Iphone 3GS to Iphone 3G, but can we send videos from 3GS to 3G. I wonder because the 3G doesn't have the video feature and therefore, I suspect it won't be able to play the video. Someone knows anything about this?
Thanks in advancethe 3G doesn't have a video RECORDING feature..... why would that prevent the 3G from being able to play videos? playing videos and capturing/recording videos are two completely different things.
