Problems about purchases history.

I bought brains on Zombie Farm and the company already provided for me but now on itune shows that the company was unable to authorize my payment card and i need to pay the outstanding balance of those brains and i still own about $12. Please tell me what happens...

    Do they appear in the iTunes Store > Purchased section? (Use the search tool.) If so delete from iTunes, close iTunes and restart, then download from iTunes Store > Purchased > Not on this computer.
    While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.

    I can not purchase a movie because it gives me an error. Problem in my purchase history.

    Not sure what you are asking or what you have done.
    You get one and only one download. You can them move/copy the content ( movie in this case) wherever you want it. Your music/movies will only be where you put them.
    The ipod touch will sync with one and only one computer at a time. If you sync to another, it will first erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer.
    You should move everything from the old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to the new one.

  • Password on every purchase? and concern about purchase history screen.

    iTunes 9 is great overall, the store is much better and the iphone app organizer is a god send, but I do have 2 concerns.
    First, whenever I make a purchase, it asks for my password, it used to do this once per session i.e. when I launch the program and access the store, then I was good until I closed the app, but now I must enter it with every purchase, it makes 1-click a 3 step process, how do I turn on the shopping cart?
    secondly, the new history screen that comes up whenever I buy something, that is great info to have access to, but I don't want that displayed randomly upon purchase or "free app upgrade" redemption if I have other people around, what I buy and how much I spend is no one else's darn business! Also, I can not go back from this screen to the search that I did 3 screens earlier, so I have to redo that query to buy the 2nd result that I also wanted.

I scrolled all the way down on that purchase history thing and at the bottom in red tiny letters it said that there is a problem with the card, which there was as I had that card killed this week due to loss, but I had to scroll to get a message that should have been on the top, in big bold lettering, you know, something like "fix your charge card info, dingbat!"

    You've checked your account's purchase history to see what it was for : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?
    If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • My iBooks purchase history is blank in Ibooks store on iphone 5

    After updating iBooks to the latest version 3.2 I've been having problems with purchase history in iBooks store. When I go to the iBooks store and touch "purchased" tab on the bottom - nothing happen and page stays blank. When I go the library and check Purchased collection - all my books are there.
    It all happen only on my iPhone 5.
    On my Ipad 2 which is under the same apple ID - everything works fine. My husband's iPad mini which is under the same apple id have no problem either. Any ideas?
    BTW - I already reported this to apple feedback/bug report.

    I did not try to resolve this issue for a while, since I was sure it was a problem with iBooks store. Then my husband installed iBooks on his iPhone 5 and had no problem with purchase history. I realized that it's the problem with my iPhone.
    So, in such case I knew what to do:
    1. backup my iPhone via iTunes,
    2. reset my iPhone - setting, general, reset all content and settings,
    3. restore my iPhone from backup
    I Followed those 3 steps and issue is resolved.

    You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

    Okay - let's cut to the chase...
    If the Menu Bar (File, Edit... Help) shown in my screenshot below is not visible, use CTRL+B to display it. Then click on Help/Check for Updates. If one is available, you will be able to select it at this time.
    Note the item at the bottom of the list; About iTunes. Selecting that will show you which version of iTunes you are using.
    An alternative method to display the Menu Bar is click on the box in the top left of your iTunes window...

    Would be problems with purchases, billing, and redemption option.  It's not 100% exact to your issue, but it will get you to the right department.
    Go here https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do then select ITunes, then Store, then Purchases, Billing, and Redemption.  Then.. probably pick "My topic is not listed."

    You've checked the purchase history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases

    That is correct.  You cannot redownload audiobooks.

    Everyone and it is not a problem.  Audiobooks simply are not available for redownload.

    Try to reset all Skype settings.
    Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata%, press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old. Restart Skype.
