Problems activating PSE10

Hi,
I have a bundle Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 and have moved to a new Mac (Lion). Since I had trouble installing the software from the discs, Ihave downloaded and installed both applications. The installer accepted the serial number for both products and Premiere Elements was running fine after the installation.
Photoshop Elements 10 requires to input the serial number again after starting and at that time it turned out to be not valid...
What puzzles me is, that it is listed as a registered product using my Adobe ID.
Any ideas?

Yes, I was probably dealing with your customer service team on the chats as one of them suggested I phone technical support. However, I'd already done that. That was my first action when the problem happend on Friday and I got absolutely nowhere - "please try again in 24 hours" was all your agent could offer. I have tried several times since with no luck and 3 re-installs have got me nowhere either.
I'm trying to be patient about this as I understand that sometimes things go wrong - and it hasn't helped that it's a holiday period - but no one seems to be able to offer anything costructive other than "please try again later" or "please try re-installing" neither of which work. Anyway, I've now got a case number and will wait until the response to that comes through before I do anything else.

Not specifically but I think I recall one saying that she'd checked and that the serial number is registered to me although it doesn't show as such in the MyAdobe list of my products. Just one question, though - why would a serial number printed on the case of a retail bundle from a reputable dealer like Amazon not be valid?

Problems activating the Acrobat Pro part of the CS 4 software.

I am having problems activating the Acrobat Pro program which is part of the Academic Version of CS4 -Design Premium that I bought. Once I finally got most of CS4 activated (and that had several problems as well!), I just kept getting the request to fill in my serial number. Each time I tried using the only Serial Number I had been issued, I would see imediatly a red "X" to the right of the "incorrect" serial number, along with a message that my time using the software had expired.
I have called and E-mailed Adobe several times now, and tried all of Adobe's suggestions: removed certain files, uninstall everything and the reload from the begining, do both, etc. So far, nothing has worked. As I said all the other probrams are now activated, but the only thing activated right now is my level of frustration with Acrobat Pro. Can anyone help me on this? I would really appreciate it.

You do not activate Acrobat from the suite. You activate another program in the suite, then Acrobat should be activated. If you are having a problem, then I recommend de-activating, uninstalling everything. Run the CS4 clean script: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs4clean.html

I'm having problems activating dreamweaver on new pc using original activation code

I have a copy of StudioMX 2004 and was having problems activating Dreamweaver on my new pc using the original code. It says there is a network error but there isn't. When I try to activate by phone the number they give is for Lloyds bank insurance. I did a live chat with Support and they gave me a new code which worked and activated Dreamweaver but I didn't think to activate Fireworks at the same time. When I have tried using either the old code or the new I get the same error message and same Lloyds bank phone number. I have tried live chat but they refuse to help saying they don't support Dreamweaver 2004 ..any one any ideas?

The version of Dreamweaver that you have does not support any of the latest web standards. While I advise you to follow Ken's instructions, I also want you to download a trial version of the latest Creative Cloud application https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/dreamweaver and give it a run. The page also has some excellent resources to help you get started.

I have recently updated my iPad ios7,but having problems activating FaceTime.

No one should have to reset network settings, I have the same issue and I have a celluar package, it's slow using either one--but my IMac is running just fine so don't blame the network--blame the testers and my Internet speed is grease lightning so that's not it either--too many issues, like Facebook randomly disappearing while open, choppy animation, slow to load programs.
It's too **** bad they made it so you cannot roll back to IOS6 until these bugs are worked out--shoulda waited. Shoulda, coulda, woulda..not helping me now AND my friend bought his mini the same time I did in April and we are not even in the same city and he has the same exact problems!!

When downloading using my account photoshop says trial ended. Other apps like bridge and acrobat pro just work. Don't have a serial number to activate as it is an educational account. What to do?

Which version of Photoshop are you trying to activate? Make sure that your computer can communicate with the Adobe servers by going thru the steps in this help page.

Assuming that you are using BI 7.0 Please check the support package you are using in the status. If you are below Sp 10 then you need to import support package 10
Please go thru sap note Note 975948 - No update statistics for newly created tables.
The Support Package is available once Note 914304 "SAPBINews BI 7.0 Support Package 10.

You are seeing your old apple id because that was the ID that was used to download the app, you can't merge apple id.
to update the app, you will have to enter the old password.
Any new apps you download with your new id, will use that id and password.

Welcome to the Apple community Kobra.
Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

and i mean the phone would have been activated in the first place with the sim card you get given when you first get the phone.
trying to activate the phone with another sim card that you did not get when you brought the phone may result in you not being able to activate it

Just out of curiosity, for those of you that seem to be having problems activating your new iPhone 4 through iTunes, are you already current AT&T iPhone customers or are you activating new iPhones ?
I'm patiently waiting for my new iPhone from FedEx and I'm upgrading from an existing 3GS iPhone, so I'm wondering if I'll have an activation problem or not.
Also, if I activate and then restore from a backup of my 3GS am I going to be sorry? There are preferences etc leftover from apps that I've tried and deleted etc, so I'm wondering if I should just start fresh and sync from iTUnes new. The ***** would be entering all the dates in "Informant" (my replacement for calendar)

Can tell you that I am a former upgrader (from the getgo) and was dismayed when I went to activate. Got a screen with my number and two boxes for input: zip code and last four digits of SSN. Put them in and promptly got a "AT&T session timed out...) message. Tried it probably ten more times then posted here seeking a solution.
I used to work for Apple and no matter what, the mantra is to "restart the machine" so I tried that. Presto! Activation took right away. Now syncing. I'll probably run out of space because I dropped from a 32G down to a 16G since I have the 64G iPad (and it LOVE it - can even make Skype calls so the iPhone isn't really a do or die requirement).
New iPhone looked much smaller when I took it out of the box. Heavier too for just being a 16G, still it is slim and beautiful to look at.

How should I resolve my issue?

If you made these purchases through Virgin Mobile, you need to deal with them about this issue. It seems their network is not recognizing something about your account.
