Problems comes on at the time of booting

Dear sir , my mobile model is 3230 nokia , I am pressing the power ON button then mobile booting but restarts some times again . Not bootig completly.

It's either a hardware failure or software problem. Try booting the phone without the memory or sim card in.
If it still won't boot you will need to hard reset your phone but this will unfortunately wipe all of your data and installed programs from the phones memory.
Hard reset:
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.
4. Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.
It may take a few attempts and very flexible fingers!
If it still doesn't work you will need to visit a nokia care point to get it repaired.
