Problems download/finding distributable versions.

Question

On 07/05/2013 my request to distribute Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader, and Adobe Shockwave Player was approved. I received an email with the ENU-DistributionAgreement.pdf and links for downloading the software. 
Up until recently, the links worked fine but now the only link in that email that still works is the one for the Flash Player. The links for Adobe Reader and Adobe Shockwave player do not take me where I can download the distributable MSI files.
It was my understanding that the distribution agreement was good for 1 year. I have tried contacting customer service but was told without an order number they would be unable to help. The only number I have associated with this is the TrackID that was sent with the approval email.
Do I just need to submit another request or is there a way to get an update on the links to the distributable MSI versions?
Also ... the Adobe ID I used for this was not recognized and I had to creat a new one (with the same email address) to submit this question. Thanks

It just seems like Adobe would have a way to track their Software Distribution Request/Agreements.
My thought is that it would be by either ones Adobe ID or by the TrackID sent with the Distribution Agreement (to which I got the reply Sanjay: I am sorry. With TrackID it's not possible me to trace. )
It makes sense that the links to this software would change since it is not protected by any form of ID verification and people who receive the links are told not to share them.
(“You may not share the above link, share information with others, or publish the above link on websites, blogs, or by any other means that can be publicly accessed.” )
It would also make sense if Adobe had a way for those who have been approved for Distribution to acquire the new links.
If I just need to submit another Adobe Software Distribution Request … that’s fine. Since support was no support … I was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.
