Problems downloading CS6 Design Web & Premium onto Windows

Hello, I have a problem downloading my purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium onto my windows 8.1 hard drive. After trying to download twice, I recieved several folders and something that said set-up.exe. After clicking on that I recieve this message: "Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download the Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem." I am a college student and need access to my programs ASAP. Does anyone know the solution to this error?

Trying to download CS6 design & Web premium suite but keeps getting stuck at 10.28%

I have tried to download CS6 design & Web premium suite over 6 time but it keeps getting stuck at 10.28%.
Please advise

I am having exactly the same error when downloading Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premuim for PC. The Adobe Download Assistant stops the download at 10.28% complete and will not go any further. I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers (IE 10 & Chrome), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant. I tried Jeff's advice from the previous post (although that I think is more to help with troubleshooting after the software is downloaded.) I also tried restarting the download over and always, it stops at the same spot (10.28%) and will go no further.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Trouble downloading CS6 Design & Web Premium for Mac

When trying to download the instructions using the Download Manager, I get an "inactive plug-in" message even after installing the Java plugin and restarting the browser. If I try the other option, I get a foreign language. Can anyone help?

Not sure from where are you actually downloading the application and using which browser.
Which OS do you have?
Try downloading CS6 from the below link using a different browser and check.

I have swapped platforms and received a new serial number via support. However, no matter how hard I try, I cannot find how to download CS6. It keeps looping me back to Creative Cloud.

I just tried to download D&WP Files 1 and 2 with IDM, and both say I don't have permission!
Why is this? It's a trial version!

What specifically are you asking? You can simply download the trial version and activate it. If that doesn't work or you have another question, you need to be more specific.

Unable to download CS6 Design & Web Premium

tried 4 time in total:
2 times on windows: got 101, then 102
changed to another windows machine with 85 GB free, got 101 again
changed on mac osx with 750 GB free: got a checksum error. Now trying to download again on mac.
Any alternative way to do the job?

CS6 Design & Web Premium trial stops in the middle of downloading.

I've tried to download CS6 Design & Web Premium on several occasion over the last four days, and everytime it stops at just over 10% of the download.
I've made sure I have enough disk-space. I run at about 20M download speed. I've tried both wireless and physical connections and get the same result everytime. I seem to have run out of options. Oh - I've also varied the time I start the downloads from morning, afternoon and night. I've tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. My laptop (which I've had for over 8 months) runs Windows 7 and until now, I had not come across a download problem.
I'm growing quite frustrated and need to know why I've encountered this problem and how to resolve it.

Hi, after I have download CS6 Design & Web Premium and click on Set-up.exe, appeared me a window when was written that the instalation can not be started and I must download an aplication -

CS6 Design & Web Premium "Program Launching Problem"

II purchased CS6 Design & Web Premium in September and have been using the program ever since and everything was working fine until this week when I tried to launch Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc. and I got the following message:
“The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernal32.dll”.
Consequently, the majority of the programs won't operate at all because of this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CS6 and also using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool. Also, I've reinstalled Windows and even replaced my Processor thinking that might be the issue but nothing has fixed the problem. NOTE: By the way, I also own CS5.5 Design and Web Premium and everything works fine.
Now I'm getting the message when I try to launch Illustrator that I'm only using a "Trial Version" and I have to sign in.
Please help me. I really need to use CS6.

I do not provide step by step tutorials. What aspect of installing are you having difficulty with? Can you not locate the installations files? Are you having an issue downloading? Do you need to know where to find your serial number(s)?
