Problems Downloading Photoshop Elements 10

I just purchased Photoshop Elements for my new iMac. When I go to order history I see the purchase there and click on download and then it says I have no downloads. Any suggestions?

Where did you buy it? From Adobe? You can just download the trial and enter your serial number.

How can I download photoshop - I am getting error message 1935 right at the end of the download and then it reverses all download actions and leaves file empty with no access to the program? I have tried several times and using both methods of download shown against my order on the Adobe website?
It appears to relate to an assembly component.

please can anyone help me with this problem
entered the redemption code on adobe website, and then received the Serial Number for photoshop elements 11
then clicked on the download file, which sent me to Arvato link for zip file
downloaded the zip file, but it then will not open, so can't complete the download.
what hapened to buying software on Discs !!
i've now wasted 2 hours trying to sort this out, so would greatly appreciate some advice

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com

I was told my a chat rep to uninstall Elements 12 because it was not working correctly and to reinstall. I have been trying to do this and I run into a dead end. I can explain more if someone answers.

Having problem downloading photoshop elements 13 on my mac.

just purchased photoshop elements 13 for my mac. now i'm going to finish the install and its telling me my adobe password is incorrect. i logged on to adobe and change my password and still won't accept it.

Adobe applications do not have password access. It is most likely your Mac security requieing you to grant permission - use your Mac password.

Problems downloading Photoshop Elements 9 software to my new computer using Windows 8

Can someone please assist me in getting my software to work on my new computer.
I have installed the disc...... almost at the end of installation the computer froze and eventually after a couple of hours, I removed the disc and interupted the installation. I switched the computer off and restarted. I then tried to uninstall.... but then was prompted to put the disc back in to unistall, but the program looked like it was trying to install again!
Eventually after waiting for about half an hour, nothing was happening and i have given up. I just want to use my software!
i then went into the Control Panel>All control panel Items>troubleshooting> selected> system and security> fix problems with windows update - now I can actually open the photoshop version.... but when I trying to do something to the photo, an error appeared and shut down the photoshop!
Basically can I use this software with my new windows 8 computer? If not is it possible to download and pay for an upgraded version so I can use with Windows 8?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I have just done what you suggested to turn off the UAC and turned off the security. when you say run as admin - what do you mean?

Problem downloading Photoshop Elements with IE10 [was: photo shop elements]

I am trying to install Photo Shop Elements on my computer which has Windows 7 and IE9 and it keeps telling me I need IE4 or higher to install it and quits the installation. Can anyone help me with this?

It's a well known issue with the Adobe website and IE10.
The website script has a bug which seems to think IE10 is IE1 (which is hopelessly out of date). So the download quits. Has been repeatedly reported to Adobe but not fixed - or even acknowledged by Adobe - yet.
Workarounds:
Use Compatibility View in IE10 (change to IE9) to fool Adobe's website to think you're using IE9
Use a different browser.

Problem finding a website to download photoshop elements 8 and 10

Does anybody know where I can download Photoshop Elements 10 from. I have the install disk and s/n, but my built in DVD player is not working. I would actually prefer Elements 8 but I understand it is no longer available.

Sfasolo it appears you are installing Photoshop Elements as opposed to downloading Photoshop Elements. How can I successfully download Photoshop Elements 7.0?

Sorry if there is a question like this already.
I got a new laptop today. I downloaded all my software and transferred my files. However I have been unsuccessful to download Photoshop Elements 7. I have the disk and I have it installed in my old laptop. I have not had a problem with installing it before aside from it taking too long now and then.It always stops downloading when it is installing the background pictures. It specifically stops when it is installing the Grass Mat. jpeg or the Hand Made Paper01.jpeg.
I get the error message "error 1305. Error reading from file C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\7.0\Photo Creations\backgrounds\ (Grass Mat.jpeg/Hand Made Paper01.jpeg). Verify if the file exists and that you can access it."
I followed the troubleshoot Adobe offers for this error without success. When I tried to install it from my desktop,but the file Data1 or something couldn't be copied because my laptop could not read it. I tried taking out the disk and putting it in again, I tried manually downloading from 'Computer', and I have also temporarily turned off my anti-virus protection.
I have only fixed the error once the first time when I clicked on the jpeg file it requested (though no photo could be shown so I guess no access?) , but then it got stuck on another jpeg. I need help! I really would love to have this installed.

Problems installation Photoshop Elements 8 on Windows 7

I tried to install Photoshop elements 8 on my Windows 7 computer, but the installation gives a failure after a certain time. A file "...cab" is not working and may be corrupt ( exact failure code I can give, if necesary). Is there any possibility to get this file or the program Photoshop Elements 8 as download file so that I can complete the installation? Thank you in advance for your answers.

I just got the same problem already some time ago when I tried to install this programm in my computer. At that time (March 2012) the program crashed my computer, I had to reinstall all the Software completely including system software. The program I purchased in December 2011 from Amazon together with a Reflecta crystal Scan slide scanner as bundle, so I thought it will work.
I will try to install the program from the download link you gave me, in case it does not work, what can I do next without having to buy a newer version?
