I have tried to update from os 4.33 to 4.35 or to version 5.00. Allways error. Error 39. After Diah Oct Ng My iTunes. IT saya that I am Not administrator and Not a in sate mode. I am using a windows 7 64bit Please help. Thanks.

Since updating to OS5 I cannot open downloaded podcasts and can't confirm if they have actually been downloaded. They appear in the "more" list in iTunes music, but won't play. I hear others have this problem but what is the solution ?

At the next day from the second glitch or kernel panic my computer had a new one. The beep is a triple beep, followed by a pause and then again another three beeps. I remembered that, the same day I had the first kernel panic (it seems to me that´s what it is) I had installed an AOL tool bar for the Firefox browser and then, the problems started.
So what I did (I read it on another article) was, I uninstalled the Firefox browser altogether with the plugins, add-ons and extensions. Then, I disconnected everything, placed the computer on the bed (on its screen side) and removed the memory slots lid. I switched the memory cards and then, I plugged everything back on and...it seems that solved the problem: it´s been already four days and it hasn´t failed.
Apparently, it could have been an incompatibility with the Firefox AOL toolbar plug-in or also, something to do with the memory cards.
Anyway, I hope this helps other people. -

I have heard that others are also experiencing bluetooth issues.I'm encountering the same problem as the original poster. In my case, I'm using FCP 10.1 (running on OS 10.9.1). My source file is DV video imported via FireWire from a DV camcorder. The clip's audio is fine when playing inside of Final Cut Pro 10.1, but when I share the project the audio track is just white noise. My share settings are to Apple 720p devices (the subseqent dialog boxes indicate the software has figured out it's really 640x480 video).
Here's what the QuickTime Inspector says about the source file:

CS4 Master Collection - Problem Applying Updates

I'm running the CS4 Master Collection on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, SP2.
Normally I have no problem applying updates to the various Adobe components when they become available, however for a while now I've been unable to instal an update that's reported as being available for Adobe Media Encoder 4.1.0.
If I run the "check for updates" manually I can download the update (reported as being 63.7MB) and when I attempt to instal it the installation process appears to run. It finishes after a while and the Adobe Updater reports "The Udating Process is Finished" in a single dialog box with a single button entitled "Quit" - which seems odd as "Quit" implies "finish earlier than planned", I'd have expected something more in line with "All done", something like "OK".
Anyway, when I run the check for updates again I'm told about the same update implying that it wasn't applied successfully.
I get this behaviour whether I run the update as an Administrator or not (all other updates for other products are applied without problem). I also get it regardless of whether or not I reboot the machine after trying to apply the update.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing the problem ? I couldn't find anything obvious or obviously relevant in any of the Windows event logs on the PC.

SteveI am having the same problem. I found a forum that suggested this. Apparently it worked for some people, but not for me. Let me know if it does:
1. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select "Run as..."
3. Run as Administrator (even if you are logged in as Admin. You need to run in the Black Command Prompt, not the White one)
4. Run: regsvr32 JScript.DLL
5. Then run: regsvr32 vbscript.DLL
(dont forget the spaces, or it won't work)
6. Then try running the set up again
As i said, it worked for some on the forum, but not others (like me). Try it and see if works for you -
Problem with updating the PC Updater software
Good evening (from Germany). I have a problem with updating my Nokia Software Updater. I can download the setup and I can execute this. But when the installation starts (0%) a error message appears. It's a problem with Windows Installer but I don't know how to solve the problem. Here is a picture with the exactly error message:

Has anyone had issues with failure of the music player to launch after updating to OS5? My Gen 3 will no longer play music!
I think a few have.
Try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod. -
My husband bought an iPad 2. I have a Mac. ITunes is in my name but I have turned sharing on. When we updated to OS5 we lost all the free apps that he downloaded in his user name. Is there no way to update using my iTunes without losing his software. He is frustrated using the iPad because he never knows whether to use his user name or my user name.
Apps are only tied to one account... You can set up two iTunes accounts on your computer, however, and let his iPad sync to his account. If he has never backed up his apps to a computer, however, he will have to redownload all the apps. Afterwards, he can backup to iCloud instead of your computer.

In updating iPhoto 7.1.5 to 9.4.3 I have four different Libraries. Is there a problem in updating all four Libraries from 7.1.5?
No. Once you have upgraded iPhoto to 9.4.3 launch it with the Option key held down and select each library in order. iPhoto will convert the library to the new version.
As always, be sure you have a backup copy of each library before proceeding.

According to the code you have posted, it looks like you are missing a space between "SET" and "last_name". I suggest you add the following line of code:
System.out.println(sql);
before the invocation of "executeUpdate()".
I also suggest you add the following line of code:

I am facing problem in update statement.
I am creating dynamic sql and use "execute immediate" statement to execute a update statement.
But it is not updating any thing there in the table.
I have created a query like :

Execute immediate update_query using V_Id;

But it is not updating the table.
I have a question , is execute immediate only does insert and delete?
