I recently purchased Creative Suite 6 Design & Web (disk) and I am trying to install onto my new Macbook Pro. I just realized there is no place for disks Is there a way to download everything online using the serial number? Thanks for your help!

Problems installing Creative Suite CS4?

I had to have a new hard drive fitted on my intel iMac. When I tried to install Creative Suite Design Premium CS4 I had the usual problem of the installer hanging up at 90%.
I have spent several hours with Adobe Support trying to resolve the problem. Even they do not seem to be able to find a solution? At the moment I have a clean instillation of Snow Leopard 10.6.I have not downloaded any updates or installed any other programmes and am still the same problem.
Does any one have a solution?

Problems installing Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium

I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium on a new computer (Windows 7) from DVD's and receive an Installation Status message at the end of installation that says there were 2 fatal errors, 43 errors, and 43 warnings. It installs some of the programs, but doesn't install Illustrator, InDesign, or Flash Catalyst. I've tried installing four times and received the same message each time. I've verified with Adobe Customer Support that I'm using the correct serial number code. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Problem installing Creative Suite CS4, major help needed

Basically I need help asap because I uninstalled my previous versions of PS etc to install this and work has to be done.
I installed the "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection" yesterday without problems, but then something happened to my machine last night which forced me to do a system restore.
I restored and the suite was no longer installed, since then I have had many problems trying to install it again.
It keeps getting up to about 5/8 of the progress bar then it freezes on "Currently installing Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin". I did have trouble trying to install "Adobe Flash Player 10" before and finally managed to do it, but it's still freezing when installing the suite.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

OK now it's installed, all of the programs work fine except for photoshop.
I did have photoshop cs2 and cs3 previously installed.
I load up "Adobe Photoshop CS4" and it starts loading, it says "initialising" etc and then when it gets to "Building TWAIN menu items" it pops up with the "Adobe Photoshop CS4 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" message window asking me to "Send Error Report".
Any ideas please?

I bought Creative suite 3 for my iMac a few years ago and recently have a new hard drive for my computer installed. Old contents were removed to an external memory. Now I can´t use my programs (photosho etc.) What to do?

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Problem Installing Creative Suite

I just downloaded Adobe Creative Suite, and although the files seem to have all downloaded fine, there is no sign of the installer that Adobe says automatically downloads with the software. So I have the files, but I have no idea how to extract/open them. According to Adobe, the installer is supposed to automatically start installation, but it didn't. How do I install the files. I am operating in Windows 7.

Could you please let us know if the downloaded file ends with .7z or .exe as while downloading setup you need both these files to extract and start the installation. If the downloaded file ends with .7z then use any Extractor softwares like(7zip, Winrar) to get the setup.

Problem Installing Creative Suite 6 Production Premium

I am trying to install the student and teacher edition of Adobe creative Suite 6 production premium. I received the serial number authorization and I can get through all the initial questions however when the install starts it stops at 2% while it's trying to install the dynamic link support. It takes about 30 minutes and then I get this error message: Installation Failed. Adobe Genuine Software Verification Failure. I have run the cleaner tool and have removed all previous creative suite installations. I am running Windows 7 service pack 1. I have tried this three times..
I tried to go through live chat but once I finally got to the first representative they couldn't answer the question and I've waited an hour to be connected to a technical support person and no one has come back to address this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i´, having difficulties installing the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium on my IMac.
After 2% of the installtion the dvd gets ejected and a warning comes up that it´s an illegal Version of some kind.
I have the original DVDs and a valid Key (Should be valid, i installed it a Week ago on my other Imac.)
I´m running Mac 10.6.8.
I Tried installing the 30 Day Version, the normal Version with the Key and both with the Internet turned off.

Hello, sorry for my engish, i have a big problem, i wont reinstalling the suite adobe CS2, i have one critical error, post one start my mac this computer no starting the program suite adobe, appears in my desktop the windows critical error, reinstalling this software. what i did was unistall everything, restart computer, then install fresh with trial, then insert my code, after that do another restart

Problems Installing creative suite 4 web premium

Hi, I have windows XP service pack 3.
2.2ghz processor (64)
2gig ram
6600gt grafix card
Problem is: Put disc in drive, click on install, starts initializing & stops on 90%! Left it running while i went out for approx 2hrs & still no progress. Just stays on 90%! Tried again & again! Same thing happens each time.

One possibility is that your DVD drive is having a problem reading a file on the disk. Are you able to successfully copy the disk to the desktop or another location on your hard drive? Adobe Tech support handles installation issues at no charge, as well.

Problem Installing Creative Suite 4 design premium.

It would get to second disc, stop and have an errors. I ran the CS4 cleanscript and now on install I get a window that tells me I do not have SP1 for Vista installed (which I do). I went to MS and downloaded SP1 again but I still get the same error message right at the beggining of install after the systems check is done and it gets ready to install. Anyone else have this issue or know the problem?

Okay, I went back and did a system restore for before I had tried to install CS4. Here again is the previous error message and why I used the utility to try to clean it up first. It says...Done with Errors and that the following products failed to install..Flash, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Version Cue.here is more details

I have problems installing Creative Suite Design premium CS5

I recently got a new mac and am installing CS5 Design Premium on it. When installing overtime it gets to 93% there's a message saying that SafariNotification needs to be closed to continue installation. Only the installer is open, so I have all applications apart from Acrobat. How can I get around this issue?

I have tried reinstalling and this message come up this time (Flash player is installed):

Having problems installing Creative Suite 6.

I get the error message:
Error Cannot open file "DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7'z. It does not appear to be a valid archive.
If you downloaded this file, try downloading again.
I have tried downloading with Internet Explorer and Chrome. Both give the same error message. I want to install the software on a new computer, then uninstall it from the old one.

Problems installing Creative Suite 3 - 2.3 serial number

I recently purchased a new mac and am installing my software. I have a serial number for CS2 and for CS3, which are both accepted. However, although I have a cd for CS2.3 I don't have a serial number for it and it won't install the software without it! What can I do!?!

If you registered your product at the time of purchase to your Adobe ID, you should be able to contact
the Customer Support for requesting if they can locate your Serial number. This would be the best way of tracing your Serial.
If it has never been registerred, then it was only physical with the Media and if its lost no one can share that information anymore.
Next to this advise, i believe a New Mac will be on the OS of 10.9 and Cs2, Cs2.3 and Cs3 are not tested for this environoment.
The best thing would be to use a version that is compatible with the OS, or Downgrade the OS to a Compatible setup.
Cs2.3 is released in 2006, that might be an issue for the Application once installed.
