Problems installting EP6

Question

Hi,
I am trying to install EP6 SP3 which i have downloaded from SDN itself. I have successfully installed WAS 6.40 JAVA Stack for MS SQL. Also i have patched oit to SP5.
When i try to install the EP6 SP3 it gives an error in the first step ie INSTALL MSSQL DATABASE.
The error in the log is

FKD-00010  Parsing error in line: 1, column: 45, error text: Parser error in Line:1  position: 45 errortext : parse error. PARAMETER_DEFINITION_START ('->C:/Sidharth's Data/Software Downloads/EP6 SP4/Portal Extract/EP6SP3_Full/EP1/DQE/DB/MSSQL/CREATE_USR.SQL')                                             ^Parser error in Line:1  position: 45 errortext : parse error
Also the contents of the file CREATE_USR.SQL are given below

i opened the file in Query Analyzer and found that it has a syntax error.
Please do let me know how i can correct this error.
