Problems Launching Photoshop from Creative Cloud

I have a subscription to Creative Cloud but today when I tried to launch Photoshop I was told my trial ended and need to pay. I've been paying for 5 months now. What's going on?

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Have you uninstalled your current installation of Photoshop CS6, by using the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers, and then reinstalled and applied the update?

how can I get serial number on my photoshop from creative cloud

Creative Cloud applications aren’t licensed with a serial number, they are licensed by logging into CC.

  • Can't Install Photoshop from Creative Cloud

I'm trying to install Photoshop on to my imac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running Mountain Lion (10.8.4) from Creative Cloud but get a message 'You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements below for a full list of supported platforms.' Anyone help?

It usually means what it says: Your processor is not supported by CC most likely. You know, under-the-hood stuff like SSE and otehr processor acceleration architectures being missing/ too old... Those old Core2Duo Macs just fit that pattern...

  • Installation problem when loading Photoshop from Creative cloud.  PS runs for about 5-9 seconds then it crashes with a standard windows app going down message

I have installed PS from the cloud twice now.  It loaded without any errors but when I try to run it, it comes up fine with all the dialogs and everything but after 5 seconds it tells me the app is closing down without giving any error message.

I tried loading as admin and this did not work.  I have added two images that show the error message and my computer configuration.  I am running Norton Antivirus, could this be the problem?
I am running two other editing programs Flexi and Adobe Illustrator, other than that it is a new system running standard programs.

  • Installing Photoshop from Creative Cloud

I downloaded Photoshop thru the Creative Cloud app on my pc.  Seemed to work fine but after it downloaded I clicked on it to install it and got an error message from Adobe stating it was an error on their end.  I also downloaded Lightroom and it worked fine, it put an icon on my desktop.  Have tried Photoshop several times and I get the same message.  Help!

    Hi notjustamoma,
Could you please provide the exact error message?
    Thanks!

  • Why am I only getting regular Photoshop from Creative Cloud???

Installing Photoshop CS6 on my Mac using Creative Cloud. Photoshop CS6 comes in regular not extended. Isn't extended the version offered? Why am I only getting regular Photoshop???

    Hi Juergen,
I'll forward your concern to our Product Managers. I understand that it can be frustrating to see features disabled after licensing the product. With the addition of subscription pricing, there's added questions as to what is included with each option. We're working to clearly communicate the offerings but there's more to be done.
For a little more background, Adobe has always enabled the trial license as Photoshop Extended since it was introduced in CS3. The basic reason being with a single installer, one can try the full range of Photoshop features, then with a serial number enable what's desired. We use other marketing material to try and differentiate the features that are only enabled for the Photoshop Extended version.
This solution has its problems, and distributing separate installers for Photoshop and Photoshop Extended has other problems.
My basic cheat sheet after activation looks like this:
Single installer package for all offerings
    Trial license — Photoshop Extended
Photoshop Extended (perpetual license) — Photoshop Extended
    Photoshop (perpetual license) — Photoshop
    CS Subscription (Photoshop) — Photoshop
Creative Cloud Membership — Photoshop Extended
Creative Suite editions (perpetual license): (http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/buying-guide.html)
              Design Standard — Photoshop
Design and Web Premium — Photoshop Extended
              Production Premium — Photoshop Extended
              Master Collection — Photoshop Extended
Again, I'm sorry this isn't clearer and you had a bad experience.
    regards,
    steve

  • Having Problems Downloading Photoshop for Creative Cloud

    Hi all,
I just bought Photoshop CC 2015. I used the annual pre-paid method.
I think something got messed up.
I bought the program. I received the confirmation E-mail. I clicked on 'Download' on the Photoshop app located on the Desktop on this site.
Once I did that, a little screen popped up:
It said something about sending a request. I don't remember what it said exactly. I only remember it saying "If you did not initiate this request, this could mean that some is attempting to invade your computer..(so on so on).
It gave me the option to Send Request or Do Nothing. It suggested I click Do Nothing if I did not ask for the request to begin with. So I clicked Do Nothing and the little screen went away.
This led me to a page that said Photoshop Is Now Downloading....
Nothing seems to be happening though. No download link has popped up and when I tried to refresh the page, it does the same thing (just shows the page saying Photoshop is Downloading...). When I exit the page and log back on and try to download, it does the same thing.
I'm not sure what happened. It would be unfortunate to lose the program before I even got a chance to use it.
Anybody know what caused this and how I can fix it?

  • Cannont launch Premiere Pro from Creative Cloud

When i try to launch application from Creative Cloud, nothing happens.I did everything as it was here https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/creative-cloud/help/download-install-trials.html#dlis_troublesh oot, but still the application does not running and i cannot find a way to make it work. Thank you

Are you trying it out or paid subscription?
If paid, the first thing you need to do with the Creative Cloud desktop app is sign in ... the little wheel/gear thingie in the upper right ..."Preferences" ... Account tab. Then go back to the main control panel and it should show, when you click on the "Apps" tab, a list of Adobe programs with the names on the left, "Install" button on the right. That's how you'd install ...
