Problems logging in to get my trial version of Acrobat XI Pro

I'm trying to log in to my trial version of Acrobat pro but it keeps logging in on an old email address, doesn't give me the option to change it and says I need to license it when I haven't even used it yet! I have uninstalled it and re-installed it a few times, just keeps doing the same thing. Any help please?

If you've used the trial, or installed it before, on this computer (different email or not) you can't do it again. Perhaps that is the problem.

I have had a trial version of Acrobat X1 Pro - I have decided not to buy at this stage - for some time it has been conflicting with opening PDF docs after "saving as" from word 2007 - I uninstalled Pro X1 and now when I "save as" PDF from word 2007 to PDF it will save the document as a PDF but will not open the document to display after publishing - I have to got to where the file has been saved to view the new PDF document - this is really annoying - do I have to delete adobe reader and reinstall it - adobe needs to look at this conflict with acrobat pro as I have even gone it to properties and tried to have adobe reader as the default PDF program - the main issue is that I cannot view the PDF after publishing it from word 2007

  • Does a trial version of Acrobat X Pro needs a license key to operate it?

I just downloaded the trial version of Acrobat X Pro but when I downloaded a PDF sent to me by e-mail, it opened it with the Acrobat X Pro, then a window opened requiring a License key number, if not I had to purchase the product, o cancel the operation. Therefore I could not print the PDF that I needed! Does anybody know where I can access the license key # for a trial version?

Trials have no serials. Refer to this:
    Adobe trial software expired early
And if all you need is print a PDF, the free Reader will do that just fine.

  • Downloaded trial version of Acrobat XI Pro. Attempted to launch but dialog box indicated that the version of AcrobatPro_11_Web_WWMUI.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows (check if 32-bit or 64-bit version is needed). I'm running Windows 7 Pro

Could not launch a trial version of Acrobat XI Pro due to compatibility even though I'm running Windows 7 on a 64-bit machine. Any ideas why not?

Acrobat XI is a 32-bit process, but should run on a 64-bit machine unless something is set to lock out 32-bit processes.

  • Having trouble downloading trial version of Acrobat X Pro (still)

I am having trouble downloading a trial version of Acrobat X Pro. My computer won't let me save the file anywhere: I have tried the desktop, my user, and various other folders, but the dialogue box continues to tell me to "try another location". I am using Windows 7 64-bit. Browser is Google Chrome. (I tried Internet Explorer - no luck at all).

    Hi,
Can you retry using  a different browser. Also, you can read these document for more solutions?

  • Trial Version of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended Installation Problems

I just downloaded a trail version of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. We are trying to install this version on Windows Vista Enterprise which is being vertualized with Parallels version 3.0 on a Mac O/S Leopard. We get the following errors; Main_File_Version Error, Product_Registry_Parant Error, and Product_Registry_Key Error. Does any know if Acrobat 9 will work in this type of environment?

I cannot speak for the trial or Vista, but Pro 9 Extended works well
    with XP SP3 under Parallels.

  • How do I replace my 30 day trial version of Acrobat XI Pro with purchased one?

After I purchased Acrobat XI Professional, while waiting for the serial number to arrive, I downloaded the 30 day free trial as was suggested by the Adobe website. Now that I have the serial number, after I've downloaded it, a pop-up says it can't instal as Acrobat XI is already occupying the space??? Does that mean I have to wait for the 30 days to end before I can download my purchased version? Can I convert the free trial version to the newly purchased one?
I used the Help button in the main menu bar but there is only a deactivate  button so I guessed that meant it was activated but when I logged into my Adobe account it said I had no products registered. If I wait until the end of the 30 days, maybe I'll receive a notification to register...I hope. I don't want to lose this great product and it wasn't cheap.

    Hi susang72964324,
If you see a deactivate button in the help menu then it means your product is already activated, and please be rest assured, once you have purchased the product you can use it until your subscription expires.

  • I downloaded a trial version of Acrobat XI Pro.

. Of 12 ppt files, Acrobat could not / would not make pdfs of 6.  Is this expected?  I tried to go to chat, but it requires a serial number.  I can't figure out how to actually contact Adobe; all of the links seem to be circular.

There is an Acrobat 11 icon on the desktop when opened has the Acrobat XI Pro Installer.
I followed the instructions on screen and checked "Use trial or subscription".
The program installs but then I can't find where to open and run it.
    Please help.

  • How can I get a trial version of Acrobat X on Mac?

I have downloaded an Akamai Dowload Manager but it downloads the version for Windows. Is there a version for Mac? thx

    Dave:
I use Acrobat because it necessary, and I didn't say I didn't like the Product. In fact for all intents and purposes it’s the only game in town to do all it does. Sure there are other PDF creating Programs out there for Mac. And I in fact own one but it does not hold a candle to Acrobat.  But The fact is That Mac users always get the short end of the stick.  What Mac Users want is to be treated equally. For example we are always having to answer questions in The Mac Acrobat Forum from people that need LiveCycle designer to finish a project. And yet we have to tell them they have to Buy a PC Or at least on Intel Macs Buy a product such as Parallels a copy of Windows and the buy LiveCycle Designer. Or have buddy let them borrow their PC.
Mac PDF can not create and work on XML Based PDF's.   We have problems with Office documents  converted to PDF's deviding along section and Page Breaks something that been proved is a defect in Acrobat. The list goes on and on.
Take it as you want to. I still use Acrobat and love it. But it frustrating to Mac Users That things PC Users can use Day to Day we can't do. and therefore we end up as second class citizens. To be laughed at because things that PC Users can do and take for Granted, we can't.

I can see you have a strong opinion against Adobe, which is strange given the time you send on their forums, and some of your analogies are far from appropriate in a public arena.
As I said above, the reasons for the decision to issue only a Windows trial of Acrobat are most certainly not intended to annoy or undervalue Mac users.
