Problems logging on to itunes connect

I was just approved as a developer but cannot log on to Itunes connect. Any one know why?

Give the backend time to migrate your new info across all related systems, etc.
If you still can't access in a day or two, try contacting [email protected] to investigate signup issues.

    Hi Pat. Thank you for the response. I wanted to use the acrobat pdf to word transfer service. I am from London, Uk and I am visiting Cape Town, South Africa. I need for tickets purposes a document which is in PDF but need to work on it and transfer it to WORD as they do not accept any other format. Its all good I opened a new account and have now transferred the file. Thank you for the prompt response.

    I'm having trouble logging into iTunes connect to link my iPhone and iMac.  I've never done this before.  It is not recognizing my apple ID and is asking me security questions I don't recognize.  I'd rather not reset the ID/PWs.
    I assume this takes the ID/PW as my iphone but it's not working.

    I think your first action is to sort out access to your account and edit the details and then set about adding your devices.

    To use iTunes Connect, you have to be a iOS or Mac paid developer. See > http://developer.apple.com In your case, you need a iOS developer account, that costs $99 and gets you access to iOS beta versions and iTunes Connect to upload your apps to the App Store.
    After getting your iOS developer account, you will be able to upload the app to iTunes Connect

    I have a valid developer license. And I've sent multiple emails to that address with no reponses.

  • Problems downloading iOS via iTunes - connection timeout

    I have a terrible internet connection and am getting poor speeds. Other than the obvious "get a better internet service" is there a way to improve my chances of downloading the nearly 600MB iOS 4.3 package?
    I've tried twice now and managed to get over 300MB both times. After the timeout error message I have no choice but start the download from 0. Is there some way to download the update in smaller packages? Is there a download manager that supports iTunes restating from partial success (I know, probably a dumb question but I have to ask .. just in case)? Other suggestions?

    Same here. Network timed out... on 25MBPS download... curious. This is the exact same thing that happened with 4.2.1 came out. I can never download the newest iOS from Apple. This always gives me errors every time I try to update. If it is doing the same thing that it did last time, then I will probably have to take all my devices in to the Apple store, have them do it for me, just like last time. It really is such a huge hassle. Just thinking of not updating at all. All my devices are working just fine without the "updates." I give up. Just tried a second time. I am done trying. Just staying with the iOS I already have.

  • Unknown Error 310  when I try to log into my ITunes Account

    Has anyone else had a problem logging into their ITunes Account? I cannot log into my ITunes account from my macbook pro for weeks now and I keep getting the following error message
    "We could not complete your ITunes Store request. An unknown error occured (310). There was an error in the ITunes store please try again later."
    I have been able to log in to my account via wi-fi at home on my iphone...
    I have contacted itunes support team and they have not been very helpful suggesting I sign up for tech support contract...HELP PLEASE..........

    I had this same problem and discovered that my proxy settings for my network connection were wrong.  To fix, I did the following:
    1.  Clicked on wireless network icon in upper right of screen
    2.  Selected "Open Network Preferences"
    3.  Selected the network interface I was using - in my case Ethernet
    4.  Selected the Advanced button in the lower right
    5.  Selected the Proxies Tab
    6.  Corrected my proxy server settings - in my case I did not have a port number set for my HTTPS proxy server.
    From what I can tell, Itunes uses both HTTP and HTTPS protocols to connect to Itunes Store and to log in to Itunes Account (respectively).  If you are on a network that requires you to use a proxy server, then you will have to make sure each of these protocols is set to use the correct proxy server URL and Port Number.  Also, if you are on a network that does not use a proxy server, you need to make sure you don't have a proxy server set for these protocols. 
    Ideally, the proxy server settings are handled for you automatically when you connect to a new network, this isn't alwys the case however.  Some older network don't support automatic configuration of the proxy server settings and you are forced to manually set the configuration.  Most wireless and home networks I've run into don't use proxy servers, they are typically only used in large corporations to reduce network load on the intranet, or to manage external security threats.

  • Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect

    This is making me very upset:( Yesterday, I enrolled as a solo apple developer. But trying to login into iTunes Connect simply isn't working. It says, Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. What does this mean. I cant find anything on the topic except the same thing happening to others. I have apps ready to launch and I am getting very frustrated.

    Got same problem.
    I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
    I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
    Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number - 665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.
    I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.
    Please help.

    I clicked on the iTunes Contact Us module.
    I get a page that reads:

    Actually I just noticed when looking in iTunes Connect that Apple does have a support email and phone number for questions.

    I have applied to sell iBooks through iTunes Connect. After asking for my Legal Entity, Tax ID, etc, it said my application was sent and is being processed. That was about 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything since. I'm wondering if there's a status page or something to see if it's still processing.     I've tried to create an iTunes connect account through our business ------- with my ---------- apple ID and I haven't heard anything back. On April 4th, I received an email saying my Tax I.D. was invalid and that I should try to correct it. I corrected it that day and am still waiting.
