Problems redeeming itunes card

when redeeming my itunes card, i get an error saying that it has been redeemed already, when we know it has not. How can I find out about this?

Try shooting Apple an email using Express Lane.
Just choose the iTunes Store option and give a breif description of the problem. Don't forget to include the codes on teh card.

I've the same problem. ipod running iOS 5.1.1, when I go to redeem the screen would say "Loading ..." and then kicks me back to the Redeem screen again. Many times, this would happen even before I finished entering the code. Reboot and resetting does not help.

Have you checked the account's purchase history to see if anything could have used up the balance : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ?
If there aren't any purchases then try logging out and back into the account (e.g. on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > Stores and then log back in) and see if a balance then shows on it. My account's balance shows at the top right of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, by clicking on my name towards the top right of the iTunes screen, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my iPad devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to)

Keep getting 1202 error when attempting to redeem itunes cards

I just fixed my 9808 issue linking to iTunes store and now I cant redeem Itunes cards from the store because of a 1202 error. What is this 1202 error and is there a fix? I am using a Dell XPS M1530 Lap Top wth a Vista operating system.

Was told first time purchase needs security questions answered and don't remeber setting them up to start with and I have made several purchases before without answering questions. Getting no help from Apple support. How can I make new answers for new security questions.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Is the store that you bought it from close so that you could try going back to them and ask them to activate the card properly ?
