Problems Retrieving iTunes U Reports

I have been able to download the iTunes U Reports successfully; however, a new problem I have come across is that I can not retrieve any data beyond November 9th.
Is anyone else having problems?

    On the new laptop, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer.

    There certainly is a problem with itunes. I downloaded 9.2 and now it won't open. It won't recognize my iphone, either. I uninstalled it in the order recommended by the site, no joy. Deleted a configuration file, no joy. System Restore, no joy. All other software and hardware on the machine is working fine. I call AppleCare AND a local store, either they are completely clueless (which I doubt), or they have no idea how to fix it. I can't even back up my phone, or use the ipod. And since no one at Apple seems to care enough, I'll have to wait until the clamor is loud enough for them to even admit to a problem before I can use the ipod again.

    We are using a big report which takes very long time to expand and sometimes we get the error message "evdre encountered a problem retrieving data from the webserver" when expanding the report, but not very often for most of our users. But we have one user who gets this error message almost every second time he expands the report. This user have a computer with same capacity as the rest of us, can there be some setting on the computer or in the client installtion the cause this problem?
    We are using BPC 5.1 SP 5

    This error occurs usually if we have huge data in combination of our dimensions.
    Even, if the selection of your memberset is not apt to the combination of the data present in the back end, you may encounter a data retrival error.

  • IPhone 4 version 5.0 has sync problems with iTunes 10.5 on Mac OsX 10.6.8

    I have Mac OsX 10.6.8, iTunes 10.5 and iPhone 4 version 5.0; all up to date.
    When I try to sync my phone with iTunes, the sync goes well until the apps start to sync .... then iTunes closes and I get varying error reports.
    I have tried updating everything (Mac, iTunes, iPhone) to no avail.
    I tried restoring the iPhone, that didn't help whatsoever.
    Does anyone have a solution? I am now tempted to downgrade to an earlier version of iTunes (ie: 10.4.3) as some people suggest in different posts.

    There is definitely a problem with iTunes 10.5 and iOS 5.0 syncing correctly.  I've seen lots of workarounds on the forums here.  Just search for it and see if you can come up with something that works.

    I attempted to download a song from iTMS (track 1 of "The Incredibles" soundtrack) for my daughter. I added it to the shopping cart as usual, selected "Buy," went to the shopping cart, entered my ID when prompted, and discovered a dialog that I had never seen before:
    "Some items in your shopping cart are no longer available. The unavailable items have been removed from your shopping cart. Please review your shopping cart and click Buy Now."
    This process was repeated numerous times last night, and again this morning. The song is in the catalog, but apparently not for purchase!?!
    Okay, they're having a problem. I should report it.

    There appears to be no facility to notify those that manage iTMS that there is a problem at their end. Plenty of information on, "How do I..." but nothing that could provide them with feedback.
    How does one notify Apple that something's amiss at iTMS?
