I have not personally experienced this problem, but I am trying to help some clients who are experiencing the same error message as you. In searching the web, someone mentioned that when this window pops up they could pause the downloading process and then cancel the password box, and it would go away. Not sure if it will work, as I'm on a Mac and this problem appears to be PC related. I'd be curious if it works for you, or if you find any other solution.

Had a problem signing in to my adobe reader account for about a week now.
Use the PDF pack to convert Excel into PDF and have been using this for 6 months without any previous issues.
Just comes up with 'network error occurred while trying to sign in' but my network is working fine and no other problems with my computer or network.
I have tried unloading and reinstalling the PDF pack but makes no difference.

Thanks for the quick response.
I am using the latest version or Reader XI.
I can log in direct through cloud.acrobat.com so that is a way around the
issue but I still need the use of the PDF pack ideally.
If I try to log in to acrobat.com via the adobe Reader XI homepage then it
comes up with the following - "We cant seem to find the internet. Please
check your connection and try again"
I am using my home wifi connection with no problems on any other computers
or devices.

Problems signing in to PSE/PRE Forum and Customer Service

Hello-I am presently running PSE/PRE8 on a win8 computer with 12GB memory and1TB HDD. I am searching for information on PSE/PRE12. However, I am having problems with my PW/ID. I understand that Photoshop.com has been eliminated and this is the source of my sign-in problem. I change my PW and the new PW works for a while and it becomes the incorrect PW or User ID. Also,I added a new email address to support email problems. I was sent an email to click a verify link but the link was not included and the email was a noreply. I cannot contact Customer Service because it is sending noreply emails. I was able to signin to the forum during my last visit but was told that I was not eligible to post messages not answer post. I need to be able to reach Customer Service but I preently do not have a method to contact it. Thanks.

Hi,
I have a new Sony Bravia TV (55": KDL55W800A) and just bought the Skype camera so I could use Skype (CMU-BR200).
When I try sign in I get the message "There was a problem signing you in to Skype. Please try again later." If I enter incorrect details it gives a standard "wrong username/password" so it knows these credentials are right.
It is the same with other skype accounts. I have done the usual steps of restarting the router, veriying the account works on other devices, checked the internet and other apps on the tv etc. I am at a loss.

I agree with Laith, but I did the factory reset this morning (before reading the forum), and this also did the trick. Far from ideal, and pretty irritating that this should be necessary... but for now, it has worked. We'll see if I'm still able to logon later (especially as I've now logged into my account from this laptop to post a comment on the forum!). Will update either way.

Problems signing in to my OVI Account

Anyone else experiencing problems signing into their OVI account? I have not been able to sign in all day. I can log into my Nokia account no problems, however, each time I try and view my sync'd contacts, I am prompted to sign in again, and when I do so, the username, and password fields refresh blank, and Im not signed in.
Any help?

Anyone else having problems signing in?
I can sign into OVI Share, no problem, and view, and even upload images, its just that when i try and access my previously sync'd information, i get asked to sign in again, which I have done several times now, all to no avail. I have even sent password reset links to both my phone, and email, so i know i am entering the correct password etc.
I have even cleared all my cookies, and cache.
Any help please?

Have a problem signing in oniTunes on apple TV

I am have a problem signing in on Apple TV's iTunes account. I keep getting message saying that I need to inter the correct password. I have changed the password and I am able to log in to my iTunes account in iTunes on my computer and on my phone. However on the Apple TV it's asking me if I forgot my password. Can I Please get some Help with his

1. wifi encryption password
2. shared itunes lib password
3. appleID password

not sure if this will work for everone but I noticed when you go on settings>messages>Send & Receive it was displaying my Apple ID twice and underneath where is says "You can be reached by iMessage at:" , it was displaying my email address twice as well, so I clicked on my Apple ID and signed out, restarted my ipod and signed back into iMessage in the settings and it just displayed my apple ID and email once. Next I restarted my router and my Ipod Touch 4g IOS 6 and it was working again !!! . Not sure if this will work for everyone but I just ****** around with it and it seems to be working for now anyway

If you are absolutely positively sure that the password you are typing in is your Apple ID password, I would try once more to enter the password. Be real careful as you type and make sure that Autocorrect is not changing what you are typing.
If no luck try to proceed without entering the password. If you can get the iPad functional go into
Settings > ITunes and App Store and log in there.
If you can log into to your Apple ID there you will also need to go to
Settings > Messages > Send and Receive and enter or check the email at which you want to receive messages,
Also
Settings > FaceTime > check or enter the email address you want to be reached by FaceTime.

Problems signing into the Store

I have a problem signing in on my C5-03. When I want to sync with OVI (menu-applications-tools-ovi sync) my device asks for username. I enter my e-mail, which I use to enter Ovi on my PC, but the answer is that the username is not allowed to have numbers and symbols. I can without problem sync my contacts manually.
I have tried "forgot password" to find my username in the e-mail sent to me, but there is only refered to my e-mail adress.
Hope there is an answer to this.

I am having the same problem in maps. I have a hotmail email account for my account and Maps will not except that as a valid username. I do not think that I have another username and have no idea how to find out.

Problems signing into MSN Hotmail

I just recently started having problems signing into MSN Hotmail when using Safari. The strange thing is that I'm able to access it with Firefox and also with the built in mail program on the dashboard. Just a few moments ago I wasn't even able to access the MSN.com webpage from Safari.
This seems very odd. I had no problems up until a few days ago.
Anyone else having these issues??

C3: problem signing to yahoo mail (invalid id)

I'm using C3-00.
a)I've been trying to sign in to yahoo mail, either using the Opera Mini or the mail application, but got "Invalid ID or password" message. I'm sure my id and password is correct coz have no problems signing using PC.
b)I also cannot play video from youtube. Is there anything I need to do?

If your loginis correct there is no reason you can't login to Yahoo mail ! Have you tried deleting your mailbox on the C3 and setting up again ?
YouTube will need a decent 3G signal or wifi to work properly as you need a decent data rate to stream video, also what client are you using ? Try this

Equium A210 - after BIOS update problems signing into MSN Live Messenger

I have just installed the latest Bios update for my Equium A210, as this was the first time \i have ever attempted this \i watched carefully and all appeared to go correctly but, when the notebook restarted, it beeped and showed a checksum error, I chose the option to restart with 'Default Settings'
Since doing this I have had problems signing into MSN Live Messenger and wondered if this could be something to do with the Bios update, also is it possible to 'go back' to the old Bios somehow?

Hi there,
your issue is actually not an machine related problem. The "Checksum Error" is normal after every BIOS update since the checksum of the BIOS which consists the the BIOS settings and the BIOS version is not correct due an altered BIOS version.
So, next time you update your BIOS you will get a "BIOS checksum error" again. Dont worry, its nothing serious.
Regarding your Messenger:
1. Uninstall the messenger
2. Download the latest version from the MSN site
3. Install the new one
4. Have fun
