Problems since the last update and unable to remove program from comp...
I haven't been able to run itunes since the last update. Anytime I try to run it, it gives me the preparing to install window and then a little while afterwards, says that the folder program files contains an invalid character. I tried moving the program out of the that folder even as far as to the desktop as the help topic suggested. I have tried removing the program from the comp, but it won't let me do that because of the same reason it won't run itunes. I am at a loss of what to do. I can't seem to be able to repair it nor can I remove it and reinstall. I really don't want a defunct program just eating space on my comp. Please help.
Can you install any program? If so can you install the MS cleanup utility?

Stability problems since the last update
hey there,
It's really easy and intuitive to work with Muse but since the last update I am facing a lot of stability problems with the software, just wanted to know if some of you do so too or I should reinstall it. Here are the Major Problems,
- Zoning in further than 125/150 % will crash the program
-I am currently working on a 30mb (muse file size) big homepage about 8000px long. I didn't have any problems when stretching the page so long in the beginning but now the program will crash as soon I try so change the site length, including click an drag at the bottom and manual input via site->site properties.
I work with Windows 7x64, a I7-3770 and 16gb Ram.
I use the other products of the CC as well and didn't face any stability problems so far even though i think some of them need way more workingpower :/
So, what do you think?
All the best, LucasIf you have a large image on the page that was imported using File > Place or as part of a slideshow and it's being cropped in Muse, zooming in/out on the page can trigger a crash. I wish I could say this was newly introduced, but it's not. It's a bug we've been living with for awhile because the fix requires significant architectural changes. We've made those changes for the next major release (due out later this quarter), but this bug is still in Muse 7.
You can avoid this crash by resizing and cropping the image(s) outside of Muse before bringing them into Muse.

HI there,
my laptop recenty went kaput and needed a new hardrive which was installed. When I got it back I downloaded itunes again and then bought some music. I connected my iphone and it would not allow me to transfer the music over to the iphone at all. It allowed me to pull all the music on my phone over to the itunes list which I realised at that point did have my usual music list on it. I can't seem to transfer any music purchased over to my iphone for love or money. This is happening to my brother on his itunes account also and he said it's happened since the last update on his. Any suggestions - I'm quite desperate as this is driving me nuts.

Yahoo mail, anybody had problems since the last update
On iMac, since last 10.7.3 update, (Yahoo) mail keeps asking me to log in to get mail. This does not work. The only way I can get mail, is to log out of Yahoo account and log back in again, then mail works, for a few hours then back again with the log in sign.
This happened straight away after updating the Mac to 10.7.3.
Anybody else using Yahoo have a problem with loosing log in.Can you install any program? If so can you install the MS cleanup utility?

Big colors problem since the last update !
Hi
All was good before i install the 7.1.6 update.
Since the update, my videos have strange colors with bad 'blocks' like if i use the 256 colors mode or even less !!
Any ideas ?

I have a similar problem looks like there are only 16 or 256 colors.
Colors are wrong reading from Apple Movie trailer via Safari.
However they are OK if I use firefox or VLC.
I also tested mpeg4 files.
The same file reads wrong vie QT or Safari but OK via Firefox.
Seems to be happeninng since last update.
Any idea ? -
Problems since the last update
I have been having several problems with my iPhone, all started after the last software update. First, the phone puts itsself in sleep mode for no reason. The phone now drops calls like crazy. Finally, when I dock the phone to charge it, it will not show it has received a charge. The battery indicator stays red. For no apparent reason, it will suddenly indicate a full charge. Has anyone else had this stuff happen lately?
Standard troubleshooting steps in order are; power the iPhone off and on, Reset, Restore.
If no change after any or all of these steps, give AppleCare a call (800) 694-7466, or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby. -
I can't access my MobileMe gallery since the last update
I can't access my MobileMe gallery since the last update, and I don't have a computer to fix it or retrieve any of my pix or vids. What do I do?
What do your mean by "mygallery"? Is this some service independent of icloud?
The old gallery on MobileMe is no longer, and icloud does not have such a service. Did you save your old photos that were on MobileMe to a computer? Because that was the only way to save them. They are not on icloud. -
Since the last update I have been unable to print from Firefox. No problem printing from Safari or any other program. I've seen a few responses to this problem but only to people running Windows. I'm on a Mac running v. 10.5.8.
Also when I click on the link in my email to activate my account (in the hopes that a solve will be emailed to me) I get this message -
"Something is wrong
We could not activate your account. Please make sure that you have clicked the correct link in your email or typed in the correct address."
Same message if I cut and paste the link. -
I am having problems interacting with Microsoft Office programs since the last update:cannot create a pdf through the 'print' menu in exel and both Word and Exel docs sent in Mac Mail end up being received as .dat files.
Both these situations have cropped up on my MacBook Pro since the last update.

BobThe 'Winmail.dat' problem has been extensively covered in these forums, I would search for that (a Google search works well) and unfortunately I have not seen the pdf print problem before, but assuming the software is current and functions normally (other than the pdf print problem) I have no suggestion other than the obvious (but time consuming) re-installation of Office.

Since the last update of Firefox I’ve a real problem. While Firefox is running or in use my Laptop total freezes. I was working a Word document and my laptop stops cold. The resource tool stops and nothing works. I have to power off my laptop to get around this. This has occurs numerous time and started after the last update to Firefox. I did install Skpe recently. My configuration is as follows:

Please help me it is very annoyinguninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)

so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. Since the last update my Numbers app will not load in either my iPad3 or my iPhone5. It works fine on my MacBook Pro. The app starts but before I can open a file it closes. Is this a common problem and do you know hwo to solve it?
Hi Michael,
If you've already restarted both your iOS devices after the update and Numbers for iOS still won't load, you might try clearing the documents temporarily out of iCloud, opening the apps, closing them, and then placing the documents back in iCloud.
To do this, in Finder on your Mac, hold down the option key and then Go > Library > Mobile Documents > com~apple~Numbers. Move the documents there out to the Desktop or other location of your choosing. Then give iCloud time to sync. Then try opening Numbers on iPad and on the iPhone. If they open, then close them, and move the documents back into Library > Mobile Documents > com~apple~Numbers and let iCloud sync again.
That sometimes clears up the problem.

On iOS 8.3 using 'Keynote for iPad' the app freezes repeatedly (since the last update of April 21st) while editing slides. 30 sec. later comes alive again, then freezes again after a few editing actions. Anyone with the same problem? I tried everything 'app support' tells me except deleting and reinstalling the App because I have a lot of files that I'd lose. Recommendations anyone? [email protected]
On iOS 8.3 using 'Keynote for iPad' the app freezes repeatedly (since the last update of April 21st) while editing slides. 30 sec. later comes alive again, then freezes again after a few editing actions. Anyone with the same problem? I tried everything 'app support' tells me except deleting and reinstalling the App because I have a lot of files that I'd lose. Recommendations anyone? [email protected]

Since the last update to Firefox, I have had crashes non stop about every ten minutes or so, with very typical use. The update SUCKS and is crashing computers. I am SURE I am not the only one. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. I have been a Firefox user forever, but now going to Chrome and Explorer until I hear from you about fixing this issue. Never before have I had this problem with Firefox. Bums me out. But I can't deal with the constant crashes and it is ABSOLUTELY since the last update a day or two ago.
