When I try to star adobe muse software it shows a display message saying " you must connect to the internet in order to star adobe muse please verify your internet conection. I AM CONECTED TO THE INTERNET.

problem solved if any of you guys have this problem click on " start as manager"

Starting adobe muse, but can't

Hi all,
I have downloaded trial version of Adobe Muse and just wanted to work along with Katie's tutorial.
First problem: My Adobe Muse keeps telling me there is a new update which I already installed. I know there is a topic about this with an explanations, but they do not work. After that, I downloaded the 'Start Muse First Site' map and clicked on 'CC Getting Started Katies', but this doesn't do anything. It only opens Muse, but it does not install any library items.. I'm afraid I can't go on doing this tutorial without these items. And if the problems are already at this stage, this doesn't promise a lot of good....
Anyone who can help me?

Muse will not auto update. You need to follow few step to install it and use it. Please find below the steps.
1. Launch ''Ädobe Creaive Cloud Application"'and Sign in with your Adobe ID and Password.
2. Once logged in Please click on ''Apps".
3. Look out for Muse CC (2014.1) in the list and click on install button.
4. Once Installation is over please go to the applications folder.
5. There you will find 2 folders for muse, we are looking for "Adobe Muse CC 2014"
6. Go in to folder "Adobe Muse CC 2014" and launch Muse CC 2014 .
Please let me know if you are still facing issue with launching latest version of muse.

Can you open the application from programs list ?
Also, please verify if the application is installed correctly and if not then probably a re-installation would be required.

Problem with adobe muse 7.2 in OSX Help Plase

Recientemente tengo un problema con el adobe muse 7.2 en el mac!
cuando intento colocar un menu horizontal o vertical este no aparece completo, solo aparece un boton del menu y no me deja agragar mas,
Lo segundo que le pasa es que no funciona el estado activo para los anclajes, cuando lo previsualizo pareciera que no tuviese esta funcion activada.
ya instale y reinstale muchas veces pero el problema persiste a que se puede deber o que debo hacer para instalarlo en limpio de nuevo.

1) En tu desarrollo has generado solo la pagina home? o tienes más páginas asociadas al sitio? Muse genera los items del menú de forma automática, si lo quieres hacer de forma manual, selecciona el menú y pulsa el triangulo azul que aparece luego de seleccionar, ahí esta la opción de crear el menú de forma manual!
2) Lo mismo de arriba, revisa si tienes la opción activada y en la paleta del menu de "states" revisa que el las propiedades del estado activo no sea el mismo que el de estado normal!
Estoy pendiente!

Problem starting Adobe After Effects CS5 Trial

I have a huge problem starting AE5 Trial and well I looked around several Discussions about the problem without anything that'd help me.
I used to work with an older version of AE, borrowed by my filmbuddy, on my old desktop without any problem.
Now with my new laptop, I downloaded the CS5 Trial version and it hangs with initializing Mediacore. I'd really like to buy the new AE version, but well, if it doesn't work at trial level on my laptop, why should the full version work?
So when starting AE the startup screen appears it hangs with "initalizing MediaCore", so I have to click on that screen that something happens ... now the startup screen is dark colored and I have to wait for 10 min that something new is happening.
Now it says: "Warning: QuickTime is not installed on this system, some components will not work correctly. So I can press and AE actually starts, but I'm not able to import or export QuickTime movies. And btw. AE works pretty lame, don't know why (my OS is Windows Ultimate 7, 64 bit btw. ^^ )
So well I tried to deactivate my firewall, no change
I tried to delete the MediaCore plug-ins (program files - AE CS5 - Media Core plug-ins - common) one by one or all ... no change
I tried reinstalling QuickTIme and AE, different orders, still nothing happens
There may be several helpful Threads about this, but the problem is, its mostly specific to Mac and I can't find the equivalent way for Windows
I'd appreciate any help

Yeah CS5.5 from the adobe website. At least I think so - my internet connection is to slow to download anything, so a friend got it for me
The point: permissions problem with preferences folder or corrupt preferences - I don't know why, but I don't have the AppData\Roaming path/folders
just worked through this discussion: blockage of TCP communication with QuickTIme - I don't quite get the point with the rule ... what steps do I have to follow in Windows Firewall? but well I deactivated it anyway and it still didn't work.
Aaand I don't find the preference files on windows ... user/...
gosh I want to work with this program error-free ^^

This happens when I initially open Muse CC 2014. I do not even get to choose New File or open a recent file.

Uninstall and reinstall.
One or more of the Widget Library files that are part of your installation of Muse have been altered or were not successfully installed. These files are not intended for end user editing. The only way to revert them to their correct form is to uninstall and reinstall Muse. If you wish to have your own custom collection of widgets, use the "Library" panel within Muse. Don't directly open/edit the widget files within the "Library" folder structure.

I am a PC user and I have Adobe Creative Cloud Muse 2014. I have received the 'Could not sign you in [Access denied: 530]. Check your user name and password' error when trying to upload my muse site to my ftp host, GoDaddy. I have successfully done this in the past and only recently it has stopped working. I looked online at the FAQ Adobe Muse Help | Uploading an Adobe Muse Site to a third-party hosting service and it said to download the ftpprefs.xml file but this file simply leads to a blank page that says /*Not found*//*Not found*/.
Can someone direct me to a working page with this file or provide a different solution? Thank you!

As you are getting error [Access denied: 530] it means issue is with access. Either the username and password you are entering is incorrect or you do not have proper permissions.
I would suggest you to contact Godaddy to either reset password or reset the permissions.

Problems installing Adobe Muse on Windows

Hi
since yesterday I am creative cloud member. All installations worked well. But I don't know how to start Muse although it is installed. I saw a lot of discussion here with the same problem and a solution, but this was for Mac. I am working on Windows 8. Any ideas? I have already used creative cloud cleaner tool, uninstalled Adobe Air but after reinstalling Muse I have the same problem.

FOUNDED A SOLUTION!!!!!!
I was in the same situation, and after searching everywhere, tried evreything except reinstall the whole OS and all the programs from beginning (this I was told by the adobe help center!!), I tried the impossibile (or maybe not):
1 - uninstalled muse (it was in the list of uninstallable softwares, even if muse was not really installed, no directory, no shortcut, nothing)
2 - uninstalled air
3 - downloaded muse from here http://www.adobe.com/go/muse_latest-win and installed
UNBELIVABLE the installation begin (before when clicking on it nothing happened)
4 - launched the program and incredibly it ran!!!!
5 - downloaded (from here http://get.adobe.com/air) and reinstalled air and the program said that it was still installed!!!
6 - I tried to launch an air application (adobe help for example) and it worked!!!!!!!
Hope this is a possible solution for someone else, I really lost days fixing that
ps: just an updated still persistent little bug: I'm a creative cloude subscriber, and in my CC panel I still have the option of install muse

I'm having a problem with my photo album 3.2 edition. I use this program to crop or contract my pictures for my ebay selling. Most of the pics I take have either a white or black background and the problem I'm having is really noticeable on pics with white backgrounds. When I click on a pic in the ALBUM, that I want to edit/FIX the whole picture takes on a yellowish hue so as I'm fixing it, it looks very strange and then when I'm done editing, it goes back to normal again. I've been using this for a while now and I've never had this problem and cannot figure out what the heck is going on - it's making me nuts. HELPPPPPP!!!!! I tried looking at my preferences to see if the program was setup to automatically correct it when I click on the picture to edit? but that's not even an option so I don't know what else to do and I've searched all around. Any and all info would be appreciated :) Thanks

Problem publishing adobe muse in business catalyst

I'm new here. I recently tried doing this and it work fine. but lately it doesnt allow me and this is the error message:
"An unknown authentication error has occured using your AdobeID. (SHARED_UNKNOWN_ERROR:22)"
have you guys experienced this? no problem with my Adobe ID (that is why i can chat in this forum)

Hi,
Kindly sign out of the Muse application (Help Menu-> Sign out)
Then, close Muse.
Re-launch Muse, and try publishing.
Check if that resolves the issue.

Problem with Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst publishing

I am unable to publish my site on Adobe Business Catalyst via Muse. The error in Muse is "Unknown Error" in the dialogue box "Upgrade to Adobe ID". I have already tried deactivating and reactivating Muse.
I have also tried signing into Business Catalyst directly and get the error message "This Adobe ID email address is already registered with Business Catalyst and cannot be merged with a different Business Catalyst account".
I don't have any issue signing into Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have contacted Adobe twice about this with no response whatsoever and urgently need to publish updates to my site.
I am using Mac OSX 10.8.

I have never, ever - not once - uploaded anything to Business Catalyst. The ID I attempt to use is my Adobe ID, which I provided in my last tech support e-mail to Business Catalyst.
I have made changes to my Adobe ID, yes. Until about a week ago, it was __________. I then changed it to __________. I also changed the password associated with the ID when your colleague (or someone with Business Catalyst via e-mail) asked me to provide it as I both wanted to comply with the request but have some security as I was having to e-mail it. I hope that seems reasonable.

Problem starting adobe photoshop element 10 or premiere element 10

I have just installed these 2 software. when I am trying to start any of them I get an error message 213:11 with a message to try to restart the computer and if it doesn't work to contact the support.

Yes I have installed the software from my administrative account and I am also running it from that account.
I have ad a look at the install log files for PSE10 and have seen some errors. I don't know if thay are significative

Ich habe ein Textfeld, welches sich beim Hinunterscrollen auf meiner Page von links bis in die Mitte der Seite bewegen soll. Das tut es zwar, aber leider bleibt es in der Mitte nicht stehen, sondern scrollt mit hinunter bis zum Ende der Page! Habe schon alles Mögliche probiert und keine Lösung in Sicht. Bitte um Hilfe bzw Tipps!!! Danke
