Problems starting the OEM on Solaris

Hi,
When I start the em console with emctl command I'm getting the messages bellow. You can see that it is started but when I checked the files on the log directory I found another messages that are printed too bellow.
Please, any idea how fix this problem? I found some stuff that talk about but without any fix.

Hi,
This error normally relates to the time zone discrepancy.
Do the following:
check entry for the default TZ in both following files:
oracle_home/sysman/admin/supportedtzs.lst
oracle_home/sysman/admin/nsupportedtzs.lst
export TZ=<your time zone setting>
./emctl config agent updateTZ
./emctl stop agent
./emctl start agent
Also try setting your time zone in file <oracle_home>/sysman/config/emd.properties
