Problems texting photos

I'm having trouble with people not receiving pictures I send via text on my 4s. Do you have any suggestions?

If you are sending pictures through the message application either the messages go as iMessage if the recipient is an iOS device with iMessage enabled. If not, it is sent as mms message and there is a limit of the size of the images you can send. Also the recipient needs to have mms settings enabled to receive them.
Do you have more precision on who doesn't receive the images?
Hint: iMessages are in blue, normal messages are in green.

Why can't I send photos by text from my Photo Albums?

I am having this same problem and can provide detail. It's only occured in the last 48 hours and has happened a few times.
If I want to message a photo from my photo library, I select the image by clicking the checkbox and the new message window appears. I type in friends name, it acts as normal, to where I can see any prior text conversation with this person. It does take about 30 seconds for the cursor to appear for me to add comment to the photo. Once I enter my comment and hit "send", it acts like it is sending. And it doesn't. It never appears in the text conversation and receiver never receives.
The first time it happened, I tried 4 times to send one image with no success until I rebooted my phone and was able to send as normal without issue. I sent about 4 more images last night without problem. This morning I texted an image to a friend with no problem. It is now 4 hours later and I just tried to send someone different and the same thing happens as yesterday.
I just rebooted my phone, tried again. The cursor shows up immediately (guess that's the first sign if it's gonna work or not), and voila, the image went through via text.
However, I shouldn't have to reboot my phone daily to do this? Any idea?

How can I text photos from iPhone 6 to another smartphone

How can I text pictures from my iPhone 6 to another kind of smartphone (Android, etc).? I can text photos through iMessage to other iPhone users with no problem. In Settings, my iMessage, Send as SMS and MMS Messaging are all set to `On.'
Conversely, I don't seem to be able to receive photo texts from another person's non-Apple phone, although I'm told she can send to other iPhones with no problem.

Do you have cellular data turned on? Do you have MMS enabled on your account through your carrier?

Problems with Photos and Fonts and Explorer

I am having problems with photos and fonts when my site is viewed on Explorer. The site is Ostyn-Newman.com The problems can both be seen on the start page -though they happen throughout the site. The photo is supposed to be only 30% opaque and it shows fine on Firefox or Safari, but Explorer viewers get the photo being used as wallpaper at 100% and this steps all over the text. Should I give up a using a photo as wallapaper?
Also the font I am using for "Ostyn-Newman Objects for Fine Homes" shows well in Firefox and Safari, but looks really bad on Explorer products. Should I just change the font? I am currently using Snell Roundhand.

The message in each is pretty much the same but he does give some info of an application that can optimize the web pages to make them more readily readable by IE.
OT

After system restore to back up have lost texts, photos and app data

Speakers not working on iphone all of a sudden and volume switches not working (just the volume comes up but no bars at the bottom). So did system restore and more problems.
After I did this restore (to my backup done today) to my iphone 4s, I now have no text messages on my phone, no photos and no data on my nike running app (6months of records of runs). Have searched through these forums and still stuck.
I think I'm going to have to take my iphone somewhere for the speaker issue, but have no idea where as optus sent it out to me directly via mai l(Adelaide, Australia).
In the meantime, I really want my texts, photos and app data back on my phone.

thanks for your reply. I am trying the restore again now.
But no, I still have no sound, so it was all for naught. Its fine if I have headphones in, and fine if its in a dock or connected to bluetooth, the phone also rings and I can hear people on the phone: the only sound that doesnt work is music playing through the speaker, and video. Also when I press the volume up and down buttons, nothing works. I suspect there is something wrong with the docking connection as far as I can see from other peoples questions on here.
But the loss of texts and app data is just the icing on the cake

When I bought my Iphone, the camera icon in the message screen was not there. So I called the Apple help line and they got the camera icon to appear. But now when I'm in messaging and want to send a photo. The person who I'm sending to receives a blank screen. And when they text me and send a photo, I get their message but no photo. My friends have no problems sending photos. I've done this lots with my old phone.

When I restored my phone from icloud, half of my pics and videos have been deleted, the pics that were restored on my phone are very blurry, and the videos won't play. I have backed up to icloud and iphoto, however, some of the pics are no longer on iphoto either. Is there someway to get the videos to play on my phone again? Make the photos not as blurry as they are now and to restore the pics and videos that have been lost? I really would love to have them back, this phone is supposed to be the best and right now it doesn't seem to be. Please help if you can.

I too have noticed that once i restored from iCloud. Pictures blurry and videos wont play!

Problem emailing photos from iPhoto after installing OS 10.5.1

Since installing Leopard I have had problems emailing photos from iPhoto. I can send from my laptop to another Mac without problem BUT when I try to email pix from iPhoto to a PC user or to post on my Google Group board it only sends the 'title' I gave it in iPhoto or the 'PC134567.JPG' the camera assigns it. I have tried exporting and attaching to emails but that doesnt work either .. at least not all the time. AND when I do send them from iPhoto to my office PC they arrive NOT as an attachment but are embedded in the email message .. seriously what the heck is going on and why is this not working the way it used to pre-OS 10.5.1? What changed? How can I make this work the way it used to?

Problems downloading Photos from 8900 smartphone

Hi
Im having problems downloading photos stored on an SD card from my BB to PC.
Ive looked at the other posts and turned on mass storage accordingly.
When I connect my BB to the PC using the USB link, the BB informs me the mass storage mode is being activated and requests a password, which I enter.
However, the BB does not appear in the Devices list in the My Computer screen on the PC.
Does anyone have ideas as to the problem??
I have lots of photos on there, so want to avoid sending dozens of mails to get the photos off the BB.

Have you checked the Windows Device Manager to see if the BlackBerry and/or Mass storage device shows up? Also, the BlackBerry may show up in "My Computer" as a removable storage device.

Self explanatory.
You could try creating an iPod version of the films.
Use CTRL and B to display the Menu bar shown above. Alternatively, use the ALT key, followed by the F key, the W key and finally the I (eye) key - that's (menu)/File/Create New Version/Create iPod or iPhone version.

Went from an iphone 4 to a 4s to a new 4 and itunes only sync last backup from first iphone 4. How can i get my texts, photos, calendar data back?

When you say that it recognizes both phones are you sure you aren't just seeing both backups? iCloud should back up your new phone if you have iCloud Backup turned to On in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup. But you may still have the old backup stored in your account as well when you check in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on the Backups list. If you no longer need the backup of your old phone, tap it and then tap Delete Backup.

Problem sending photos via email since I recently updated to iLife 11.

Having problem sending photos by Email since I upgraded to iLife11.
I followed the instructions.   I used to just select my photos and then a screen would come up to compose an email.
Now it comes up with templates and I had to set up what account to send them from. No matter what I do, it just
never goes thru.
What's the solution?
