Have any body here problems to download the drm music from the computer to the zen touch? I have to by on the msn music some tracks from apocalyptica (the band name) and i can't us the windows media player (v0) or the creative software and my computer have no respons on de action.

For iTunes purchases only..
Connect the iPhone to your Mac, launch iTunes.
If you haven't done this yet, go to the iTunes menu bar click Store / Authorize This Computer
Now from the iTunes menu bar again, click File / Transfer Purchases From...

I opened a new user on my computer yesterday with administrative privledges. I then opened up an itunes account from this new user. It seemed to go pretty well. I haven't downloaded any new songs yet or moved them to my account. I don't know how to move songs yet. I'm reading iPod and iTunes for Dummeies. Very appropriate for me. iTunes thinks you have a new computer because you restored the OS. Open iTunes and authorize it to the same account you have on the iPhone. Did you restore your iTunes content from a backup after resetting your computer? Have you been syncing regularly with the computer, and does the iTunes library on the computer contain your apps, music and videos? If so just sync and your content will be removed then restored.
If you have not hopefully you have now learned something. You can recover apps and purchased songs by connecting the phone, without syncing, and choose "Transfer purchases..." from the File menu.

Mac OS X: Click the iTunes menu and choose Preferences.

You cannot synch the other way, with the exception of songs purchased on iTunes.
What you need to do is move the iTunes library from the computer to which you've been synching your phone and put it on your new MacBook.

Welcome to the Support Communities!
The red square with a red circle around it is a symbol for a download in progress.
Songs that have a cloud symbol beside them have been purchased, but don't reside on your device.
When you click on the cloud icon, the song will be downloaded to the device, and you see a red square with a circle moving around. If you wanted to stop the download, you would tap on the red square.
Sometimes there may be an issue with the download, or the file may be corrupt.
If the song is not playing correctly, the first thing I would suggest is to restart / reset your device:

You need a computer with iTunes installed to regain use of your iPod. Unless you have the iPod backup file from the syncing computer all you can do is to restore the iPod to factoery defaults/new iPod. You will also need to place the iPod in recovery mode is you restore the iPod on other than on its syncing computer. For reoverymode see:

Remember the passcode is a security feature.

2. Where did you get the Greek dictionary from and exactly how did you install it?

Two words of advice, it is much easier to read lower case than capitals. Secondly, never quote your email address publicly like this to prevent it from being harvested. The same applies to your telephone.
As a first step, do a Reset - hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 15 seconds.
Next, u go into your account again and try changing the method of payment to None. If you get past this then download any free app. If successful, go back into your account and enter your credit card details again and see what happens.

I've been running iTunes on WinXP for years with few problems. I have all my iTunes files on an external USB drive. I just bought a new PC running Win7, 64-bit.
I connected the external USB drive to the new PC and installed 64-bit iTunes on it. When iTunes started up, I pointed it at the iTunes directory in the external drive, using Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media Folder Location. It showed a progress bar that it was updating the iTunes Library. I signed in and authorized the new machine. I have one spare authorization.
Then iTunes put up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one.
When I click OK, the iTunes Store page remains blank, apart from saying "iTunes Store" in the middle of the page.
I went to "View My Account" and pressed the Reset button to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading items", but that doesn’t fix this particular warning. I also tried Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings and Rest Cache.
But still, every time I click the “App Store” button in the iTunes Store window, the message appears. If I click the Books, Podcasts or iTunesU buttons, these display normally. So I’m stuck with being unable to purchase apps, other than through my iPad and iPhone.
If I move the external drive back to the XP machine, the same thing happens. If I go to another PC - a notebook running Vista - everything is normal.
Any idea how I can clear that message?

I have tried re-validating my credit card, which apparently fixed it for some.
I have also tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing again.
Neither of these steps fixed the problem.
