Problems to get my serial number

I bought the Student and Teacher Edition auf CS5.5 Production Premium (from a german reseller, I live in Germany). The manual says, that I have to type in my product code in this page to get my serial number: http://www.adobe.com/de/education/students/studentteacheredition/order_fulfillment.html
But this page doesn't exist! Can anybody help me?

I was talking with someone in the chat from the team.
They said the page has technical problems but they don't now when it will be solved.
I am not even sure if Adobe is informed because when I asked them to tell
the problem to the Technical Service, they just didn't answer and couldn't help me.
I just now it is like this since 2 days.

I ordered through Amazon and not through Adobe so there is not a record of my order on the Adobe website. I do have a record of the order with Amazon so I requested a refund through Amazon. The product is unusable without the serial number. It has been 8 days since my eligibility was verified with identit-e. I have spoken with three Adobe rep.s and two unanswered email to identit -e trying to get the serial number since I was verified as eligible to receive the student/educator version of Creative Suites. I am very disaapointed with the lack of help I have received from Adobe with this issue.
Being referred to identit-e or to a FAQ page is not what I needed to solve the problem- I needed the serial number I have lost complete confidence in Adobe's customer service and that the serial number will ever be provided.

In october 2012 I´ve bought a bundle pack with Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere 11. After a hard disk crash i was about to reinstall them both but my wife has trown the envelope in the garbage... = No Serial number available!!
I´ve registered the serial number for Photoshop Element 11 on Adobe, but not the key for Premiere (they are on the same dvd).

I can't get my serial number.

When I try to go to the link given to me to get my serial number to continue installing Photoshop CS5 Extended the webpage will not work. I've also tried getting to it from the adobe website itself and it still gives me an Internal Server Error.
I've waited an hour or so and tried again and it didn't work and I've also tried opening the webpage in Firefox instead of Chrome to see if that made a difference, but I'm still not getting anything different.
Is there another way to get my serial number?
Or is there some server problem that I need to wait for to be fixed?

If you are referring to the edu serial request page, then you're in good company. It seems to flake out regularly and people are not happy. The safest bet in this case is to call edu store support by phone.

I was going through the same hassle with a Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere combination box from Office Max. The receipt said that it was activated, but the numbers on the receipt and on the box were the wrong length. I finally found the 24-digit Redemption Code on a card mixed in with the other printed materials inside the box. I activated the Redemption Code through my online Adobe account and received the Serial numbers for both Photoshop and Premiere with no more problems.

If it was an upgrade version, it may be you are being asked for the qualifying product S/N and are entering the new S/N instead. That would cause a problem.

To get the serial number for ipaq, you'll have to go the JNI route. Here's an article about how to do that (at least the C++ part) for PocketPC 2002, http://www.pocketpcdn.com/qa/serial_number2002.html
I don't belive that will work for CE 3.0, but Compaq does have an SDK that will work, you can write the JNI to call their SDK functions. I dont' have the URL for this anymore, but it shouldn't be that hard to find.

I had the serial number without a problem. I was, however, unable to access the Support Area in Adobe in order to get an eligibility code to allow me to activate the Student/Teacher software.
I have now tried using a different PC and was able to send away the application - perhaps there was a Java problem or a problem with the Internet Explorer: my own PC is brand new Window 8 so perhaps it has not been set up correctly.
Anyway, hopefully the code will arrive quickly and let me get started with the full version (I can use the trial version in the meantime).
