Are you buying from the correct Print Products Store? If you are using the wrong store, your AppleID may not be valid.
Is the Print Products Store set correctly in iPhoto Preferences > Advanced? It should be set to the same country as your billing address and delivery address, and match the settings of the Apple ID you are using.
And you are using iPhoto '09 or '11, right? you can no longer buy books from earlier versions.
When you reenter your settings as LarryHN described, don't forget to enable Express Checkout. It is required. -
Hi, I have a problem with getting my apple Id working for me. It's been 2 months since it happened and Apple failed to act. I can tell my story proerly, but am not sure, you guys can help, so I just copy my message to them today, I am trying to get it across all the places around to pay their attention. Vitas DijokasWell, it seems waiting is not my strong suit..! I renamed a javascript file called recovery to sessionstore. This file was in the folder sessionstore-backups I had copied from mozilla 3 days ago, when my tabs were still in place. I replaced the sessionstore in mozilla's default folder with the renamed file and then started mozilla. And the tabs reappeared as they were 3 days ago!
So there goes the tab problem. But again when I started mozilla the window saying "a script has stopped responding" appeared, this time the script being: chrome//browser/contenttabbrowser.xml2542
If someone knows how to fix this and make firefox launch normally, please reply! Thank you -

I was directed to this ridiculous article that was zero help. My problem is a ghost apple id from an account dead and gone.Ever since I created a new apple id I have been haunted by the ghost of accounts past.It creeps out of the closet and shows up in all sorts of apps asking for a password that I do not, nor did I ever know. Then I updated and synced my ipod touch with my pc-thats when it really hit the fan! I cant update apps or buy songs without giving them this password IDK. I am logged in w/ MY apple ID but when I go to purchase or update- this ghost id slams up to thwart my plans. what the flapjacks is going on? I understand I purchased these apps w/ this old id but the psswrd of that id was changed (it was my sons) after I created my own to use.He initially set up the ipod for me as a gift.Now he is out of the country and I have no idea what the old id's new password is.and why should I? when I have an id that was working fine?
This makes sense to me. I think the issue is your misunderstanding. If you purchased an item, your Apple ID becomes tied to that permanently. So when you try to update that app, you need the password to the ID that 'OWNS' that application.
Also, I suspect you have a different ID signed into the device, which is why you can't buy with your own. That article listed shows how to change the signed in account.

My problem is with Netflex, Apple TV is fine. I get into Netflex normally, but, the first thing that comes up is a choice of individual family members favorites. Regardless of which one we choose, they all go into Kids Shows and will not let me get out, the main menu for various other movies like action, comedy, genre and etc. is not available. I now also have to log in everytime I go into Netflex, didn't have to do this before. I went through the restoring procedure, went into Netflex, same problem, no change.

If you restored your iPhone, it would restore it to factory settings, i.e., before it was jailbroken. If you do not re-jailbreak it, you would be entitled to support from Apple or on these forums. -
Problem to modify the field "location" in an AP on WCS
Hello everybody,
I have a problem to modify the field "location" in an access point on WCS.
In fact, when i try to modify this field and then apply the modification, i have this error message :
"Error(s): You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Error:Global Username and Password are not configured on the associated controller. Please configure username and password on the associated controller before disabling 'Override Global Username Password'."
I made the modification on Chrome and Firefox but I always have the error message.
Nevertheless, i don't have this error message with other access points and other access points are configured without the option "Override Global Username Password".
I'm obliged to make the modification directly in the controller and not in WCS.
The problem is that i want to make the modification directly in WCS.
Could you help me please ?

Problem renting movies with Apple TV
Having a problem renting movies using Apple TV with Comcast cable and Netgear gigabit wireless router. After selecting a movie to rent and clicking "rent" a message appears: "Accessing iTunes Store", after some delay a second message appears stating an inability to connect to iTunes store, try again later. This issue is intermittent. At any given time a movie can be rented and streamed, but more than 50% of the time, the rental fails.
We're not really sure as yet - there certainly seem to be no comments on subtitling as a feature.

I have a problem connecting to the server (SSL problem) on my new Apple Ipad (iOS6). When submitting my Apple ID password, I am prevented from signing in to a secure connection due to an SSL problem. Any suggestions ?? Thank you!
Sounds more like you have a problem with your apple id. For starters go to that page click manage my apple id and singn in. If you can't sign in reset password.

if you can sign in there, try to sign in to itunes on your computer. -
Safari problem: iOS7 on iPad - Apple ID Support - Stuck on "Are you sure you want to submit this form again?"
Now Safari is totally stuck. Neither the "submit" nor the "cancel" button works.
Since verifying Apple ID requires Safari (Google Chrome doesn't work because verifying email links only to Safari), it is impossible for me to change my Apple ID preferences.
HELP!!!!Close Safari completely and reboot the iPad.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the Safari app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
cannot connect to Net, have done for last 12 months no problem, I have other apple products that are connecting to the same hub happily. The hub is seen and the signal is strong, it just doesn't connect. I have reset the network settings with no joy. Any help much appreciated?
Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power to it for 30 seconds.

Have reinstalled LION to see if monitor was found before TB driver update. Not found!
Have tried every combination of turning on monitor and rebooting system.
Next logical step: pouring water (with a suspension of copper particles - of course) into computer!
Please help as this computer was only bought on the basis that a secondary `big` monitor could be attached!Been reading more of the posts that relate to this problem....
