Problems to print many documents sorted

Hi,
I had some folders with 100-200 pdf documents.
When i trying to print all documents they came unsorted from the printer, so i had too sort them buy hand.
Does anybody has a solution?

Same complaint here. I get blank pages on some of the pages of the document. The document prints in Preview, but Acrobat 10.1.12 refuses to print some of the pages. This is just a simple scanned document saved as a PDF, nothing fancy. Come on, Apple.

It seems that either there is no default printer setup or you have too many printers or no printer setup at all. Try running the following code. It should print the list of available print services.

Problem in printing scheduled documents

Hi everyone,
I have a program which is daily scheduled to run at night.The program is required to select unprinted schedule documents and call the script from a different program to transmit a consolidated view.The job is being cancelled because of some scheduled documents.If the prog finds a problem at a document then the whole prog is stopped and it is not going any further.When i checked the job log the error it is saying is 'no print relevant information for the xxxxxxx document number.The message number is ME 140.I tried to replicate the error by running the program in the foreground but i couldn't.Can anyone please help me.What could be the problem.

this can either be due to a bug

or something in your settings is incomplete - check it using
note 457497 and 391637.

Problems to print PDF documents form Acrobat Pro 10.1.12

Since I've installed Yosemite on my iMac, PDF files are printed very badly. I get the pictures, but not the text, or sometimes a part of the text.
I have transferred the files on a Macbook equipped with Maverick, and then, no more problem. What's there to do to erase the problems ?
To Apple teams : Yosemite, the best way to waste time ?..... I use a computer not to play, but to work !

Problem in Printing the document in VL03N

Hi experts,
I want to see the print overview for a delivery no .in VL03N, but in print form i can see some of the fields(values) but some fields are missing but those fields(values) i can see when i open WE02 and look at the idoc data.
Can some one tell me that what should be done from the abap programming side to see those fields there.

Getting Printing the Bank A/c for only 3 A/c Numbers. Other numbers are not printing.

Problem with printing report document issue

hi i want to implement "Print all" button functionality in my simple school management software where the
report printing of whole students of same class can be done with a single "print all" button function.
how can i implement this? i am lacking logic and skill here. please help.

its the simple student management system where the teacher will input the marks of the students in particular subjects and store it in the database. now i have to print that on the report card. printing report as per student might be troublesome so i want to implement the " print all" button where the report card of all the students in that class will be printed in the report cards. its: printer printing the report of a student in the paper (A4 size) and then printer takes another paper sheet and then print the report of another student of same class until finish. how to accomplish this task?

My printer will not print word documents or documents from the internet. However it does complete a test print. I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer. I have disabled and enbled the firewall and have run the test doctor programme, which has been unable to identify any problems. I have a HP deskjet 3050A all in one J611 series printer.

Sorry that you are having a problem with printing word documents and internet.
Are you connected USB or wireless?
You can try to download an alternative driver and check to see if that works. (Shane_R) has a great post on how to do so.
The deskjet 990c is usually the better one.

Problem of printing

I am facing problems while printing a document through the transaction MIGO.
It is printed in the wrong printer. I checked personal settings in SU3 and even the right printer is mentioned there.
Could you help me is there any other place where printer settings are maintained for a user?

May be wrong printer assign to MIGO output type( WE01 /WE02 /WE03 )!
If setting done for MIGO document printout ,then check Printer setting in t.code: OMBR & assignment of the right printer to output type( WE01 /WE02 /WE03 ) in t.code: OMJ3 with combination of Plant with Storage location.

Some of the times when I print a document from the internet using my Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro printer, the letters appear in the PDF as symbols, How do I correct the problem?

On many documents that I try and print from the internet such as receipts, conformations, etc, using my Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional printer, the PDF shows some if not all the letters as symbols. I think it might be font issue, but do not know how to fix the problem. Any suggestions.

For 2nd issue:
You can create a signature appearance:
For example, you can include your scanned signature.
1 (Optional) Save the desired image on a page by itself, and convert the page to PDF.
2 Choose Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat (Mac OS) > Preferences, and select Security.
3 Click New, and type a title.
4 (Optional) Select Imported Graphic, click File, and select the desired file.
5 Specify options as desired.

Acrobat X and XI will not print many pdf documents.

Acrobat X and XI will not print many pdf documents. When I click Print, the document fades and I get a dialog box that says "Adobe Acrobat has Stopped Working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I was experiencing this with Acrobat X so I upgraded to XI, but the problem is exactly the same. I am using Windows 7 Professional operating system.

Problem - printing billing document

Hi experts,
when printing billing document,some billing document is printing and some one is not printing based on condition type for billing document.
one billing document have one or many condtion types.
based on condtion type the billing document is printing.
i saw inside the program i found one function 'RV_PRICE_PRINT_ITEM'.
COULD YOU PLEASE explain functonality of above F.M
this is very urgent.

Already i maintained the condtion type in customzing.some records picking right one some one is not picking right one. see my problem.
for MWST contion type, the document to be printed.
good document: have condtion types XXXX,MWST,YYYY.
wrong document: have condtion types xxxx,YYYY,MWST.
The f.m selecting MWST for right document and YYYY selected for wrong document.
what is extracltly functonality of RV_PRICE_PRINT_ITEM f.M

I had a problem with print preview of billing document.

I had a problem with print preview of billing document which contains two output types ZR1 ZR2..
For the footer text of billing document I maintained the font size as 7,5 pts, But when i go for print preview from output type ZR1 the font size of footer text is very small and looks good for output type ZR2.
If i change the print options-->logical destination of output type ZR1 same as Output type ZR2, the footer text looks good.
I think there is some issue with logical destination in print options for the output type ZR1, how can i resolve it.

for both the output types , r u using same sapscript or smartform?
if yes then, u can control it in output options of smartform and also in sapscript , you can control through if condition.
and if differect sapscript or smartform then you should not get such problem.
you can check the sapscript or smartfrom in TNAPR table.

Problem printing pdf documents created by ps2pdf

When I try to print pdf documents that have been created from ps documents by ps2pdf, the output is corrupted. Many letters are missing but included graphics are printed just fine. This happens with my HP printer and with cups-pdf, when I print the pdf document to a new pdf document. There are no errors in the logs, so I don't know what is goning wrong. On a windows PC, the pdf documents are printed correct too. Other pdf documents, created by pdflatex are printed correct.
If I don't use ps2pdf and print the ps document directly, the output is correct. I have tried different pdf-viewers without any difference. About half a year ago, everything was working fine, so could it be related to : "As of version cups 1.5.3-3 ArchLinux makes use of the new full pdf-based printing workflow."?

In my limited experience with the iOS iWork apps, they weren't designed for those who are picky about the layout. They are highly automatic and if you don't like the result, it's not easy to override. If the format when printed leaves unpleasant margins, I think your best approach is to reshape the tables in such a way that they will better fit the target media. If you are having large top margin, make the tables narrower, then when they scale to fit the paper, then may fill it better.

When you say field, do you mean specifically a form field, such as a text field? Or is the information regular text on the page?

Problem printing Report Document Draft

Dear support,
our customer has problem printing its Document Draft Report, because
the "DRAFT DOCUMENT" string on the background of the page is too large.
The printer can manage this dimension and prints an empty second page
(also when the document has more pages).
See attached file.
If we disable the "Print Draft Watermark on Draft Document" flag in the
Print Preferences, the customer hasn't the problem printing the draft
document.
The customer need to distinguish the print of draft document.
Is it possible in the report designer to know if a document is a Draft or
a Definitive one?
If we can understand the type of the document, we could add a text box
"DRAFT DOCUMENT" in the report and disable the "Print Draft Watermark on
Draft Document" flag.
Can someone help us, please?

For example paper format which default as Letter,but in PLD
if y'r paper format is A4 then definitely it will be printed more than 1 page.
Go to File --> Page Set Up --> Change paper format as in PLD.
Also reduce the font by 1 point.
If problem not get solved,You can print Water mark as DRAFT from printer properties.
Start --> Printer and Faxes > Select Printer you want to print,Right Click it>Select Properties>Select Printing Preferences>Select Effects Tab> Select Water mark option as Draft>Click Apply.
Test print it let me know.
