Problems to see Flow Trace in production enviroment
Hello,
I have any problems to see the process flow trace from production Enterprise Manager but from development environment I can see it correctly
Environment informations:
· Development environment:
Virtual machine in vmware ESXi 4.1 con S.O. Linux Suse Linux Enterprise 11 de 64 bits.
· Production environment:
Two virtual partition in IBM power5+ con S.O. AIX 6.1 TL6 y PowerHA 6.1
When I want to see in production environment the Audit Trail tab or Flow tab from process instance, I can't it because the page is white.
Thanks in advance
There likely is a case sensitivity issue or when you did not correctly remove the path reference when you generated the fmx.
The search path for the image appears to be the FORMS_PATH. So, in your FORMS_PATH, ensure that ORACLE_HOME/forms is first in the list. However, do NOT enter the variable name in default.env when setting the value. You must fully qualify the entry. In other words this is NOT correct:
FORMS_PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/forms:/u01/ourapp
You must fully qualify the entry. So, for example:
FORMS_PATH=/oracle/product/as10/forms:/u01/ourapp

Can't see jpeg image in production enviroment
Hi
I created a form tha uses READ_IMAGE_FILE to load the company's logo in the form. I saved the image on $ORACLE_HOME/forms, I don's use a path in the image just the file name, and it works perfectly. When I move it to $ORACLE_HOME/forms in my production enviroment on Linux with a fresh 10.1.2.3 install it doesn't show on the form. The image's name is in lower case and the form reference as well.
Any ideas? There likely is a case sensitivity issue or when you did not correctly remove the path reference when you generated the fmx.

Unable to see the BPM Flow Trace
Hi, can anybody help,I'm not get the BPM flow trace in EM console but I'm able to see the BPEL flow trace, currently I'm working in 11.1.1.5.Thanks in advance.
Do you mean JDeveloper 11gR2? BPM is not supported on that version. You must use the matching JDev version and soa+ bpm extension versions.
Latest is 11.1.1.5.0 with extension version either 11.1.1.5.0 or 1.1.1.1.5.0FP.

EM BPMN Flow Trace problem after upgrading to 11.1.1.4
I upgraded SOA Suite from 11.1.1.3 to 11.1.1.4. New BPMN process instances seem to get created without problems. But when I select a process instance in the Flow Trace page of Enterprise Manager, a new page is shown which only contains the three tags "Audit Trail", "Flow" and "Faults" and nothing else. The following error is also generated:
DefaultValidationEventHandler: [FATAL_ERROR]: unexpected element (uri:"http://xmlns.oracle.com/bpm/ProcessModelPackage", local:"projectPackage"). Expected elements are ...
Any idea of what the problem might be?This all worked fine with the previous version. I'm not thinking it has anything to do with Essbase. I think there might be a problem with the install since using Is Prompted doesn't even work and it did in the older version.
I did try it with the default and that part worked (i.e., it queried based off the default value when initially opening the dashboard), but when I select from the dropdown prompt I get:
dashboard.variables['varPickDiv']
added to the dropdown list. This seems to me like something wrong is going on.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I may just end up doing a new install after backing up all my work and then just add those files back in.
Thanks,
Brad -

ON PREM Outbound emails showing in dummy non-configured office 365 account message flow trace
Dear Community,
We have an on-prem exchange 2013 server and an office 365 account which is completly standalone.
Whilst the office 365 account is standalone, it does feature the email address we use for on-prem (Ie. the domain name in office 365 account is not active for any office 365 services however has passed ownership verification thus it's just sitting there)
We DON'T use EOP nor do we have any connector rules on our on-prem system that go to office 365 however when I randomly went into the 'Message Flow Trace' section in our office 365 account, there is recorded outbound mail which was sent from our On-prem
server.
The ONLY mail that was recorded in the message Trace in Office 365 was emails we had sent from On-prem to other office 365 accounts (For example btconnect.com, and some of our clients whom also use office 365) .
How is office 365 picking up mail we've sent from our On-Prem server? Is there integration out of the box in exchange 2013 which auto interfaces with office 365? What on earth has happened here?
I'm really confused.
-------- For troubleshooting purposes...

The problem is; Office 365 Mail Delivery Trace is displaying mail we've sent via our On-Prem server - We are having trouble understanding why this is happening.
To clarify, the message tracer in Office 365 is displaying outbound mail (Which for example, a user has sent out from their outlook) BUT only outbound mail which is being sent to other office 365 users.
We do not have mail on office 365, only on-premise hence the reason why we are flabbergasted to why the mail we are sending out would be displaying on the office 365 message tracer.
To further clarify, we are only seeing addresses in the office 365 message trace which belong to recipients whom use office 365 for their mail.
Hope this makes sense.
getting messy O365 users to another O365 you mean?
You mentioned if they send email using their MS Outlook Client.
I'd suggest you to send another email to the same recipient but using OWA
There may have been an office 365 connector in Outlook.

Then I created a disk group:
CREATE DISKGROUP STORE EXTERNAL REDUNDANCY DISK '/dev/asm210';
Then I created a new tablespace:
CREATE TABLESPACE store DATAFILE '+STORE';
I did all this operations from NODE1.
What is happening now is that everytime I try to read something from new diskgroup FROM NODE2 I get the ORA-01157:
ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 13 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 13: '+STORE/evodb/datafile/store.256.719232707
No problem to read from NODE1.
The simple query on dba_data_file work from NODE1 and fails from NODE2 with the ORA-01157.
I found this on the alert log:

Thanks in advance!
SamuelI didn't understand what do you mean with thread...
But I think you found the problem
Initialization files of both ASM instance are: SPFILE='/dev/spfileASM'
that SPFILE is (common for both):
+ASM2.__oracle_base='/u01/app/oracle'#ORACLE_BASE set from environment
+ASM2.asm_diskgroups='ONLINELOG','ARCHIVELOG','DATA'
+ASM1.asm_diskgroups='ONLINELOG','ARCHIVELOG','DATA','STORE'#Manual Mount
*.asm_diskstring='/dev/asm*'
*.cluster_database=true
*.diagnostic_dest='/u01/app/oracle'
+ASM1.instance_number=1
+ASM2.instance_number=2
*.instance_type='asm'
*.large_pool_size=12M
+ASM1.local_listener='LISTENER_ASM'
+AC
Then I executed another query:
From ASM1
SQL> select instance_name from v$instance;
INSTANCE_NAME
+ASM1
SQL> select name, state from v$asm_diskgroup;
NAME STATE
ARCHIVELOG MOUNTED
DATA MOUNTED
ONLINELOG MOUNTED
STORE MOUNTED
SQL>
From ASM2
SQL> select instance_name from v$instance;
INSTANCE_NAME
+ASM2
SQL> select name, state from v$asm_diskgroup;
NAME STATE
ARCHIVELOG MOUNTED
DATA MOUNTED
ONLINELOG MOUNTED
STORE DISMOUNTED
SQL>
Than the question is:
how can I mount the disk group STORE also on ASM2?
I think the problems is into the spfile lines:
+ASM2.asm_diskgroups='ONLINELOG','ARCHIVELOG','DATA'
+ASM1.asm_diskgroups='ONLINELOG','ARCHIVELOG','DATA','STORE'
How can I change the +ASM2.asm_diskgroups value?

Problem Running Process Flow When Database Objects Deployed Outside of OWB
Hi
I am having a few problems running process flows that I'm deploying through OMB.
My set up is as follows:
All database updates are done outside of OWB (for version control purposes).
Each object within OWB is exported to an MDL file, which is then imported into the production repository using an OMB Script.
Once everything has been imported into my production version, I'm then deploying the process flows from within the OMB script.
When I then go to run the process flow, I get the following error ...
RPE-02075: Oracle Workflow failed to process the execution request for Activity LOAD_COUNTRY_PF:LOAD_COUNTRY. This may be because dependent objects have not yet been deployed.
I can see through the Control Center, that the status of all the objects that the process flow is going to use are set to having a Design Status of 'New'. So obviously OWB doesn't realize that these objects already exist in the database, which is why the process flow errors.
Is there any way around this? Can I somehow set the Design Status of all the objects to 'Unchanged' through OMB? Is there a way to fool the process flow into thinking that the objects do exist? Can I run the process flow outside of OWB?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
LiffeyHi Liffey,
Is there any way around this?
Can I somehow set the Design Status of all the objects to 'Unchanged' through OMB?
Is there a way to fool the process flow into thinking that the objects do exist?of course you must deploy mappings before deploying processflow
and as I know there is no legal method for avoiding this.
Regards,
Oleg
PS. Look at this thread [Deploying without Deploy|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=2655726]
It seems for OWB10gR1 exists method for manual modification OWB runtime repository tables for mark mappings as deployed -

Audit Trial is not opening for any of the instances at Flow Trace - Trace
Hi,
I am not seeing audit trial link at any of the instances at Flow Trace -> Trace section .I tried clicking component instance and it does nothing.
Is there any setup for opening Audit trial page?
Please suggest.
thanks,
ashokHi Ashok,
Is your Audit level "OFF", this is not by default, if it is OFF then follow below steps.
On the EM right click on the "soa-infra">SOA Administration> Common Properties
Change the Audit level to Development.

hi,
i have developed, deployed and successfully run my composite application. after testing using test webservice option in EM, i got the exact response what we expect. but i wanted to view complete instance of composites including bpel and mediate using launch flow trace. but i dont able to view flow trace.
can anyone tell me how to view flow trace of individual components
regards
ashok.vYou can view everything in the em console --->
http://ipaddress:adminport/em
In the left treepane click on the composite and it would give you the dashboard for that composite in which you would be able to see the instasnces created for that composite, If you click the instance you would be able to see the detailed flow.

Hi Guys!I am not it pro. but i need your HELP.Pls my microsoft Word and Excel starter were working fine, but after playing with my laptop, downloading , removing smth , i cannot open them proper anymore, cos this message comes up:
“Microsoft Office has encountered a problem with licensing and will need to close. If this problem persists, uninstall and reinstall your product.”What can i do to make it work fine back? plssss need Help! thank u i n advance!!!!!!I faced similar challenge. Re-installation did not solve the problem due to unsuccessful un-installation of ‘Microsoft Click to run 2010’. The following steps worked for me. Please use your discretion to try and see if it works for you too..
1 Uninstall Microsoft office Starter 2010. If
‘MS click to run 2010’ doesn't get uninstalled use Microsoft fix it tool meant for installing and uninstalling programmes, to uninstall the same.
2 Download ‘Microsoft Office Starter 2010’ from internet.
3 Before launching, right click the executable file and click the 'properties'. Go to
‘compatability’ tab and choose appropriate 'compatibility mode' as per your OS. Tick the check box to use admin privilege under
privilege level section.
4 Launch the executable to install Microsoft Office Starter 2010 afresh. It should go through four steps during installation now. Complete the steps and enjoy. Thanks ! -
Unable to see custom Trace messages in Log Viewer which were defined in UDF
Hello Experts, I am not able to see my trace messages in Log Viewer. I have a small user defined fuction which takes a variable and returns its uppercase and while do that it writes few warning level trace messages in the trace file. I've tried changing the levels from Warning to Info but I still don't see anything in my Log Viewer. At this point I am not even sure if I am looking at right place. When I test my mapping in Message Mapping's Test tab it works fine and shows me all my trace messages. But when I do end to end it is not writing anything to the trace file. I've tried to use instructions from following blogs:
1. /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2007/04/30/xipi-personalized-logging-tracing(logging and tracing)
2. /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/05/10/xi-i-cannot-see-some-of-my-messages-in-the-sxmbmoni (logging and tracing)
3. /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2005/02/25/simple-java-code-in-graphical-mapping--xi(for my UDF)
but I still don't see traces in my Log Viewer. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong here.
Thanks in advance!!

Yes I was able to see my trace messages in SXMB_MONI. Below is my the info... This is great. I am still not sure why this info is not showing up in Log Veiwer's (default trace) window. Any ideas? Since this XML file contains lots of other information I was wondering how to put my trace messages into the log viewer.
Thanks!!

To see the cost of production order after settlement to header material
hello guys,
In make to stock,we settle the total cost of prodution order on header material, right(if we keep as the default rule( distribution rule in order type)?
If i want to see that cost of production order which we settled against the header material, where should i check it?should i check in material account or somewhere else?
Thanking you guys in advance.Dear,
There is a little missunderstanding in your thought.
If the material of price control S, When you do the GR, the STD cost of material is deducted from production order cost, then when you settle the production order, the variance is settled to variance account/PD account. hence the production order cost balance is zero.
Example- Production order cost is 60000
After GR the production order cost balance is 60000-50000 = 10000.
After settlement production order cost balance is zero.
Now your question is where can i see the production order cost?
You can see the production order cost in the production order itself.
In the production order...cost disply option just filter the origin with test settlement and GR.
Then total up the cost, then you can see the cost as 60000.
please come back if you need more help.
