Problems updating apps on ipad with ios8.2

can you please help us? finding a way to update our ipads at home. we have enough internet speed however our apps were not getting updated. even if we try to click update all in the itunes. however we can update our apps on our iphones. please what should we do for us to get our apps updated. thanks and more power to apple

Update these apps with iTunes (computer) and sync to iPad to clear the jam.

    You can share the files via your iCloud account, if they are Pages or Numbers files. You can email them as attachments to the other person, or provide them on a flash drive so they can import them on their computer.
    I would not try to copy the files direct from my computer to someone else's iPad.

  • I have updated my Ipad with IOS8 and now my documents on Pages cannot be opened.

    After upgrading my IPad to IOS8 and Pages I am unable to retrieve my documents on Pages.

    i've never had a problem connecting to Pages docs in the cloud...
    Now I can't access them on my 4 th gen iPad retina.
    I have no trouble connecting to any other iCloud services.
    I can access them on my Macbook Pro, and my husband who shares my icloud account can access the docs with both iPad (running ios 8.0.1) and Mac.
    I've checked and toggled on and off icloud Documents and Data settings
    and checked the iPad iCloud setting was turned on...it was off (since I hadn't changed it that was strange)
    so I turned it on.
    Every time I open Pages on the iPad it says there are no documents, and
    ( eerie music here) the iPad ICloud setting is  toggled to off!
    I've restarted the iPad, and then tried reseting the Ipad
    repeated turning off and on both icloud docs and data
    and ipad icloud setting but it keeps turning off, with no documents showing
    I have not said yes to any iCloud Drive messages.

    never had this happen before.  Have tried multiple time to update, app store icon shows number of updates, when I hit update, they freeze up with no update progress.

    This can happen if you have something in your queue which has not completely downloaded.  It could be a video, a song, another app, etc.  First check to see if you have something you donwloaded which hasn't finished.
    Then, do a reboot:  Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.

    1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
    2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
    3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
    4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

    Hello, I discovered today that I am no longer able to update apps on my iPad 2 running iOS 7.0.4.  I have 10 updates listed in the app store, but if I touch the "Update" icon, it launches the app instead of updating it.  Quite frustrating.  I tried powering down and rebooting but it didn't help.  I saw there is a similar issue relating to iOS 8 and the WSJ app but I am running iOS 7 and I do not have the WSJ app.

    The last link is just for "feedback" (where you say something like ... "include this new feature in there, I would like it"). You will not get any return reply from this. The other links ARE Apple Support and when you open a ticket there, Apple DOES track issues and works on them from these trouble tickets. Do that if you want Apple to "hear you" about an issue you're having.
    FYI - posting work-arounds for this issue, while your help IS appreciated, it is nevertheless besides the point. We shell out extra dough for Apple products and, personally, I expect them to work! If I wanted to bothered with a bunch of work-arounds, there are plenty of smartphones on the market that would save me a lot money. I want to hit the "Update All" button, put my iPhone down and finish what I was doing!
    When there is an issue that "is" a "bug" in the iOS, then Apple will be issuing "fixes" on it. BUT ... keep in mind ... just because you have some kind of trouble ... that trouble doesn't mean it's a bug with the iOS 8. Many problems have been fixed because there is "trash" in the system files and people have cleared them out, and there is no problem after that. A corrupted file on your machine is not a "bug" that Apple fixes. Having said that ... "IF" it is a bug, then you can be assured that Apple has the engineers working on it for the next bug fix release. SO ... that means you should report the problem (so Apple can track it for their engineers) and then you should take advantage of a "work-around" in the meantime, until that bug fix comes out. But, once again not every problem is a "bug" ... keep that in mind.

    I changed my Apple ID because I was having problems with the email address associated with it. Now I can't update any of the apps downloaded with the original ID. I can't get back to the original ID because it says it's locked for security reasons. How can I find out which apps were purchased with that ID? How can I keep from having to pay for them again-some were quite expensive? You can't talk to anyone on the phone to explain your frustration. HELP!!!
